Actually, last Friday (11th Mar 2016) i seen a poster on wall about "MTS Data card unlimited" and i followed that poster whatever the number mentioned and he committed me that MTS speed is 9.8 Mbps actual providing, no 1/4th speed and after consumed speed to be throttled down after bundled usage is 256Kbps actual speed providing, no 1/4th and no Roaming charges anywhere in India and I bought Data card from that Poster person the same day.

But on 16th March duration of ACTIVATION call from Customer Care, i asked few questions to customer care officer regarding Speed before activation data card. Customer care officer told me that we're providing 9.8 Mbps but 1/4th that means 912 Kbps approximate and throttled down after bundled usage we're providing 32Kbps actual speed and Not overall roaming free. For that reason i haven't activate my data card after listened that issue. And i tried to call that poster person but he didn't pick up my call.

That means poster person fraud with me. I want justice regarding that and money back (Rs. 1300). Please i'm requesting you to assist me and give me the suggestion that what should i do.

I complained to MTS customer care([protected]@MTSIndia.in) but they replied me that
"We sincerely regret the inconvenience caused to you.

You have expressed your concern in the email dated Wed, 16th March '2016 regarding postpaid MTS number [protected] about refunding the cost of data card, we are sorry to inform you that we do not have a provision of refunding the cost pertaining to MTS data card.
"

    Ref: prepaid connection no.[protected]; your leads.com invoice no.2 of 7.04.2015 for rs.1400/-.
    Sub: faulty data card supplied and leads.com invoice with fake addresses for rs.1400/- only issued for rs.1500/- cash collected from me.

    1. I state that you have collected on 07.04.2015 rs.1500/- cash through your salesman mr.Syed[protected] and issued invoice for rs.1400/- only on 28.04.2015 via email. You are liable to account for balance rs.100/- without fail.
    2. I state that you had supplied a faulty data card since even after activation of service by mts on 07.04.2015 itself it was not working.
    3. I state that from 08.04.2015 onwards i was compelled to make several complaints to mts customer care as well as mts appellate authority to detect the fault.
    4. I state that i was harassed by the mts customer care.
    5. I state that finally a technician mr.Nithyanandham was sent to my house on 13.04.2015 who couldn’t fix the issue.
    6. I state that owing to my repeated reminder to my complaint again on 17.04.2015 same mr.Nithyanandham sent to my place to fix the issue. He spent 2 hrs and fsaid that the data card is not working and also no signal available in my area mylapore.
    7. I state that i tried the data card with my daughter’s laptop/smart phone and found not working.
    8. I state that you can go through the emails exchanged with mts customer care/appellate authority which are self-explanatory.
    9. I state that all the emails received in response to my complaints are just machine reply.
    10. I state that you have issued leads.Comvalasaravakkam, chennai-87 invoice with fake address.I deserve an explanation for this fake invoice issued by you.
    11. I state that on receipt of this letter within 7 days time you may arrange to take back the faulty data card supplied and return the money rs.1500/- by cash.

      I requested your branch in cuddalore to convert my postpaid to prepaid last month, but this month I received the bill, I don't why even after I discontinued the postpaid service they billed me, I am unable to pay the bill that's why I discontinued my service but again u troubling me, I am mentally and economically disturbed by you and your service, help me to get ride of this problem

        My MTS data card number is [protected] and I am using this data card since Jul 2014. My tariff plan is 30 GB UL for Rs. 1000 (excluding tax). Recent times I have faced sever net speed issue and the download speed is down to 0.04Mbps (screen shots of the speed test is attached). I have contacted the customer care regarding this issue and I have not yet got the satisfactory solution (day after the complaint, a lady called me and ask me to play a youtube video and then she told that my speed is 1.6Mbps, but at the same time I tested the speed and it was 0.2Mbps (screen shot attached)). They have argued that the net speed is depend on several parameter like internet traffic, location of the server etc. But I have not convinced with their answer replied that if the traffic is the problem then they should increase the bandwidth.

        For that I got a reply says that I have to migrate my plan to post paid or other option is choose a lower rental plan. I am wondering that both the choices will nothing to do with the speed issue. So I believe that the MTS doesn't understand what is the problem of their customers and they have to close the complaint ASAP (not interested weather the problem is solved or not).

Cc executive told me that offer expired on 31/1/2016. Than i again call the dsa sales person he told me that i will adjust this .On you next bill but..           Dear Mr. CEO,

          It was one of my biggest painful moment of my life, The day when I bought your MTS date card I was very happy. I thought that you have good internet plans under budget. Just after two days everything is happening with me same its written by older MTS customers on internet. For first two day my data card speed was 500 KBPS and now is 20 – 30 KBPS. I am not able to download my official emails on outlook. Your customer care is resolving my complain without contacting me. And every time they are giving me 10HRS time. After five days frustration I decided to return this connection to you guys so that I can use something else but no body is telling me right way. I really don’t want this poor connection. Requesting you to take this connection back and refund my amount.

          Please solve my problem as fast as you can. My Complaint No. is MAR/3993

            Dear Madam/Sir,
            I am MTS Blaze Data Card user, Data Card number is [protected].
            1. I have recharged or Rs 699 on 20 Feb 2016. Since then I am facing speed problem. I have complaint umpteenth time, followed all instruction given online to me. After many complaints to consumer care service my complaint was registered on 3 March 2016 and given me a complaint number MAR/194. I did not get any solution but received a message on 8 March 2016 that, "You complaint no. MAR/194 for [protected] has been closed if you are not satisfied with the complaint closure you may contact appellate authority at appellate.upwi". I could not contact to the appellate authority because of technical reasons. Again I call several time to customer care service, at last they again registered my complaint on 12 March 2016 and gave me a complaint no. : MAR/797, but still no avail.
            2. I received a mail regarding their scheme STV 201. On 15 March 2016, I went to the recharging center to recharge under this scheme, but the sales person was not aware about this scheme, so he talked to consumer center and recharged my data card of Rs 200 under STV 201 scheme and Rs 499. Today when I check data balance on Toll Free no. [protected], my balance was zero. Again I call to Customer Care and talk to their representative; she told me I have three balance of 1 GB data validity till 5 April 2016, 5 GB data validity till 12 April 2016 and 2.5 GB data validity till 12 April 2016. She asked to uninstall the device and to reinstall it. It followed her but still my problem exists as it was. I again call to Customer Care, now they told me that you will have to face this problem till your 2nd last recharge validity lapsed on dated 18th March 2016. For instant solution their representative asked me to recharge or Rs 96 or Rs 147 valid for a day.

            I am shocked and getting frustrated. I am a freelance and my job is depended on internet. Because of this problem my work is pending, facing professional hazards and penalty.

              My MTS Mblaze number is [protected] plan 599 per month, billing cycle is 15 th of every month but i got the device active by 18th feb 16. I have placed a request of disconnection on 15 Mar 16, now the c care is telling it takes 30 hrs to process my request. which will cross to my next month and i will be asked to pay my next month bill also. snapshot image received on activation has been attached which clearly shows the device was active from 18 feb 16. need some help.

                Respected Madam/Sir

                I was using MTS Mblaze data card and i raised a complaint stating that the speed is very low but so far no one is least bothered to attend the complaint. I have got a new message stating today that the issue is resolved but the speed remains very slow till now..

                Customers are cheated like anything by this MTS team.. Please help me.

                        This is Debjani Das. My MTS data card no.[protected] got temporarily disconnected on Jan 18, 2016 as I was not willing to pay an undue billing amount of Rs. 1599/-. But then after enduring continuous harassment from MTS customer care through voice call and SMS I repeatedly emailed MTS customer care to cancel my account permanently and made the first request for account cancellation in month of February, 2016, and I kept on requesting the same, and even emailed to the Nodal Officer of MTS, without never get any reply. But they kept on sending emails in reply telling to pay Rs. 1599/- for processing account cancellation. On March 9, 2016, I paid the full and final due amount of Rs. 1599/- and again raised an account cancellation request via email. In reply to that email now MTS is telling that I will have to pay another bill amount next month (i.e. April) to process the account cancellation. I haven't used MTS data service since January, 2016, and now they are harassing me to pay again a bill next month despite the fact that I have cleared all the dues by paying the full and final due amount of Rs. 1599/-. I have been continuously harassed by MTS India and I request Sistema Shyam TeleServices Limited (MTS) to stop harassing me and to stop sending me bill messages and emails, and to cancel my account permanently on an immediate basis.

                          Dear sir.last dewali mene news paper me ek adv.dekhi jisme likha tha looto hame ham lutne ke liye bethe he.vo adv mts dongle ki thi Or vobhi just 400 rupis me.me diye gaye address par gaya or vaha jaake vaha mile person se baat ki vo koi cilone enterprice se tha usne muje kahaki 3 month net free milega or uske baad 450 ka plan rahrga to mene vo dongle le liya..ppar next month hi muje bill ka msg aa gaya.or thode hi din me net bhi bandh ho gaya .fir call center se muj par call aane lage payment ke liye mene unko sab baat batai par koi baat sunane ke liye taiyar nai he.or aaj muje unhone delhi se notic bhej dihe payment ke liye.so ab me kya karu me fas gaya hu su pls help me.

                            I was using a MBlaze product - MiFi whose number is [protected] until October 13, 2012.
                            Account number - [protected]

                            Back then, when I checked my My account on selfcare.mtsindia.in, it showed an amount of Rs 5009.

                            I mailed MTS person - partha.[protected]@mtsindia.in on 16th Oct 2012 to send me a detailed account of how the unbilled amount of Rs. 5009 was calculated.

                            This is because, as per the below Transaction Id, I have already done the payment.

                            However when I checked on its status with MTS Customer Care, they said it is closed. Please note that no one had even contacted me regarding clarification or resolution since the time the complaint was raised.

                            Recently, I started receiving text messages from YX-MTSSER on my registered mobile number, which read -

                            "Your MTS No. [protected] Lokadalat case PLC number is pending GOLDEN chance for your account with 50% discount please pay Rs 5113 call [protected]/[protected] for any support."

                            Please help and advice.

                              HELLO SIR,
                              I am Manishb Purohit,
                              I have purchased a data card from the company with postpaid connection. of 683 monthly bill.
                              The promised me to give speed as 3G (up to 14 mbps) (they claiming in 3G plus), now from last 2 or 3 month i am paying rs. 683 as monthly bill but getting a negligible speed(not able to simple browse the webpage).
                              Raised the complaints 2 times, but they are saying that in your area our speed is restricted to 200kbps.
                              Kindly help me and do appropriate.

                                  I got a call from a person claiming to be Advocate RK Singh. He threatened me of a civil case. I asked him to send me the court order at my email ID. And later he abuse me verbally. I am providing you the number of the person and kindly let me know if that person is an employee of MTS or not, because I am going to file a complaint of Cyber Crime against him. I have the required evidence as I recorded the conversation.

                                    My prepaid MTS mobile No is [protected]. MTS use to deduct money from account regularly. MTS said that "you have activated VAS. But I had assured and challenged MTS that I have not activated any kind of VAS or callertune. I complained with request number 3450375, but they said that refund cannot be done and have not assure me about stop of balance deduction. I am wrongly charged severely- 01/02/16- Rs. 21, 06/02/16- Rs. 10, 11/02/16- Rs. 10, 12/02/16- Re. 1, 24/02/16- Rs. 6, 08/02/16- Rs. 2 Totally Rs. 50. They refund me only Rs. 3 but again deduct Rs 2, and deduction is continuing, please stop each and every VAS, callertune etc. immidiatetly and refund rest Rs. 49 as soon as possible. I assure that i have not activate any VAS or callertune. This is due to mts's unfair money deduction policy, is mts in want on money? Then mts should care for its bussiness and valued customer. Is it a fault for me to choose mts as my favourite service provider? I had called 199 several times to solve my problem but no action is taken. Please take necessary step for a FAIR resolution of my issue

                                      I had a wifi dongle of MTS, my plan was of Rs 550, and I ended up paying around 800 rupees last couple of months. When I inquired, the company claims some value added services were added by me, while I didn't add any. Also, when I'm asking them to file a termination request for this connection, they are just playing around with me. I have tried calling them a lot of times, but they don't do anything.
