Please find the email I had sent to MTS not yet got any response from . My Number is : [protected] Hi James, This mail is to bring your kind attention regarding the irresponsible action from your Customer Care Team. I bought a MTS Data Card No. [protected] on Nov.2015, from the moment till now I faced many bad Experience from your Customer care Team and I am not at all happy with the service I got. Last Year 14th Nov My Net Setter got activated and on the same day I had made a call to your CC team and asked them about my Plan and the executive told me that the plan activated in my card is for 799 ( Not remember the exact figure) for 10 GB . I requested the executive to change my plan to 299 coz I don't have much usage of Internet, then CC team told me that first month I need to use at least 599 Plan so I agreed and asked that person to put my card on 599 (5GB)Plan. Dec 2015 month I got a Bill (via SMS) for 500 and I had made the payment in a MTS Showroom in Thripunithura and I have asked them to change my plan from 499 to 299 then the Showroom Executive told me that the plan running on my card is for 799. On 18th December I had made a call to your CC and asked them about my request status then CC team replied that they haven't updated my request on your system. And this month I got a SMS for the bill of RS.890 if you check my number you can see that I haven't used even 2 GB . so I am not ready to pay this Bill. I can't imagine that How your executive can behave such an irresponsible way to the customers as we had more choices with other service providers. I didn't received any bill from your side yet and also today I got a call from[protected] and asked me to remit the payment then I told her that I won't make the payment because of the dispute on the bill, she told me a strange thing that I can't request to change my Bill Plan in the 1st 3 months !!! and she shouted to me and dropped the call. Please check and do the needful to re issue the correct bill and also do the arrangements to sent all the bill copies to my email Id (jyothi.[protected]@gmail.com ). I hope will get a good resolution from you without contacting Consumer Fort and stop to use the service. Awaiting for your favorable response on an urgent basis so that I can enjoy your services.     Sir, My mobile no is [protected]. On 8 th january, 16 at 7:22 p.m, a offer came via message. Offer is, "thank u for being with MTS. Now in rs 20 get rs. 15.47(in main account) & rs. 4.53 for 3 days+ 20mts min for 1 day within 72 hour". I recharged on that day at 9:14 p.m. transaction id is [protected]. But I could not get balace till today. So I lodge a complaint at mts customer care. Complaint no is JAN/2178 DATED 12.1.16. But mts replied that no message provide to my no. i.e there was no offer on my no. I clearly mentioned all thing. Same thing happened earlier. But this time, i think to lodge here a complaint against mts, hoping to get justice. Money doesnot matter. But MTS doing these type of fraud things. They cheated customer. Mts should learn. They should be learned what Indian law is. I enclose all images of message below. I would request u to take necessary/legal action against mts. I remain ever greatful to u.         I brought their MTS Data card a week ago but its yet not activated. The seller Neha and Tammana with phone number of [protected] they make fool and always keep lying that it will be activated the night 9 pm but it didnt . She used to say this line everyday but my card not activated. When she was selling me this data card then she said that after address verification the card will activated with in 4 hours and in reality after purchasing MTS DATA card it took 3 days to get verified my address verification. Today is that day when their person verified my address in delhi between 10:00 am to 10:30 am but my card is yet not activated and its 9:45 PM when i am writing this complain. I deliver MTS data card to my home in my absence, my mother got it but their delivery person didnt gave purchasing bill to my mother. When it come to my knowledge I called TAMMANA and asked her to deliver my Bill then first she said then it will deliver soon but after sometime when i requested her again then she said that she will whatsapp me that bill. Now its been 4 days neither she send my real bill and nor she whatsapp me it even when i asked her today. Its seems they are TOTALLY Fraud. They live and sell MTS data card in Delhi NCR, so beware delhians, DONT BE FOOL by them Again, if somebody sells you MTS data card or MTS mobile by this number [protected](TAMMANA and NEHA) or [protected]( jitendra), then dont buy their product. They sell in delhi and its seems that were fraud. I live in delhi, and I purchased this data card only on phone. So guys dont brought MTS as they have no communication between their seller to address versifier and to updater who will update that my address has been verified.

                I am using a 3G data plan from MTS of no [protected] for 40 GB data monthly for 999+ taxes plan. For long I am getting speed of 0.05 kbps and lodged complain with MTS, they failed and asked me to communicate to appellate committee. Did every thing and now I am getting a call from some one, identifying himself as MTS employee, told me they can not provide any speed more than 200 kbps per minute. My complain no with them was Jan/5050, now they refer it as JAN/1250. Please look into the case. Why a man should throw his hard earned money to these companies who miserably fails to provide service for which they charge and you, government collect TaX.

                  Earlier also I lodged a complaint but to no use. The company repeatedly kept generating additional fake bills and sending me email/sms for payment of these bills. I even cleared their all the earlier bills and informed them that I am no longer using their service. Still, the company is sending me legal notice with their collection representative named Manish Meena/Tarun Joshi pretending themselves as advocates and they additionally demanded Rs 800 from me, which even after paying they did not settled my mts account and kept on sending fake bills for payment and sms as well. Kindly, look into the matter as soon as possible because it is giving me mental torture. Please, look into this seriously. Regards, Dinesh P mob. +91-[protected]

                    This is regarding my MTS NUMBER : [protected], for which I requested the data services closureby the company and paid all the outstanding bill that was RS. 2218. After that by the end of the next month they sent me a new bill, explaining it as that "it takes around 15 days for the service discontinuation:" and you have to pay the bill . For which I denied, so they sent me a new bil of amount Rs.210, including the penalty for the non payment of the bill. After that, it was not the limit, they started threating me by sending legal notices by different lawyers and with different contact numbers, I tried calling them and explain the complete scene, to which they agreed and told me to close the account but it was the limit that this company sent me a court notice for appearance for non payment of RS 210. and threatened me for the same and asked for the lawyers fee as well. Now, to end up the matter, I ended up the scene by paying two bills " 202 + 600" which makes total of RS. 802, sufficing all their FORCEFUL PENALTIES. BUT they again sent me A REMINDER SMS FOR THE NON PAYMENT OF THE BILL. I request you to take matter seriously and please take strict action against the company for continous harassment and stress for the amount which I am not liable to pay. company has exploited so many of the innocent consumers for the same issues.Also i Request to produce my usage dedtails by the company which wil clear all the matter of conflict.

                      Hi, I have been using MTS postpaid data connection for the past 3 years. In the last six months or so, I am getting repeated SMSs about payment reminders. Though my due date is on 18th of every month, I used to get messages from 04th on wards.Sometimes in a day I will get two or three such SMS's. By the time I pay the amount on 10th or 12th, I will get more than 10 reminder SMSs. In my busy work schedule, this kind of messages disturbing me a lot. I had given a lot of complaints about this by sending email and over phone call. But still no resolution for this. This gives me a mental depression in the last few months. Please guide me how to take this issue forward. Thanks

                        I rechared my data card 10 days ago. it is showing 5 gb data but still internet not working. it is showing zero balance error. this is rediculous, due to this I was not able to fill very crucial form. MTS company is responsible for my loss. very poor service by them.

                            Hello, i am using mblaze data card my data card number is [protected] on[protected] i checked data plan for mblaze in mts website the link is http://www.mtsindia.in/rajasthan/MBlazeUltra_prepaid.htmlas per information i recharg my device with 201 and after i received recharg successful i wait some time and than i recharg 699 insted of 12 gb data i received only 8 gb regular data and when i contact customer care of mts they replaid this offer only for new users and i said you people didnt mentation this offer only for new users and when i asked my 201 they said u lost your 201 and u can go for consumer court its tottaly fraud with us and i already sent maIL TO MTS CARE BUT NO REPLAY OR ACTION thanks®ards amit kumar bansal

There is no proper response from MTS . So i lodge a Consumer complaintRegard this Issue.

                                I had recharged 16/ rs by online method on dated 1st december 2015. and benefit (100 Local & National SMS/Day * 28 Days) is not receving after recharge. Online Transaction id is ----[protected]. mobile number... .[protected] So I had call customer care 198 and told me your customer care officer you have charged 1/ rs daily deduction to use this sms service. but there are no any information mts online rechage website . after it i had complained many time foloowing e mail id and told that there are no full inforation your mts online website. and i said that refund me my 16/ rs amount because I had told that I cannot pay 1/rs per day to use this service . i and I had not used this sms service . and not solving my this complaint and not given proper response by mts company .                                     My MTS device(Device no. [protected]) was not working since September, 2015. So I have complaint them on 29th September, 2015 that the device is not working properly so I wish to discontinue the service. The complaint no. is 2587460. After this complain they neither send some person to check the device nor discontinued the connection. I have got a bill on October, November and December also. As I have not used the data card and it was not at working condition as well so I have not paid the bills of November and December. But the company sends me a legal notice that I have to pay 1300 rs. then we again complain after paying the billing amount. The second complaint no. is 2898578, that has been registered on 15th December, 2015. Then also I have received a bill on January, 2016. As after complaining on September, 2015 I have not used the data card, but sill I have paid the billing amount. So, I wish to get back my money and also the harassment we have went through that is not expected. And I have called repeatedly the customer care they are saying that we thought that the data card was working but the device is still not working so how the bill gets generated.

                                      2 days back one guy called about my shelfcare login issue I shred my password also... Still not working he told I will check with concern team now that ticket has been closed...
