Activation of MTS Prepaid dongle is pending for almost 10 days. Activation should have happened on December, 1 2015. Stating further information below.
I had registered myself in MTS customer care on 29.11.2015 to buy the prepaid dongle. Upon registration, in 24 hours, the representative will come home and deliver the dongle after checking the signal. The sales man came promptly on 30.11.2015 and delivered the dongle after checking the signal. I paid Rs.1450/- and submitted the documents.
I got the input, that the activation will happen by tomorrow. 01.12.2015.
Till now, it did not happen. I had made several attempts through phone and mail. Got exhausted by their reply. They seriously need to revamp their customer service, as their is some basic thing missing.
I went to MTS Head office in Chennai, Ambit part, Ambattur.
Its a 60 sqft facility, with two chairs occupied by MTS personnel. The customers need to stand to get inside. They need to pass the information by standing, as there is no chair. In that room, only one computer is working.
They are not having any clue about any other thing other than doing the recharge and receiving the payment.
To my knowledge, Its part of the licensing authority to check whether the company is really having customer servicing capabilities before giving them license to sell their product. Something went wrong drastically.

I am still waiting.
1. 30.11.2015 - Purchased the prepaid dongle by paying Rs.1450/-
2. 01.12.2015 to 06.12.2015 - Continuously called customer care for updates. The info I got that documents not submitted yet.
3. 06.12.2015 - Wrote an e-mail to customer care.
4. 07.12.2015 - Reply from customer care for details
5. 08.12.2015 - Sent the requested details.
6. 10.12.2015 - Still waiting for response.
I had paid Rs.1450 on 30th November, still waiting for activation. The person I had given documents did not submitted. Who is responsible for this?

Iam Saravana raja, bought mts prepaid on 30.11.2015. I had given ration card, pan card xerox along with photo as documents.
I had contacted customer care (4th time), got the input that the documents are not submitted, hence activation not possible.

I don't have contact number of the person who delivered the dongle, he was from Ambit Park, Ambattur.
Please let me know, how to activate the dongle. I need an explanation for the delay.

Just stop the relation with MTS here itself they are big cheat and later will threat you with legal actions.
