1) in October month i wanted to disconnect MTS postpaid data, i sent request for deactivation.
2) I cleared the balance amount and sent request for deactivation. but it was in the safe custody.
3) I didn't got the bill of the balance amount which i paid, the reason which MTS customer care told is that bill only generate if it is is active mode, since i wanted bill to claim to company, i again re activated.
4) Immediately i called some 10 times to customer care for de activation, but MTS didn't gave proper response, customer care was just telling that our technical team will call you within 24 hrs, but it was not happened. also i sent request in email also for cancellation.
5) Finally one day it got deactivated. after more than 10 days
6) Surprisingly i got the bill of Rs.267 to pay, the reason which MTS customer care telling is it was put in active mode for some day and the bill is generated for this reason even though i haven't used it. this is not my problem, MTS people purposefully kept in active mode just to generate bill.
MTS / Sistema Shyam TeleServices [SSTL] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
