I am a user of Mts data card since three years, now for the kast seven month I have been complaining about the speed which is coming around 0.7 instead of 9.2mbps.it is shocked that they are making a fraudulant act, kindly make my speed as per norms or surrender my amount of seven months.

    Hi, I had ordered MTS MBLAZE WIFI from http://www.shop.mtsindia.in/ with order number [protected] on Dec 3 2015. I had paid money upfront online. It has been 17 days, the order never received, nor a single SMS/CALL/EMAIL confirming the status of order. I called MTS more than 1 dozen times and send 5 emails and I was never given any complaint number but was given assurance of call backs. I never received any call back and when I call back again they put me on hold for 30 mins and then disconnect my call. As I am in Malaysia right now so could not walk in to their store. I want them to cancel my order and refund my money but they don't listen to my complaint at all. This is pre-sales pathetic service thus fearing after sales service issues, I want to cancel my order and get money back.
    MTS is fraud - I suggest dont ever buy MTS otherwise you are going to suffer a lot.

    Just stop the relation with MTS here itself they are big cheat and later will threat you with legal actions.

      I brought one mts ultra wifi on august and pay by the rule but one month i didnt use the device as i change my venue and they charged me with 4*actual money need to pay i paid the amount and tell them to deactivate my connection they told me to mail them regarding this as in their manual no deactivation procedure is mentioned so followed the steps and again i received the message regarding another payment when i have told them to deactivate though i have paid the bill now they are again sent one mail to pay the bill when i am not using the device from september and i request several time for deactivation . its just one type of cheating nothing else according to me. now they are telling me that its not in there provision to check mail whoever is sending the mail is not there concern they dont see the message . two sided service they dont have proper rule of deactivation and creating trouble for normal people so please do something against it

        My mblaze no is:-[protected] i have cleared all my due earlier again mts forced me to pay for previous month where i used nothng so i need to deactuvate as i have previously told on customer care to deactivate but they didnt they didnt borhter to let me know that they didnt deactivate atleast for that i can atleast i can apply for another time but for their fault i have paid again but i need immediate disconnection full fed up noone should buy it

          MTS has been a criminal; it does not attend service calls properly Gives a poor network in Delhi When i call them their customer support says you are in high usage are so network is slow and poor and shameless MTS executives deny the complaint. When you ask them to shift to lower usage and they deny it saying go to service station and reject the complaint; i am extremely unhappy with service and poor quality of MTS in gurgaon and Delhi and do not suggest anyone to take MTS and suggest that wired broadband is always better that dongle; The dongle providers like MTS only cheat and mint money from customers. Shameful by MTS!! MTS dongle no:[protected]

            I am a MTS customer No :[protected] I am facing speed related issue from last 3-4 weeks.I informed MTS several time (compliant no.DEC/3194, DEC/7478, DEC/7620), most of these complaints are closed without calling me by saying no answer.and some time they said that it's because of terrain issue . I was using MTS for past 2month with 2.5 MBS so the issue is not because of terrain. I contacted an MTS engineer he said that its the problem of MTS Tower . My friends in monippally who have mts have the same problem, they also tired to complaint but MTS closed it by saying its your device issue. Hoping that MTS will consider my problem and repair their network tower soon as possible Thank you

              1) in October month i wanted to disconnect MTS postpaid data, i sent request for deactivation. 2) I cleared the balance amount and sent request for deactivation. but it was in the safe custody. 3) I didn't got the bill of the balance amount which i paid, the reason which MTS customer care told is that bill only generate if it is is active mode, since i wanted bill to claim to company, i again re activated. 4) Immediately i called some 10 times to customer care for de activation, but MTS didn't gave proper response, customer care was just telling that our technical team will call you within 24 hrs, but it was not happened. also i sent request in email also for cancellation. 5) Finally one day it got deactivated. after more than 10 days 6) Surprisingly i got the bill of Rs.267 to pay, the reason which MTS customer care telling is it was put in active mode for some day and the bill is generated for this reason even though i haven't used it. this is not my problem, MTS people purposefully kept in active mode just to generate bill.

                Hi, New Connection taken on[protected], still my documents are not submitted and verification also has not happen. Sales person (Virendra Mishra, [protected]), he everyday gives me a false commitment that verification will done today but that TODAY still did not turned. In customer care also no one listens and ask to email the complaint, Is this the work what we has to do after taking connection from you guys ? Either consider my complaint and arrange to activate my connection as soon as possible or else refund my money. This is really making restless now and mentally harassing too.                     For the last""" 2 years"""" i have been facing this speed issue..they promised a speed of around "3.1" mbps..what i'm getting is "0.49" kbps and this is the maximum speed till date...the signal bars are always full ..whenever i complaint about this the only thing i listen is "our network team is working on it, and it is an ongoing issue, will be resolved soon". well there team is working on it for the last 2 years and they haven't resolved it yet.so this is RIDICULOUS.these people can just say that they cannot provide what they promised but no they won't. and right now when i.m writing this review my internet speed is .09 kbps "can u believe that"...pathetic service..just pathetic!!!

                      Last week I purchased MTS Dongle pre-paid connection very dead slow my dongle number is "[protected]", Even I search keyword in google.com getting very slow, Some time "connection timedout". They told 4 mbps but coming 3 KBps or 0.64 KBps, I tried many time customer support, They told resolved my issue but still can't get speed. very worst service MTS. Please stop service otherwise increase the speed. very frustrated. We are ready to pay any amount but we need speed, Please understand this one. Regards Vasanth

                          Dear Sir, Ma'am, I had purchased an MTS wifi dongle in July 2015. My MTS dongle number was [protected]. At the time of purchasing it I was promised that I'll get a 3G+ speed. But that promise wasn't fulfilled. Whenever I tried to use internet the speed was pathetic. It took 5-10 minutes to open a web page. I called MTS several times and complained about it. But they didn't do anything. I paid their last bill on 4th October 2015 and blocked their number on 29 October 2015. In this tenure from July to October each time I used their internet I felt harassed. Whenever I made complaint to their customer care they said that there is a temporary issue with my location which would be resolved soon. When I was purchasing this dongle they didn't tell me anything about that technical issue. Their sales representative told that I'll get a high speed. Now they are harassing me and sending me mails from advocates to clear their dues from 4th to 29 October tenure. They are asking me one month bill which is unfair. Its not about 627 rupees but its about justice. They haven't performed their duties to provide the quality services to customers and haven't reverted to my complaints over phone or mails. The internet was good for nothing. So I urge you to please look into this matter and help me. My contact no. is [protected] and my email id is [protected]@gmail.com.

                                I am called MTS customer care multiple times to deactivate my MTS WiFi data card services [protected]. They are attending the call and asking me all the details, at last they says we are transferring your call to supervisor for deactivation and then the long wait starts. They will transfer but no one will pick the call for 10-15 mins. Only once somebody picked he too disconnected the call without taking my complaint. I don't want to pay the bill anymore coz for the last month too without using the services(connectivity issue) I have to pay the bill.

                                  I have purchased (COD)a new MTS datacard (# [protected]) of cost Rs 1299 on 07 Nov''2015. But due to false commitment of data plan, i denied for activation and asked for complete refund. Now since 10 Nov''2015, I have been complaining for refund by sending email and calling on customer care but not getting any response. I also contacted (on email) Appellate (appellate.[protected]@mtsindia.in)and TRAI ([protected]@trai.gov.in) but no action has been taken yet. MTS is doing fraud with customers by doing false commitment and then taking no action on complaints. Please help me in getting the refund. Bill Attached

                                    I have made the Full and Final payment of MTS Data Card Number - [protected] in the amount of Rs. 711/- on 28/11/2015 at the MTS Outlet at Dashrathpuri, Palam Dabri Main Road, New Delhi. But the payment has not been updated at their end since then, and I keep on receiving call on a daily basis from their Collection Department and I also receive messages on a daily basis from MTS to make the payment. I have been emailing them on a regular basis that I have made the payment and they are replying that they are looking into this but still they have not done anything. They also gave me my complaint number as 2705890 dated 5/12/2015 but when I called customer care they told me that there is no complaint with this number and they dont have any details for this complaint. I received a mail from MTS to contact Vinay Chandra for any dispute, I have called him 3 times but he is also not doing anything.

                                        Hi, My name is Saravana Raja. My contact details are [protected] / [protected]. Activation of MTS Prepaid dongle is pending for almost 10 days. Activation should have happened on December, 1 2015. Stating further information below. I had registered myself in MTS customer care on 29.11.2015 to buy the prepaid dongle. Upon registration, in 24 hours, the representative will come home and deliver the dongle after checking the signal. The sales man came promptly on 30.11.2015 and delivered the dongle after checking the signal. I paid Rs.1450/- and submitted the documents. I got the input, that the activation will happen by tomorrow. 01.12.2015. Till now, it did not happen. I had made several attempts through phone and mail. Got exhausted by their reply. They seriously need to revamp their customer service, as their is some basic thing missing. I went to MTS Head office in Chennai, Ambit part, Ambattur. Its a 60 sqft facility, with two chairs occupied by MTS personnel. The customers need to stand to get inside. They need to pass the information by standing, as there is no chair. In that room, only one computer is working. They are not having any clue about any other thing other than doing the recharge and receiving the payment. To my knowledge, Its part of the licensing authority to check whether the company is really having customer servicing capabilities before giving them license to sell their product. Something went wrong drastically. I am pasting the mail conversation for your reference. Please let me know how to go about?
