here are raeson coming from the mouth of custeomr who has been harassed by mts
- mts will tell you it is broadbank but they will give speed pathetic speed in delhi region, gurgaon which is sometimes poor that 2g networks
- mts will suddently go off and it will show no network for 3-4 days, when you complain, the mts will eb laziest to resolve your issues
- mts says that they give unlimited low speed connection but they will charge you some miscellaneous charegs and will amplify your bill or consumption... permanently disconnect my MTS data services on 2 December 2015 after paying the final bill of Rs 1202 but they didn't disconnect and continued the service sending bills consistently and forcing me to pay by calling almost 15 times a day...

i am using your mts mblaze intertnet services but every time i pay the bill on time and if by chance i forgot to pay the bill i genuinly myself give late payment charges i. e 100 rupees but this time due to personal issues i for got to pay the bill but i pay it on 4th january and my due date is 3rd january dear sir if the person is using your services and by mistake they have forgot to pay bill and next day only he/she pays the bill then he should get one time concession of the late paying charges but if more than one day expires then the meaning of late payment charges occur sir please reduce my 100 rupees from my next bill because they have taken 100rupees from me... MTS internet service is worst. They will also show you improper data usage. Basically they steals your data so that it expires soon and in the process you have to recharge again. They also lack speed. One will seldom get the speed they promised. If one complains to their customer care they will either talk off the topic or completely deny the issue...
