Dear All,
I am using mts 3g wifi for past 3 4 months. every month they charges additional amount of 42 rs as value added service apart from bill plan.
I contact customer care their reply was they cant find where this amount taken from.
Till last bill that amount 42 rs is reflecting in my bill... I brought a mts 3g wifi data card (Mdm [protected] ) from net solutions (Mts re-seller) on 23. 02. 2016 worth rs. 1000 and the device

I deactivated the account in the month of September however the mts store in mugappair did not close my connection. As a result my connection was still active and I was charged for another month.
I logged multiple complaints through customer care however none of the complaints were resolved and they closed all my complaints
I then went to the mts store in mugappair looking to find a resolution... I am a wifi user of mts. I got an sms from mts on 01. 04. 2016 stating - "get cash back upto rs 200/- by paying mts bill of rs. 640 for no. [protected] via paytm app within duedate 03-apr-16. To avail the offer use promocode"paymts". T&c".
Post getting this i downloaded paytm and used the promo code to pay... I purchased MTS internet data card on[protected] they assured that it would get activated with 24 hours but the Internet activated on[protected]. From the date of activation I have been facing slow connection and frequent disconnection and I complain about this problem on[protected]Complain No... I bought a mts data card on 4th march 2016. It came with a clear rider that if i am not satisfied with data card or any other reason and report the matter within 3 days, company would refund the money.
Essentially i was not getting signal and post 3-4 calls with mts customer care since signal was very poor, my data card was de-activated by mts... I had used the MTS dongle till 28th March 2016,
After 28th, I misplaced MTS Dongle and had called customer care on 30th march for disconnection, A customer acre executive refused to take my MTS disconnection request and harassed me, Associate who told his name as Satyaveer Rajput, who was very unhelpful... March 1st week i got the mts dongle from mts relationship sales person ramu (+91-[protected]) and he said the billing cycle will start from march 16th as the connection starts from that date and got rs. 800 as my connection charges for 4 mbps which will be reduced from my next bill... I paid 3 months advance rental (of 699 monthly plan).
Issue - After first month completion, i got message & call to pay bill. I explained the customer care, that i already paid in advance.

onroad shop llp have taken mts lease line for trial for three month and mts executive (naveen pareek) told us that if you didn't continue after three months then it is ok. There is no network at that place. everytime DNS error comes. Actually, last Friday (11th Mar 2016) i seen a poster on wall about "MTS Data card unlimited" and i followed that poster whatever the number mentioned and he committed me that MTS speed is 9. 8 Mbps actual providing, no 1/4th speed and after consumed speed to be throttled down after bundled usage is 256Kbps actual speed providing, no 1/4th and no Roaming charges anywhere in India and I bought Data card from that Poster person the same day... activation of service by mts on 07. 04. 2015 itself it was not working.

When i purchases data card from mts dsa mehar enterprises. Sales person told me that. You will receive rs. 300 paytm offer. But after purchases i called on mts customer care. Cc executive told me that offer expired on 31/1/2016. Than i again call the dsa sales person he told me that i will adjust this ... when I bought your MTS date card I was very happy. I thought that you have good internet plans under budget. Just after two days everything is happening with me same its written by older MTS customers on internet.
