I holds MTS datacard, and i requested cancellation for datacard on SEP 22 2015 via helpline nuber, they request me to pay the bill for proceeding cancellation, so i paid bill amout, after two months they are telling i need to pay 2 months bill OCT/NOV 2015, because your cancellation was not processed, i send mail to MTS customer care, they are telling its not canceled you need to pay two months bills otehr wise each moth amount will pile up, I can see may complaints like this from the sites ... I contacted local MTS person and customer care, wrote mail then MTS local person repair it but again after one month it goes faulty and now no body is responding properly not even answering mail properly.
I am having very bad experience with this and the purpose for which I brought it was in vain... I had ordered MTS MBLAZE WIFI from http://www. shop. mtsindia. in/ with order number [protected] on Dec 3 2015. I had paid money upfront online.
It has been 17 days, the order never received, nor a single SMS/CALL/EMAIL confirming the status of order.
I called MTS more than 1 dozen times and send 5 emails and I was never given any complaint number but was given assurance of call backs... I brought one mts ultra wifi on august and pay by the rule but one month i didnt use the device as i change my venue and they charged me with 4*actual money need to pay
i paid the amount and tell them to deactivate my connection they told me to mail them regarding this as in their manual no deactivation procedure is mentioned so followed the steps and again i received the message regarding another payment when i have told them to deactivate though i have paid the bill now they are again sent one mail to pay the bill when i am not using the device from september and i request several time for deactivation ... my due earlier again mts forced me to pay for previous month where i used nothng so i need to deactuvate as i have previously told on customer care to deactivate but they didnt they didnt borhter to let me know that they didnt deactivate atleast for that i can atleast i can apply for another time but for their fault i have paid again but i need immediate disconnection

When i call them their customer support says you are in high usage are so network is slow and poor and shameless MTS executives deny the complaint.
When you ask them to shift to lower usage and they deny it saying go to service station and reject the complaint;
i am extremely unhappy with service and poor quality of MTS in gurgaon and Delhi and do not suggest anyone to take MTS and suggest that wired broadband is always better that dongle;

I am facing speed related issue from last 3-4 weeks. I informed MTS several time (compliant no. DEC/3194, DEC/7478, DEC/7620), most of these complaints are closed without calling me by saying no answer. and some time they said that it's because of terrain issue ... wanted to disconnect MTS postpaid data, i sent request for deactivation.
2) I cleared the balance amount and sent request for deactivation. but it was in the safe custody.
3) I didn't got the bill of the balance amount which i paid, the reason which MTS customer care told is that bill only generate if it is is active mode, since i wanted bill to claim to company, i again re activated...
MTS's service is very pathetic.

Dear Sir, Ma'am,
I had purchased an MTS wifi dongle in July 2015. My MTS dongle number was [protected]. At the time of purchasing it I was promised that I'll get a 3G+ speed. But that promise wasn't fulfilled. Whenever I tried to use internet the speed was pathetic. It took 5-10 minutes to open a web page... MTS is cheating big and following all illegal practices so now its a time to make noise !!!

I wanted to pay the bill by cheque on 09/12/2015 but your MTS Service centre Executive denied to accept the cheque, they denied to Accept cheque in drop box they asked cash or online bill payment.
Sir it is inconvenient for us... I am called MTS customer care multiple times to deactivate my MTS WiFi data card services [protected]. They are attending the call and asking me all the details, at last they says we are transferring your call to supervisor for deactivation and then the long wait starts.
