I am fed up with the MTS Services now. I was facing speed related issue since last 15 days, I dropped msg on Whats APP customer care no. i.e. [protected] and made call on the same many times and in response, I received the following msg: Hi, we have received your request. Our customer care executive will contact you shortly. Thank you for contacting us. Team MTS but neither call nor msg had been received any time. on making call at [protected], after my repetitive request my complaint lodged with unsatisfactory response, complaint no. is JAN/19941. They promised to get my complaint resolved by 2nd Jan, 2016 Morning at 9:00 AM. but I received first call from MTS customer care at 12:04 PM, they informed me that my complaint will be forwarded to technical team. After that, at 2:33 PM another call received from MTS executive, they talked to me in a rude manner and told that you will receive this speed only in your area and resolved my complaint. But, as a customer point of view, the issue still persist. How can MTS say that you will not receive the speed even though I am paying money for the services monthly without any delay in payment.     I am new user of mts mblaze after activation till today I didn't get the speed of Internet as they said before activation and their customer care services is very poor they automatically activate vas services and deduct our money. Mts mblaze is just waste of time

      I am one more bakara for MTS i would say i used this pathatic service in the year of 2012 . I was using 899 unlimited plan suddenly i got an email saying my plan got changed to advance rental plan of Rs 2399.22 and i was charged more than rs 3000.I have called the customer care more than 20 times repetedly explaining the same issue.They use to tell that it has escalated to next level ...my connection was disconnected.I sent a mail to customer i recieved the response saying that you have activated 2399 plan thats way i got the bill of 3000. Again i mailed them with the clear explanation about my issue .After that i did not recievce any email or call.Today i got a mail notice from MTS saying i have to come there ti settele. I dont know for 3 to 4 years i did not received any email nor a call about my issue but i have to pay the bill what ever they demand. I need some one to talk to me about it and resolve.         I recharged my mts data card app 7 dic. 2015. but after some days speed become so poor. i got the messege that you have crossed your limit of your high speed data. i recharged 399 in which i got 3.5 gb data. but after 17 dec. my speed converted in 2 g as per said by customer care office in agra office . i complaint there and complaint by mail and call center also. but nothing could happen. finally my data card balance is going to expire after some time. this month i count not use my data card . finally useless of money by the mistake of company. data card no [protected]

            We boughtMTS wifi dongle from shop JOANNA ENTERPRISES, X/2506, Street No. 9, Raghubarpura, Main Road, Gandhi nagar, Delhi-110031, 22/12/2015 . They verified our docs on 23/12/15. Despite that and many phone calls later(to above mentioned persons) to which they either didnt pick up or replied rudely, We still dont have it working. Its mentally harrassing and bad reputation for such a reputed brand. Pls refund

              MTS - Post bill I got the MTS post data card and cancelled due to extra charge and they told me to pay full payment up-to-date bill and i was paid the full bill and cancelled the MTS post connection its happen before 11months and Now, i got call from one lady Her number[protected] she told tat we got complaint about mts bill payment with you. i have pay some payment to mts bill what is this ? I said tat mam, i paid the full bill and asked MTS center called they said you number is deactivated but you have pay the 230 for sir, they are cheating people with this ... Rule : if you pay up to date bill only we can do the deactivated said by MTS Center only.. but now how they doing like this so cheap MTS NUmber [protected] Thanks Sridhar

                I brought new MTS postpaid connection for RS 1300 and plan is 999. Seller told something about plan which is not actually available in plan list. I am not aware of it and retailer didn't show any plan details he just explained about the details. Retailer gave so many commitments about 999 plan. those are, 1, 24 GB download data + unlimited video streaming [example face book, whats app, you tube and etc). 2.100 rupees wavered from every month bill 12 Months from card activation. 3.I will give one Lab bag and power bank after the card activation. Finally he says 'Everything Diwali Offer'. I called customer care for speed issue in day 1 and they are saying there is no any offer like this. So I requested them to start enquiry against retailer. They are only blaming me. So I requested them to cancel the connection and asked refund for card. No answer for repayment. But they are asking me to pay the bill amount and they only accepted cancel request. No words for retailer's wrong commitments. I replied them minus the bill amount from card rate and i will pay remaining and will return the card too. No answer for this. How to handle this issue ? please give your suggestion.                   (Note: In the interest of privacy, I have consciously withheld all identifiable details of individuals mentioned here although I have all their names, email IDs and phone numbers and in some cases, even service request numbers. Am happy to share it with MTS if they do care to ask me for it) I have been trying to get MTS to cancel my MBlaze data card for about 4 months now. I first asked for a cancellation in September and I am still getting bills and calls asking me to clear the bills! The guys who call you don't seem to be working for MTS. So they give you a promise and the MTS folks say that they are not responsible for it. I have been in this corporate jungle long enough to know that collection agents are not direct employees of the service provider but I don't understand how a customer can take responsibility for a communication gap between MTS and their agencies. Why are we being made to pay for MTS' internal teams and vendors not talking to each other? Here is some additional background on this: I have been getting harassing calls from the MTS recovery agents who talk to me in singular references and crass language. I was really frustrated and decided to cancel the connection. Finally, someone called me to pick up my payment in September '15, claiming to be from MTS, and I asked them to help me with disconnecting the data card. They told me that by paying the unbilled amount right then, which was Rs. 1253, the connection can be cancelled. I immediately paid it to a collection agent (I have the name of the agency) who came to meet me the next day but I got no confirmation regarding the cancellation. Although I didn't use the card after that, I landed up getting a bill for the next month. When I walked into their outlet in MS Nagar (near Mukunda Theater) to clarify, one of their executives - whose name and email ID I have - took my cancellation request and promised me that the charges would be reversed. She told me that the earlier promise to cancel was not honored because it was one of their agencies and not MTS directly. I also got an SMS with the reference ID. While all this was happening, MTS generated yet another bill (for a data card that has been cancelled and was unused for over two months by then!) And said they'll only cancel the connection if I pay this amount. While I try to solve this, I get an email from the MTS customer care team threatening legal action if I don't pay the amount of Rs. 934. It had a number on it and when I called it was answered by someone who identified himself as a Manager - Customer Service for MTS Bangalore. He listened to me patiently and finally finishes the call with a threat saying "so you are telling me that you can't pay is it sir? Ok, we know what to do". If this isn't a threat, then what is? Finally, they agreed to give me a cancellation confirmation if I pay Rs. 934/- towards the 'outstanding' charges for a data card that I haven't been using for over 4 months now! But I figured that there was no way I could get rid of this harassment until I pay the amount they ask for - whether they deserve it or not. I agreed to make it on the 28th of Dec, Monday. Once I confirmed this, I asked him to send me an email to confirm. So, the Manager - Customer Service sends me an email confirming these details and marking the contact person from the very same agency that gave me false promises earlier. So, I really am not confident of this getting resolved even now. What I don't understand is what I've done to deserve this harassment, other than my unfortunate decision to buy an MTS product. Both the executives - the customer care manager and the executive in the store - are saying that the earlier promises were given by their agencies and hence, they can't honor them. Both of them are saying I should've still called up the customer care number to confirm cancellation. Can anyone please explain why I should do this when someone from MTS had confirmed that the connection is cancelled? I don't understand how it is a customer's problem if MTS and its agencies are operating independently. When someone calls up and says they're from MTS, the customer believes that they're from the company. We don't care if they're really from MTS or a collection agency who is representing them. So, holding a customer accountable for a mistake that either of them have committed is unfair and unfortunate. Anyways, although I don't believe I have to pay this because I haven't used the data card for the past 4 months, I'm still agreeing to pay only because I want to save myself from the constant harassment from their recovery agencies, claiming to be from MTS. I live a dignified life in the society and can't put up with the mental harassment that their agents give me day-in and day-out. So, I'm only paying this amount as a fee to get rid of their agents and MTS, once and for all. I hope they honor their promise by cancelling the connection once the payment is received on Monday. If I may add, this is the second instance of MTS misbehaving with my family - the earlier victim was my own brother. Yet, I decided to give them another chance, convincing myself that it could be a one-off error. So I guess I deserve this harassment and ill-treatment. I deeply hope that I never become an MTS customer again! My sincere prayers and condolences to those who still have the courage to go and pick up another of their products.

                  I have finally made the payment too. Rs. 936/- for no fault of mine - I actually didn't even get to use their services! What a shame! I never thought multi-national companies could operate in such a penny-pinching fashion. Looks more like your local neighbourhood bully who torments you for loose change. Shame on you, MTS/Sistema Shyam!

                  Now all I hope is that they don't come back with more con jobs like this! Beyond this, I don't really care if this complaint is resolved or not. All I hope is that someone who is considering buying MTS reads this and saves themselves from some inevitable peril!

                      I made a 699 INR netbanking recharge for my data card no [protected], on dated 11/12/2015, on mts website, money was debited but not accounted, and same should be refunded withing 7 days, till now no refund yet, nobody reponding on my request, I want my money back which is debited but accounted in my MTS account

                          The issue is in regard to Data Card Number [protected]. My name is Arka Paul. My Data Card validity was supposed to expire on 17th of December, 2015. I still had around 30GB data balance left in my account. I recharged with Rs 248 within validity period on 17th Dec at 12:56 PM. However MTS deducted my total balance and its down to 0 GB. Last month I recharged with Rs 499 on 20th Nov, 2015 AT 12:19pm, and it carries 28 days validity period. So from 20th Nov, if I count 28 days it comes to 17th Nov. The validity period should stay till 17th Nov 11:59 PM. However I did it much before and within validity period. I called upon MTS customer care and seeked help but they gave vague reasons stating you did not recharge within validity period. Some other person is saying cannot say why this is deducted. I need my 30GB back. Please look into this. As a customer I need resolution on this and the company pays me back my entire 30GB data that they wrongly deducted.

                          I have not yet received a resolution from MTS Care. One Customer care executive is stating that your balance did not get carry forwarded because I recharged post validity period. Another Customer care executive is stating that the balance did get carry forwarded but I finished it. These are all types of vague reasons that I am getting. Please look into this. My validity was supposed to expir on 17th Dec, 2015 at 11:59 PM and I did my recharge on 17th Dec, 12:56 PM. Please look into this with priority.

                              I holds MTS datacard, and i requested cancellation for datacard on SEP 22 2015 via helpline nuber, they request me to pay the bill for proceeding cancellation, so i paid bill amout, after two months they are telling i need to pay 2 months bill OCT/NOV 2015, because your cancellation was not processed, i send mail to MTS customer care, they are telling its not canceled you need to pay two months bills otehr wise each moth amount will pile up, I can see may complaints like this from the sites . Is this write procedure for cancellatio

                                I have brought a dongle in October15 after one month it was not wkrking. It's signal goes off . I contacted local MTS person and customer care, wrote mail then MTS local person repair it but again after one month it goes faulty and now no body is responding properly not even answering mail properly. I am having very bad experience with this and the purpose for which I brought it was in vain.
                                MTS / Sistema Shyam TeleServices [SSTL] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                MTS is fraud - I suggest dont ever buy MTS otherwise you are going to suffer a lot.

                                Just stop the relation with MTS here itself they are big cheat and later will threat you with legal actions.

                                  Hi, I am not using MTS data card for atleast last 6 months dure to poor connectivity and most of the time no connection. I called customer care many and many times for de-activation. But it was not de-activated. And MTS is asking for payment. There was several emails I sent to customer care. but no-one read the email. Always they reply a copy paste sentence without reading the email. Can you tell me If you do not de-activate the connection instead of telling how come you can ask for payment.? ANd now they sent a legal notification. Isn't it cheating.? Please give me the higher escalation point. I will forward all emails and you can see how poor it is. I look for you assistance to come out of such cheaters.

                                    Hi I purchased a mts dongle with no [protected]. I was told it's 3g and monthly rental will be 599plus tax.but it's speed is very slow hardly 10to 20 kb/s.even in night.I contacted customer care but they are telling that there are many connection in my area that's y speed is slow..and it will be like this speed only.I ma feeling like I m fooled and cheated. I ask them for refunding my money they say that they will no return it.mts india is very harrasing

                                      [protected] [protected] This is my MTS numbers After disconnection of my MBlaze I am still getting Bills Called Customer care they are saying they will arrange call back, but they are not. Service was also very bad, Now they are sending bills and making us to worry. I have not used after submitting cancellation. They have given cancellation number also. Kindly Solve.

                                        I am using mts WiFi connection, I have changed from pospaid to prepaid while changing they have collected some amount from me.while collection they have got less amount from I don't no about it. But after 8month they are calling me threatening me & my family.please help me
