MTS Is charging false VAS in every month for data card [protected]. This is being a practiced by them on the regular basis, as I faced a similar situation in the previous month. while promising 9.8 mbps speed they only provide 100 kbs hardly. A you tube video does not run with 9.8 mbps connection. I am sure the company making fraud with many in similar manner. There is requirement of strict action in this regard.

    Dear All,
    I am using mts 3g wifi for past 3 4 months..every month they charges additional amount of 42 rs as value added service apart from bill plan.
    I contact customer care their reply was they cant find where this amount taken from.
    Till last bill that amount 42 rs is reflecting in my bill.I request mts to disconnect mts connection for ever.Also request to not to cheat customer like this.

      I brought a mts 3g wifi data card (Mdm [protected] ) from net solutions (Mts re-seller) on 23.02.2016 worth rs. 1000 and the device

      Was activated on 25.02.2016. After the device is activated i found that it i'm not getting the that i was promised. It is a 4 mbps device and i

      Was getting link speed of 100 kbps which means the effective download speed was 10 kbps. I was not even able to open google.Co.In.

      I immediately called their customer care and they told me that i will get a call within next 4 hours. But i didn't get any call that day. Next day

      I called them again and the executive told me the same thing, but i didn't received any call that day too. Meanwhile i sent one email to

      [protected]@mtsindia.In regarding my problem along with necessary screenshot. Next day i received one mail from mts asking for

      Information which i provided immediately. Then they logged a complaint no feb/3236 stating that they will update on this by 2nd march

      2016. I asked them for waiver of the bill till the time this issue gets resolved but they refused to provide any waiver. On 29.02.2016, the

      Closed complaint no feb/3236 without any confirmation from my end.

      I informed them again and they logged complaint no. Mar/36 on 01.03.2016 and stated that they will update within 48 hours. As

      [protected]@mtsindia.In was not able to resolve my concern, i brought the matter to appellate.[protected]@mtsindia.In on 07.03.2016. I

      Received a mail that they will update within 24 hours, but even after 48 hours, i got no response. So i sent a mail again on 10.03.2016. Then i

      Got another mail asking for some screenshot which i sent that day. I got another mail that i will be updated within 48 hours. After 4 days of

      That email i marked a mail again as like always they didn't responded within the given timeline. During this time, two of their engineer

      Visited my location twice and done some testing. They admitted that there is some network issue at the location. On 14.03.2016 i received a

      Stating that the area i belong is a low network coverage area. I was unable to understand how a prime location like city center of a metro

      City is a low network coverage area. Even if it is a remote village i would have consider that.

      So i asked for a refund of the cost of data card as i am unable to utilize the device. After 2/3 diplomatic emails, on 15.03.2016 they asked for

      The scan copy of the invoice which i sent them immediately. On 18.03.2016 i marked a mail asking for any update and they asked for the

      Invoice again. Though that was frustrating, i sent the invoice again and got one mail after 6 days (28.03.2016) stating they will update

      Within 48 working hours. That was the last email they responded and even after multiple followups, i got no response.

      So the final verdict is, after 45 days mts didn't resolved my problem even their effort to resolve the issue was pathetic. My money and time

      Both got wasted. I want to take strict action against this company.

        This is regarding my data card connection with mts - MDN no: [protected]. I deactivated the account in the month of September however the mts store in mugappair did not close my connection. As a result my connection was still active and I was charged for another month.
        I logged multiple complaints through customer care however none of the complaints were resolved and they closed all my complaints
        I then went to the mts store in mugappair looking to find a resolution. They did accept that it was their fault and they will waive the pending 733 that was due.
        I thought my issue was resolved when to my shock I received a threatening call from a lawyer representing mts. They demanded payment and were not willing to listen to my explanation.
        I then went to the store again and the lady there assured me that she has sent the mail regarding my waiver to the respective department and the issue will be resolved. She also gave me a personal number to call her for any issues relating to my complaint.
        I thought that finally this has come to an end when I received messages from mts to state that legal action has been taken. I called the lady and she again told me that the issue was resolved from her end and that she will stop these messages.
        But till date I am getting these messages and today they have served a legal notice against me.
        I tried calling that lady but she refused to attend my calls.
        I am at my wits end as I don't know where to go and how to sort this.
        I, as a consumer demand that my complaint is looked into immediately. I have been treated badly and put through undue stress. This has impacted my work and family life.

          I am a wifi user of mts. I got an sms from mts on 01.04.2016 stating - "get cash back upto rs 200/- by paying mts bill of rs. 640 for no.[protected] via paytm app within duedate 03-apr-16.To avail the offer use promocode"paymts".T&c".

          Post getting this i downloaded paytm and used the promo code to pay..

          Please find attached the error message that got displayed at the time of inserting the promo code for payment...

          Also find attached response from paytm where they have themself stated that paymts promocode is an invalid one...

            I purchased MTS internet data card on[protected] they assured that it would get activated with 24 hours but the Internet activated on[protected]. From the date of activation I have been facing slow connection and frequent disconnection and I complain about this problem on[protected]Complain No. MAR/11705) but without any intimation they have closed my complain on[protected] without solving the problem. Again on[protected] I complained that you have closed the complain (MAR/11705) besides issue has not been resolved, they take another complain on the same date regarding the complain closed without resolving (Complain No. APR/1009). On[protected] technical person came to my house and checked the datacard and said your the internet in your area would not work so may cancel you internet connection. I paid 500 Rupees for purchase of datacard.

            Without knowing whether MTS internet will work in my area or not Why they have given the internet to me.

              I bought a mts data card on 4th march 2016. It came with a clear rider that if i am not satisfied with data card or any other reason and report the matter within 3 days, company would refund the money.

              Essentially i was not getting signal and post 3-4 calls with mts customer care since signal was very poor, my data card was de-activated by mts.

              However, there is no sign of any refund despite repeated requests.

                I had used the MTS dongle till 28th March 2016,
                After 28th, I misplaced MTS Dongle and had called customer care on 30th march for disconnection, A customer acre executive refused to take my MTS disconnection request and harassed me, Associate who told his name as Satyaveer Rajput, who was very unhelpful. Uncooperative and fought with me on phone at 8:30 pm;i am sure MTS has dirty plans to mint money from customers.

                i will pay bill only till 30th march when i gave service request no: 3364150 at 8:45pm on 30th march.

                Though i have used MTS dongle till 28th march but i am ready to pay it till, i gave my disconnection request on 30th March. If MTS bills me wrongly or more than 30th march, i will not pay any extra bill and we will settle in consumer courts,

                Being a good citizen and customer, i have paid 99/- and cleared all my previous bills from MTS;

                i request MTS NOT TO CHEAT AND CLOSE MY ACCOUNT BASED ON REQUEST DATED 30TH MARCH FOR MT MTS DONGLE NO [protected] AS BLOCKING THE DONGLE TAKES FEW SECONDS.
                - I HAVE ALREADY CALLED FROM MY REGISTERED NO ON 30TH MARCH TO BLOCK,

                  Hi team,

                  I am rakesh who got cheated by mts. March 1st week i got the mts dongle from mts relationship sales person ramu (+91-[protected]) and he said the billing cycle will start from march 16th as the connection starts from that date and got rs.800 as my connection charges for 4 mbps which will be reduced from my next bill. When i thought o[censored]sing the dongle, i haven't got a data of 4 kbps speed. When i tried to connect several time, the maximum speed i got is 20kbps. I had lodged a complaint and cancelled the connection by mid of march itself before my billing cycle. Still the mts customer service people working negligibly to get the money from customers and generating the bill. They are actually cheaters who is looting the customers money. Kindly take action against mts for providing me fake promises and delaying my cancellation of my network. I haven't ever used my mts dongle due to worst speed.

                    On 6th Feb my postpadi-MTS account activated. MTS no. [protected].

                    I paid 3 months advance rental (of 699 monthly plan).

                    Issue - After first month completion, i got message & call to pay bill. I explained the customer care, that i already paid in advance.
                    They noted and took the complain, after this the store keep on rotating frequently. I keep getting message & call and try to explain each new executive about the issue. But no luck and finally on 28th March they disconnected the connection.

                    There are approx 30% days where i did not used internet because of n/w issue (too slow to open even google.com).

                    I can't spend time without internet, now i am very disappointed and & MTS harrashed me a lot. Please help.

                      We asked for Reliance, Mr Michael gave attractive plan of MTS, which was all false information, and convinced that MTS is best. We have payed for Powerbank as well. Its been 2 months now, he has not given us. He says he has couriered, but refuses to give the tracking Number. Never answers the calls / messages. We have to call up from different numbers like our relatives / friends, then he picks and says he will revert in few min... but he will never do. His number is [protected].
                      We wish no other victims fall in his trap.

                        My MTS data card number is [protected] and I am using this data card since 2014. My tariff plan is 40 GB for Rs., 999 and plus Tax. December month Chennai flood time the data card connections are not working and I went to my native, I didn't carry my Data card and I return back end of December month. Even I paid November month bill in my home town. After return I tried to connect the device and it is keep on restarting and I raised the complaint to MTS Complaint No: DEC/13203. MTS customer care persons contacted me and troubleshoot, after that they confirmed the device having problem you need pay and purchase the new device. I couldn't accepted to buy new device and ask him for my data card cancellation. They said you need to pay the Bill amount then only we proceed your request. I am asking to that person why I need to pay, this month I didn't used the data card, they told you already used in 5 GB. The Device is not working how I can able to use? Till I don't have the answer for this question and now they generated January month Bill and added the amount.

                              My MTS data card number is [protected] and I am using this data card since 2014. My tariff plan is 10 GB & 8 GB UL for Rs., 999 & 699 . Recent times I have faced sever net speed issue and the download speed is down to 10kbps. I have contacted the customer care regarding this issue and I have not yet got the satisfactory solution & neither registered my complaint in writing nor given complaint number to me . Day after the complaint, a lady called me and ask me to play a solution for net speed .I have already done all procedure which was tell to me but my data card speed is 124kbps, with tested but they have argued and problems persists since last months

                                These have sent me a fake bill saying I should pay extra amount for the data plan which I have never used.Do you think people are fools and will pay diver you will bill.I have even spoken to them, they are not so professional as they have neither sent me a message nor an e-mail of the complaint id.They are just making people big Fools.Such companies should be closed.It would be better if I get a resolution for this within 24 hours or I know where to screw there happiness.I'll see you guys in consumer court.

                                  Dear mts,
                                  onroad shop llp have taken mts lease line for trial for three month and mts executive (naveen pareek) told us that if you didn't continue after three months then it is ok. After completion of three months, i called him to disconnect my service. He said yes. We paid 30, 000 in starting before taking service.
                                  In mean time we changed the address . I didn't get any call from mts, if i changed the address.

                                  After 3 months i got the call from Delhi high court (mr. Ashok tyagi ji) tomorrow, approx 2.30 pm on 18/03/2016. They told me you have to 16, 000 amount.

                                  And ask me to settle and i said him to settle but i want to know why i have to pay for it.So next day, i called customer care ie. Today (19/03.2016), jaipur, rajasthan. Call details attach below.

                                  I explain everything to customer care. He said you will get assistance in 4 hours but till now no call till now from customer care, current timing 10.51 p.M. (19/03/2016).

                                  I waited for there call, so long then i have write it.

                                    i got connection from you few months back.

                                    Your representative told me your area network is super and you get nice network. Thats the reason i got mts data card.
                                    For your kindly information
                                    i did not get tower at all. The speed was 1x from the first day.
                                    Then you (mts )exchanged me with new data card
                                    even that did not work, so you(mts)gave another. Even it had same problem.
                                    Actually mine is a well ventilated area were we get all signals strongly.
                                    One month has passed, i paid 600+ without using the internet.
                                    Finally you told me your area did not have any singal.
                                    You will get only 1x . Then for purpose should i use that?
                                    so i dissconnected it.
                                    Now i am getting messages daily from your side stating to make payments
                                    for what purpose should i pay.?
                                    i need a end to that messages.
                                    I have wasted rs. 2000 which is of no use.
                                    If the messages for sure you will have to face legal actions.

                                        I bought MTS wi-fi prepaid Dongle with Number [protected], Since i bought this, i am facing drastic network issue. I live in chrompet. There is no network at that place. everytime DNS error comes. It worked fine at few places. later at the same place afr 1 hr of normal usage, browsing speed gets very slow and it takes 15 mins to load simple Google.com. Everytime same DNS error. i raised this complaint many times.they say may be your place wont have network. Then why is the company selling product. Do they mean we have to sit in their company and work. We buy dongle for office work and personal use. if they cant provide proper speed and proper network. there is no use of buying. Seriously i was cheated by the company. Today also i tried to browse. i have net balance. but it does not work in Bangalore. No proper response and resolution from them
