abusive calls from the MTS people from these no's- [protected], [protected]. they are calling me and making fun of me by just transferring calls to each other. they were telling there names as Rahul Sharma, Rahul Srivastava and Bunty.
I dont want to get calls like this and someone should take action against these people... The speed he said for mts in my location is: 9mbps but i got 104kbps only. When i called him back, he isn't picking my calls. Beware of such. He will look like a rowdy wearing think gold chains. He is a fraud. I wasted my 1300 rs. [protected] of MTS on 14. 05. 2015 but due to worst Service received I decided to return the same on 25. 05. 2015. I phoned as well as mailed for return of the data card (copy of Mail enclosed Annexure-1). We received a complaint No. 12179, however inspite of several telephonic calls no action taken... MTS has cheated me by billing from 19th October; but i had logged my compalint in MTS on 19th and 20th as i was not abel to use MTS; i request MTS to send em corrected bill.
In general as a feedback MTS network runs poorly in gurgaon and i ma not ahppy with the same;
But atleast MTS shoudl not cheat custeomrs by billing wrongly... facing by subscribing to MTS internet services.
I took a 3G internet connection in June 2015 after which i wasn't very happy with the service and decided to discontinue with the services.
I called the customer care unit from my registered mobile number [protected]. The moment I said I want to discontinue with the services, the executive hung up on me... getting response from MTS that we are unable to connect with you and your complaint has been closed or resolved but the problem is still as it is... I am using mts data card no [protected]. on[protected] i called the call center and asked him for current plans, he told me the plans and i choose rs 550 plan . i recieved a reference no 1672921 .
when in sep my bill came i recieved bill of my previous plan . i called the customer care they told me to arrange call regarding this and i have not recieved any call till now... This is regarding my MTS connection (Data card no-[protected])which I am using sine 25th OCT'15 and my billing cycle is 15th of every month . I took an unlimited plan of 599 and my bill is yet to generate.

Since 16th Nov'15 my connection is not active, that is not because of my fault... MTS wifi is recharged on 7th november 2015 for Rs. 500/-. When i started checking internet found that MTS is not functioning. Immediately i registered a complaint # nov/33/99 dtd 7th nov. But problem not solved. Again complainted on 11th nov. Complaint # nov/4876 and requested to send somebody to resolve but no response received... Mts — False promise, wrongly charged money (complaint)
I could not use internet services from MTS due to very very low speed for 3-4 months, the google homepage itself did not use to come up. In spite of making several complaints my issue was not resolved and i was charged for no reason for many months. Firstly they told me that a technician would come to my home however that did not happen ever and then whenever i used to make calls to the customer care they would place my call on hold for 20 minutes and then they would disconnect the line without my intimation... My MTS post paid 550 (5GB day 5GB night) with taxes it was to come to 627/- per month However, last month (Oct 2015) I got a bill of Rs 660 (They have added Value Added Services and add tax) After several calls, I did not receive a details regarding VAS (value added service details). don buy MTS data card for gods sake, , total waste for what u pay. i took connection on set. 23, 2015. the device which they gave was faulty, then they replaced me with other, even that did not work, so they me again on 6th oct. singal was 1 x . while selling they showed me as 3G, now they say me u will get only this speed, it is not loading even one page... This is to inform you that due to technical issues from MTS side I was unable to use my mts data card for the entire month before discontinuation.
I kept on calling the technical support team for resolving the issue but every time they said there is problem of connectivity of MTS in our area... and till this date mts people never turned up to check speed status thereafter and they disconnected my connection as no payment was made now asking to pay till date amount . The same has been intimated to Hosur -Tamilnadu show room during last month (October '15) itself.
They told to pay to outstanding as on that date. I have paid the same.

I recharged my mts data card([protected])with stv 699 on 1st of november 2015 and used my all 7 gb data till 11th of november and then i was having the unlimited stv according to the prepaid plan with very low speed, than i recharged my data card on 12th of november withh stv 499 with high speed data and i got 5gb data accordinng to plan but the problem is that whenever i recharge with any stv my net speed is always high... in coverage list of MTS(https://www. mtsindia. in/mts-coverage. html#one9).
I purchased by seeing this list but didn't work in coimbatore.
MTS customer care is not replying properly. Saying you can use when you go out of coimbatore. Why should i go out of coimbatore to use inter net brilliant customer care :)
