Actually, last Friday (11th Mar 2016) i seen a poster on wall about "MTS Data card unlimited" and i followed that poster whatever the number mentioned and he committed me that MTS speed is 9.8 Mbps actual providing, no 1/4th speed and after consumed speed to be throttled down after bundled usage is 256Kbps actual speed providing, no 1/4th and no Roaming...
