1. I have recharged or Rs 699 on 20 Feb 2016. Since then I am facing speed problem. I have complaint umpteenth time, followed all instruction given online to me. After many complaints to consumer care service my complaint was registered on 3 March 2016 and given me a complaint number MAR/194... My MTS Mblaze number is [protected] plan 599 per month, billing cycle is 15 th of every month but i got the device active by 18th feb 16. I have placed a request of disconnection on 15 Mar 16, now the c care is telling it takes 30 hrs to process my request. which will cross to my next month and i will be asked to pay my next month bill also...
I was using MTS Mblaze data card and i raised a complaint stating that the speed is very low but so far no one is least bothered to attend the complaint. I have got a new message stating today that the issue is resolved but the speed remains very slow till now.

But then after enduring continuous harassment from MTS customer care through voice call and SMS I repeatedly emailed MTS customer care to cancel my account permanently and made the first request for account cancellation in month of February, 2016, and I kept on requesting the same, and even emailed to the Nodal Officer of MTS, without never get any reply... vo adv mts dongle ki thi Or vobhi just 400 rupis me. me diye gaye address par gaya or vaha jaake vaha mile person se baat ki vo koi cilone enterprice se tha usne muje kahaki 3 month net free milega or uske baad 450 ka plan rahrga to mene vo dongle le liya. ppar next month hi muje bill ka msg aa gaya... mtsindia. in, it showed an amount of Rs 5009.
I mailed MTS person - partha. [protected]@mtsindia. in on 16th Oct 2012 to send me a detailed account of how the unbilled amount of Rs. 5009 was calculated.

Mne Mts network ki free call wali sim 2015 m li thi, jiske benefit according to company 2032 tak h, but company ne March 2016 m hi apne benefit band kar diye.
Mne mts care m bhi call kiya but koi reply ni, So please resolve my problem.

+91 [protected]... My prepaid MTS mobile No is [protected]. MTS use to deduct money from account regularly. MTS said that "you have activated VAS. But I had assured and challenged MTS that I have not activated any kind of VAS or callertune. I complained with request number 3450375, but they said that refund cannot be done and have not assure me about stop of balance deduction... I had a wifi dongle of MTS, my plan was of Rs 550, and I ended up paying around 800 rupees last couple of months. When I inquired, the company claims some value added services were added by me, while I didn't add any. Also, when I'm asking them to file a termination request for this connection, they are just playing around with me... I purchased MTS dongle on 16th Jan 2016 in chennai. It never worked and I complaint more than 100 times about refund. Their people never turned back and kept me struggling for refund. I have already sent email along with receipt of the product. Now I have left chennai and they are calling me for refund... MTS has worngly deducted my account balance. My no. is [protected]... cash back by paying MTS bill via paytm . my data card number is [protected] so how can i trust on this app... MTS is deducting Rs. 2 to Rs 5 everyday from my prepaid mobile account balance on a regular basis since I took the connection. My recharge of Rs. 150 has now come down to Rs. 0. 75 due to this regular deduction. As this deduction is happening everyday, I am not able to recharge again and make calls... and i used for 1 and half months after that i lost that data card and i made payment for bill of September after that in October 15th i lost that data card On 18th i called to customer care and ask to bar all the services on lost data card i got a request number but dont get any confirmation of the same company issued bill of October month in November and i paid 800 rupees for the bill of 1200 after confirmation by an executive that after the payment of 800 all dues will be cleared after that company issues a new bill in December month with previous dues and in the same month i again got a call and asked to make payment of 800 for bill of 1400 and i made the payment post that in January 2016 a new bill generated with amount of 137 and it become 667 in February and now they are asking for the payment of 667 and til date i don, t get any confirmation about barred services on my data card... legal notice againts MTS customer care... I was using MTS Mblaze WiFi . my data card no is [protected]. My data card lost and I have disconnected the same on 12/01/16. I have cleared all my outstanding . Even though I am getting bill and MTS executive keep on asking me to pay the bill. Getting billed after deactivation also... Diabolical, shattered and worst customer service I complained about my device issue on 22/1/[protected] which was ... regretfully say that the MTS online support executive was not at all empathetic and don't have customer care values. I had recharged my Mblaze data card number [protected] with 999 Rupees for the 20GB pack for 28 days around 6:30pm on 1st March and the transaction ID is [protected]. MTS website has confirmed that recharge was successful and the money was also deducted from my bank account which also shows as successful but unfortunately the data card is not recharged yet... | |
