I have purchased MTS wifi on dated 8th NOV and from first day i am facing problems for connectivity, signal, speed problem. For the same i have raise complaints. They called me and tried to check out but they are not able to solve the problem with their server. Then they send a engineer to my location, he told me i will increase signals from my tower and it will take 2 days, then you can get good signals and speed. 3 days gone but not improvement, 4 Days gone but still same. On a 5th day i raised another complaint and they response me after 3 days and without asking me they straight told me " YOU WILL NOT GET MORE THAN 130KB/S AT YOUR REGISTERED ADDRESS" I live in a well-known area in the city which called a shine of city but MTS not able to give atleast 3 signals???? Whenever i checking on their self care they are showing 3G+ speed on my area but if you want to use then you will not get. If you are aware that you cannot give a connectivity on my area then you should told me at the time of purchasing!!! My complaints numbers and connection number are given below.     From few days onward i am continuously getting abusive calls from the MTS people from these no's- [protected], [protected]. they are calling me and making fun of me by just transferring calls to each other. they were telling there names as Rahul Sharma, Rahul Srivastava and Bunty. I dont want to get calls like this and someone should take action against these people. My name is Mohit and my MTS data card no - [protected].

      Guys please don't buy any datacard from this guy.. He will provide you the datacard without verifying feasibility in your area. He will say there will be high speed data connection available in your area. He will provide a fake demo for it too. Once he has sold his datacard to you. You cannot contact him to his mobile number too. He wont pick any of your calls for any doubt/service you need. The speed he said for mts in my location is: 9mbps but i got 104kbps only. When i called him back, he isn't picking my calls. Beware of such. He will look like a rowdy wearing think gold chains. He is a fraud. I wasted my 1300 rs. On this : (Also most of the people who provide you datacard by coming to your home are cheat. It is better you buy at any showroom. This is eighth continuous complaint on him for the past six months. Hope mts will take necessary action on this guy.

        I feel there is no worst words than this is English to scold them. One of the worst data services in the country. Its our fault that we had been trapped by their offers. 40GB, 20GB etc etc.

        The speed what you are giving is perhaps the same speed that you use when. Better go and do that a little fast. So, that you will be named in history for the mystery relationship

          I reported issue to my Broadband(Data card) provider MTS several times. I am totally dis satisfied the way customer service was handled. When asked for supervisor or the complaints team advisor Gautham deliberately refused to transfer the call to complaints team. Am so annoyed because of the apuling service from MTS.           contact me as soon as possible.

            MY MTS MBLAZE no - [protected] MY internet not working from 1 month and when I call customer care they ask me to wait for 3 weeks One month ago. Now again when I called i was told to wait for 5 weeks. IN the meanwhile they are calling me and speaking very rudely to pay the bill for this period where i did not get any service from their end.

            Can I be helped using your platform to resolve my problem.

              1) I took data Card No. [protected] of MTS on 14.05.2015 but due to worst Service received I decided to return the same on 25.05.2015. I phoned as well as mailed for return of the data card (copy of Mail enclosed Annexure-1). We received a complaint No. 12179, however inspite of several telephonic calls no action taken. 2) Again on 12.07.2015 mailed to MTS and copy forwarded to Customer Care & Appellate Authority for disconnection & return of data Card (Annexure-2). 3) Received an automatically generated Delivery Status on 13.07.2015 in respect of delivery to [protected]@india.in has been delayed “Do not need to resend your message” (copy enclosed Annexure- 3). 4) On 14.07.2015 again received the above said message (Annexure-4). 5) On 21.07.2015 I received a unpaid bill reminder of Rs. 805/- however earlier no any bill received (Annexure-5). 6) Again we resend the mail of dated 12.07.2015 for disconnection of data card and refund of money on 22.07.2015 to MTS and copy to Customer Care & Appellate Authority (Annexure-6, 7, 8 & 9). 7) Received an automatically generated Delivery Status on 23.07.2015 in respect of mail delivery to [protected]@india.in has been delayed “Do not need to resend your message” (Annexure-10). 8) On 24.07.2015 received a message from MTS Appellate Authority that they have not received my mail dated 22.10 2015 for disconnection and they have registered our feedback and requested for payment of Rs. 804/-(Annexure-11). However they have taken any action on my request for disconnection and refund of money. 9) Received an automatically generated Delivery Status on 24.07.2015 in respect of mail delivery to [protected]@india.in has been delayed “Do not need to resend your message” (Annexure-12). 10) On 31.07.2015 again received a message of Mr. Mukesh Arora "suspended your outgoing/ incoming services due to non payment of overdue amounts (Annexure-13). However, we have already mailed as well as telephonically conveyed several times to disconnect the connection. we are also not using their services at all. 11) On 01.08.2015 again I mailed to Mr. Vinay chandra who spoke on telephone to send the mail for disconnection & refund of data card with a copy to MTS, MTS Customer Care & Appellate Authority with reference to telephonic conversion by Mr. Vinay Chandra (Annexure-14). 12) On 01.08.2015 received acknowledgement of receipt of my mail from MTS Appellate with a remark that “we will respond to you within 24 working hours (Annexure-15). 13) Received an automatically generated Delivery Status on 03.08.2015 in respect of mail delivery to [protected]@india.in has been delayed “Do not need to resend your message” On 03.08.2015 received message from automatically generated delivery status with a remark “Do not need to resend your message” (Annexure-16). 14) On 03.08.2015 from MTS Appellate received a mail “that they have checked not found any request for disconnection and my number has already been temporarily disconnected since 03.08.2015 due to non payment of dues of Rs. 1600/- (Annexure-17). Here I would like to mention that Appellate Authority in their mail dated 24.07.2015 have confirmed the receipt of my mail date 22.07.2015 for disconnection (Annexure-11) and mail of Mr, Mukesh Arora dated 31.07.2015 (Annexure-13) informed the suspension of my A/c since 31.07 2015, outstanding due is Rs. 805/- however MTS Appellate reply contradictory that temporarily disconnected since 03.08.2015 due to previous dues of Rs. 1600/-. 15) Received an automatically generated Delivery Status on 04.08.2015 in respect of mail delivery to [protected]@india.in has been delayed “Do not need to resend your message” (Annexure-18). 19) On 25.08.2015 received a demand notice of Rs. 1600/- with a threat for taking legal proceedings, criminal as well as civil agaist me if not paid by 26.08.2015 in respect of availed service (Annexure-19). However no service has been availed and it may be checked from the data. 20) On 30.08.2015 again received a payment reminder with a request to contact Ms. Mandeep Kaur for amicable resolution and threatening for legal proceedings (Annexure-20). 21) On 03.09.2015 again replied with reference to their demand notice and requested for disconnection (Annexure-21). 22) On 04.09.2015 we again remailed for disconnection (Annexure-22). 23) On 04.09.2015 fed up with their telephonic call & to avoid the litigation & peace of mind, I paid all the so called outstanding due on the request of Mr. Dharam Singh their legal consultant who assured for permanent disconnection and closure of file after payment, I paid Rs. 1700/- without availing any services and again mailed on 04.09.2015 for disconnection with a remark that "we donot need your service" (Annexure-22). 24) Now again on 21.10.2015 they raised a bill of Rs. 718/- due on 18.10.2015 ( Annexure 23) and for Rs. 1487 on 04.11.2015. I did not use the MTS data card for a single time after requesting for disconnection, further as per their own statement data card was suspended/ disconnected ( Annexure 13& 17), we have never requested for resume of service, inspite of that we have regularly mailed as well as telephonically informed for disconnection they are raising bills. Now again we are getting calls for payment and getting threatening from them and from their so called legal cell/ advocate Dharam Singh for payment. Being a gentle lady they are trying to theatening me and also made me mentaly disturebed by calling every day and night. Now, it is pryed to kindly caaled for :- 1) The details of their all calls and recording of conversations made to my Mobile No. [protected] & [protected]. 2) Details of payment made by me. 3) Deailes of action take on my request for disconecctin and refund of money. 4) Monthwise details of data card used. further, ii would like to mention that as per quality of service Benchmark prescribed by regulator Termination/ Closureof service should be done within 7 days maximum up to one quarter and consumer can terminate the service by sanding a written request Fax, E-Mail, Telephone call and SMS (Copy enclosed Annexure 24). It ia also requested to impose a havy penalty on mts for harassing, cheating and threatening of a lady consumer by illegal means under Telecom Regulatory Act as well as under consumer protection Act and under crpc. I also demand a compensation of Rs. 1, 00, 000/- or as deemed fit for mental harassment from MTS. Enclosure:- As above Hard copy with all annexures will follow. yours faithfully ( VINITA RANI)

              I took MTS connection [protected].
              Further I decided to quit taking mts service.So, I informed MTS to disconnect my connection.
              Mr.Vinay Chandra : (email id: vinay.[protected]@mtsindia.in) ph.+[protected] is the one who created my Full and final statement of bill (which is Rs.1610/-) and I already paid my bill.
              Now, continuously from last 2months I got calls, message and email regarding bill dues.
              Many times MTS reps irritating calling 15 times day.
              Would request you to take serious action againt Mr.Vinay Chandra.Collection Executive Customer Service Delivery, DELHI NCR, Sistema Shyam Teleservices Limited Delhi UCO A - 194, Okhla Industrial Area, Phase - I

                MTS has cheated me by billing from 19th October; but i had logged my compalint in MTS on 19th and 20th as i was not abel to use MTS; i request MTS to send em corrected bill. In general as a feedback MTS network runs poorly in gurgaon and i ma not ahppy with the same; But atleast MTS shoudl not cheat custeomrs by billing wrongly.

                  I am writing to you to express the humiliation I am facing by subscribing to MTS internet services. I took a 3G internet connection in June 2015 after which i wasn't very happy with the service and decided to discontinue with the services. I called the customer care unit from my registered mobile number [protected]. The moment I said I want to discontinue with the services, the executive hung up on me. There were payments pending from my end. I told the collections department that I will clear the outstanding balance as soon as you give me a request number for my account cancellation. I did get a cancellation request number which is: 9671444 and 9671418. Although I was given the assurance that the account has been closed, I am still receiving bills and your collections department is harassing me with unacceptable language being used. I request for all the call recordings to be downloaded and sent to me as I wish to take it to TRAI as an official complaint.

And today again i got call from MTS (He refused to tell his name and was using abusing language) - When I asked him to revise the bill as per data I used he started yelling like anything and started telling 'your shameless defaulter and not making payment" - I say MTS is defaulter for whole India customers and doing fraud business.

                  Then he told we sent you legal notice - i asked to share FIR number and I am ready to fight.

                  Please send me request on [protected] we will also create whatsapp group as well for this to raise voice.

                  Hello Team - I bought MTS wifi data card with postpaid plan of rental 999 with 40GB with speed upto 15 MBPS, but never it was beyond 2 MBPS in Bomanahalli as well in other locations of Bangalore, which i used for couple of months but then after speed was so low (below 1 mbps) due to which i could not perform my work, so i called MTS call center to rectify but they never responded on this. So, I stopped using MTS data card. And the they sent me the bill for the same month and again one more bill for one more month but for the second month i never used it but still MTS people are harassing me to pay bill for 2 months and sending me messages of pay bill to avoid LEGAL issues. Today on 27th Oct 2015 i received a call from MTS Lawyer his number is [protected] and he was telling it will be LEGAL Issue Now here is my question. When MTS is openly telling and advertising all over Bangalore stating that speed up to 15 MBPS but when it is actually max of 3 MBPS which i got to know from MTS store in Marathalli and 40GB data usage in 999/- plan (20GB Day and 20GB night) which again i got to know when i called customer care. How can one use 40 GB with such low speed of some kbps to 2 mbps that too gets disconnected many times. So do I really have to pay for complete 2 months which i dint even used? is there any legal complaint that i can also take against MTS that MTS is cheating their customers such a way, Can MTS provide usage of data in such cases and charge bill only for data usage ?                   Sub: Non-receipt of payments for the post-paid services to [protected] of M/s. Sistema Shyam Teleservices Limited.

                  Ref: Bill with reference for the above mentioned services, Subscriber Account [protected].

                  Under instructions from my client M/s. Sistema Shyam TeleServices limited[SSTL], having its office and place of business at A-194, Phase-I, Okhla Industrial Area, New Delhi–110020 I hereby issue this notice for demand with reference to your outstanding bill towards usage of post-paid services to MDN Number [protected].

                  That you had subscribed for the postpaid voice/data services being offered by SSTL in accordance with the Terms & Conditions set out in the customer acquisition form [CAF], which was duly signed for and acknowledged by you.
                  1. That in support of your credentials /verification you had furnished / attached along with the CAF, the photocopies of the requisites documents (viz. your Photo ID and Address Proof etc)

                  2. That the CAF clearly states that the terms and conditions for the services to be rendered by M/s. Sistema Shyam Teleservices Limited, . The said CAF also provides the manner and the duration till which the SIM CARD/DONGLE was to be used by the person subscribing for the services of SSTL, and its return to its rightful owner (i.e. M/s. Sistema Shyam Teleservices Limited) in the eventuality of discontinuation of said services..

                  3. That the “SIM CARD/DONGLE” being provided to the subscriber is the property of M/s. Sistema Shyam Teleservices Limited and the same has to be used and utilized by the subscriber strictly in the manner stated in the CAF and only till such time the terms and conditions of the said CAF are being adhered to by the parties, . You had been entrusted with the SIM CARD/DONGLE by M/s. Sistema Shyam Teleservices Limited with express instructions that usage of the same to access the network of M/s. Sistema Shyam Teleservices Limited shall be done by you in accordance with the terms and conditions of the CAF. However, you have failed to return the same to SSTL. And retaining the same illegally and the same amounts to misappropriation of the same .

                  4. The bill, which duly and timely reached you, clearly stated a date of Payment in the bill statements. This was followed by verbal Communications / repeated requests for payment via tele-calling and SMS messages for the same. However till date we have not received any payment towards the discharge of your outstanding liability which amounts to Rs.2282 /-

                  Therefore, despite having availed and enjoyed the services promised and duly delivered by M/s. Sistema Shyam Teleservices Limited, you have dishonestly and fraudulently induced SSTL and thereby causing wrongful loss to SSTL and wrongful gain to yourself.

                  5. Please take notice that should the property (SIM CARD/DONGLE card) M/s. Sistema Shyam Teleservices Limited, given to you in good faith, for a specific purpose, not be returned along with the payments due and outstanding, within seven clear days from the receipt of this notice, SSTL shall be constrained to initiate/invoke all or any of the legal remedies available under law to recover the same ; in addition to the your prosecution under Sections 405, 406 and 420, of the Indian Penal Code read with Section 190/200 and 357 of the Code Of Criminal Procedure, before appropriate court . Furthermore, SSTL shall be at liberty to share the information regarding the unlawful retention of its SIM CARD/DONGLE and the default in payment on your part with other telecom operators or credit verification agencies.

                  6. However if you have made payments prior to receiving this notice, please ignore this notice and kindly furnish us the proof of payment to avoid further action.

                  7. You are also liable to pay cost of legal proceedings.

                  2. That the CAF clearly states that the terms and conditions for the services to be rendered by M/s. Sistema Shyam Teleservices Limited, . The said CAF also provides the manner and the duration till which the SIM CARD/DONGLE was to be used by the person subscribing for the services of SSTL, and its return to its rightful owner (i.e. M/s. Sistema Shyam Teleservices Limited) in the eventuality of discontinuation of said services..

                  3. That the “SIM CARD/DONGLE” being provided to the subscriber is the property of M/s. Sistema Shyam Teleservices Limited and the same has to be used and utilized by the subscriber strictly in the manner stated in the CAF and only till such time the terms and conditions of the said CAF are being adhered to by the parties, . You had been entrusted with the SIM CARD/DONGLE by M/s. Sistema Shyam Teleservices Limited with express instructions that usage of the same to access the network of M/s. Sistema Shyam Teleservices Limited shall be done by you in accordance with the terms and conditions of the CAF. However, you have failed to return the same to SSTL. And retaining the same illegally and the same amounts to misappropriation of the same .

                  4. The bill, which duly and timely reached you, clearly stated a date of Payment in the bill statements. This was followed by verbal Communications / repeated requests for payment via tele-calling and SMS messages for the same. However till date we have not received any payment towards the discharge of your outstanding liability which amounts to Rs.2282 /-

                  Therefore, despite having availed and enjoyed the services promised and duly delivered by M/s. Sistema Shyam Teleservices Limited, you have dishonestly and fraudulently induced SSTL and thereby causing wrongful loss to SSTL and wrongful gain to yourself.

                  5. Please take notice that should the property (SIM CARD/DONGLE card) M/s. Sistema Shyam Teleservices Limited, given to you in good faith, for a specific purpose, not be returned along with the payments due and outstanding, within seven clear days from the receipt of this notice, SSTL shall be constrained to initiate/invoke all or any of the legal remedies available under law to recover the same ; in addition to the your prosecution under Sections 405, 406 and 420, of the Indian Penal Code read with Section 190/200 and 357 of the Code Of Criminal Procedure, before appropriate court . Furthermore, SSTL shall be at liberty to share the information regarding the unlawful retention of its SIM CARD/DONGLE and the default in payment on your part with other telecom operators or credit verification agencies.

                  6. However if you have made payments prior to receiving this notice, please ignore this notice and kindly furnish us the proof of payment to avoid further action.

                  7. You are also liable to pay cost of legal proceedings.

                    I have purchased one WiFi Data card from Ten Digital two weeks ago and till now i am unable to use that. At the time of purchase they said we have a very good connectivity over there but still i am not finding coverage or range at my place due which I got inconvenience to use the facilities. I have raised complaint twice and every time I am getting response from MTS that we are unable to connect with you and your complaint has been closed or resolved but the problem is still as it is.

                      I am using mts data card no [protected]. on[protected] i called the call center and asked him for current plans, he told me the plans and i choose rs 550 plan . i recieved a reference no 1672921 . when in sep my bill came i recieved bill of my previous plan . i called the customer care they told me to arrange call regarding this and i have not recieved any call till now. shall the comapny should not see that the customer rather complaining many times should be listened . the comapny is fraud

                        This is regarding my MTS connection (Data card no-[protected])which I am using sine 25th OCT'15 and my billing cycle is 15th of every month . I took an unlimited plan of 599 and my bill is yet to generate.

                        1.THEN WHY SHOULD I PAY MY BILL IN ADVANCE?
                        2.WHY MY CONNECTION IS NOT ACTIVE?

                        Since 16th Nov'15 my connection is not active, that is not because of my fault. Then why should I suffer? I called customer care number (of times. But They were not able to answer my problem, same answer was provided all the time that I would receive a call back. I question is WHY DON'T YOU TRAIN YOUR CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVES? SO THAT THEY CAN PROVIDE ANSWER TO YOUR CUSTOMER AND YOUR CUSTOMER WILL NOT BE IN MERCY OF THEIR CALL BACK.

                        I spoke to Mr. Arif, Miss. Shilpi and many others, some advised me to pay Rs. 480/- to continue the service. Why should I pay before due date as I have not even received my bill?

                        Is that MTS is bankrupt as they are asking their customer to pay their bill in advance so that MTS can pay salaries to their employees?

                        PLEASE LET ME KNOW WHAT IS MY FAULT? AND HOW TO SURRENDER MY CONNECTION AND GET MY REFUND ?

                        I have also option to move to TRAI against this MTS behaviour.

                        Kindly solve my problem ASAP.

                          MTS wifi is recharged on 7th november 2015 for Rs.500/-. When i started checking internet found that MTS is not functioning. Immediately i registered a complaint # nov/33/99 dtd 7th nov. But problem not solved. Again complainted on 11th nov. Complaint # nov/4876 and requested to send somebody to resolve but no response received. 13th nov i got a missed call from [protected]. After 5 minutes i contacted on the number but the phone was switched off. I tried to contact on that number 10 times in 5 minutes intervals but phone was switched off. Again i regd a complaint on 17th nov complaint # nov/7644. I got the same reply from the executive that Mts representative would be in touch with me. Till date neither your representative visited nor any kind if assistance/support received from your company. I have wasted several days, phone call amount, and lost validity period of 11 days. WHat kind of servicse MTS is offering to their customers in thiscompetitive world I need compensation for the losses that i incurred during this period.                             I could not use internet services from MTS due to very very low speed for 3-4 months, the google homepage itself did not use to come up. In spite of making several complaints my issue was not resolved and i was charged for no reason for many months. Firstly they told me that a technician would come to my home however that did not happen ever and then whenever i used to make calls to the customer care they would place my call on hold for 20 minutes and then they would disconnect the line without my intimation. Then after 2 months of not being able to use services i downgraded my plan from 999 to 599, after which also the scenario was same. My usage for the months of September and October is absolutely nil and when i called the customer service they made a false promise that they would give me a waiver as i was unable to use my services due to issue from their end(low speed), i have not received the waiver yet. Lastly after being fed up i requested my services to be terminated and the customer service representative said that the services will be terminated and that i will not receive any further bills however it is still not disconnected and i am receiving bills for no reason.
                            I sent emails to Customer service of MTS and they did not help as well.
                            I have wasted around[protected] for nothing at all, and for now my outstanding bill amount is 783 for which i am expecting a waiver as i could not use the services for several months because MTS was not providing me enough speed. And after the waive off i want my services to be terminated forever. I do not wish to continue with MTS at all.
                            I have also attached the screen shots of the emails sent to MTS customer care for waiver and disconnection.

                            I expect my complaint will be addressed and will be resolved as soon as possible.

                              My MTS post paid 550 (5GB day 5GB night) with taxes it was to come to 627/- per month However, last month (Oct 2015) I got a bill of Rs 660 (They have added Value Added Services and add tax) After several calls, I did not receive a details regarding VAS (value added service details). MTS customer care always say call me after an hour we will provide you the details. I have not activated any VAS. So reduce the bill amount as Rs. 627 and send me the bill copy.                                 I got transferred from Rajasthan to Maharashtra, and hence requested disconnection in June. After paying the bill, the Customer Service Executive said that if manager does not call you connection will be disconnected, but I again got bills and now getting goon calls for coming to court and police case etc. MTS number [protected]

                                  The wost network i have ever used. i am a regula user of broadband since bsnl introduced it. your mblace is taking morethan 5 minutes to just load YOUR HOME PAGE after the slot of 23gb completion. i am in a plan to cancel my connection soon. :((( i tried to send this feedback through mblace connection but morethan 10 minures nothing happened and now i am sending this through my other broad band connection BSNL

                                    Pl.don buy MTS data card for gods sake, , total waste for what u pay.i took connection on set.23, 2015.the device which they gave was faulty, then they replaced me with other, even that did not work, so they me again on 6th oct.singal was 1 x .while selling they showed me as 3G, now they say me u will get only this speed, it is not loading even one page., MY house is in well ventilated, which is in 1st floor and 30 ft road, how can it be congested. Aft several complaints, nearly 10, they said me this answer.i have wasted 2000 rs for such useless data which i have not used. TO MTS SERVICE. I[censored] FEEL THIS IS NOT CORRECT.                                       My MTS number is : [protected] This is to inform you that due to technical issues from MTS side I was unable to use my mts data card for the entire month before discontinuation. I kept on calling the technical support team for resolving the issue but every time they said there is problem of connectivity of MTS in our area. But no one solved the problem. So the entire month I was not able to use the data card. As I have not used the data card due to technical problem from their side I am not liable to pay for the same. Would request MTS to stop harassing their customers by writing mails and calling to pay the bill despite of not able to use the data card for the entire month

                                        This is regarding connection bearing MDN no. [protected].The connection was disconnected within 7-10 days from the date of taking connection as there was no range for your device and speed was shown less than .23 Kbps and .12 kbps etc and the same was checked at my residence by your executive jamsheer who gave the connection. he checked the same within 3 days and said he would booster the speed with the device and later after 10 days came and found there was no range and speed was .12 kbps where as the device speed while taking the connection was told as 2mpbs he told even if it is boosted it wont increase the speed and he told that it is better to cancel it and he would cancel as it is communicated within days same would be informed to the company and will be disconnected on the same day.since there is deficiency of services from their part and the range problem was conveyed to the company through the executive who gave connection there is no latches on our part and the same was also conveyed to welcome call service personnel and to call centre. Thereafter I got a call from the company I called the executive who gave connection he told that it would be cancelled and has conveyed to the company. I have proof of your devices speed with me.the executive and company has cheating me that the speed is 2 MPs minimum.Now their people and lawyers firm is harassing by calling my family.. I am not liable to pay any amount . They are saying I am to go their office pay till date amount and fill a form for cancelation and till this date mts people never turned up to check speed status thereafter and they disconnected my connection as no payment was made now asking to pay till date amount . They are giving in advertisement that device speed is 2 mbps and chest customers
