This is regarding connection bearing MDN no. [protected].The connection was disconnected within 7-10 days from the date of taking connection as there was no range for your device and speed was shown less than .23 Kbps and .12 kbps etc and the same was checked at my residence by your executive jamsheer who gave the connection. he checked the same within 3 days and said he would booster the speed with the device and later after 10 days came and found there was no range and speed was .12 kbps where as the device speed while taking the connection was told as 2mpbs he told even if it is boosted it wont increase the speed and he told that it is better to cancel it and he would cancel as it is communicated within days same would be informed to the company and will be disconnected on the same day.since there is deficiency of services from their part and the range problem was conveyed to the company through the executive who gave connection there is no latches on our part and the same was also conveyed to welcome call service personnel and to call centre. Thereafter I got a call from the company I called the executive who gave connection he told that it would be cancelled and has conveyed to the company. I have proof of your devices speed with me.the executive and company has cheating me that the speed is 2 MPs minimum.Now their people and lawyers firm is harassing by calling my family.. I am not liable to pay any amount . They are saying I am to go their office pay till date amount and fill a form for cancelation and till this date mts people never turned up to check speed status thereafter and they disconnected my connection as no payment was made now asking to pay till date amount . They are giving in advertisement that device speed is 2 mbps and chest customers

    Disconnect my MTS postpaid data card no - [protected] The same has been intimated to Hosur -Tamilnadu show room during last month (October '15) itself. They told to pay to outstanding as on that date. I have paid the same. But they have not disconnected and now asking me to pay for one more month. Please resolve.

      I recharged my mts data card([protected])with stv 699 on 1st of november 2015 and used my all 7 gb data till 11th of november and then i was having the unlimited stv according to the prepaid plan with very low speed, than i recharged my data card on 12th of november withh stv 499 with high speed data and i got 5gb data accordinng to plan but the problem is that whenever i recharge with any stv my net speed is always high...but this time it is very low as it looks like the unlimited stv speed is runnning...please do sommething

        I have seen coimbatore has been listed in coverage list of MTS(https://www.mtsindia.in/mts-coverage.html#one9). I purchased by seeing this list but didn't work in coimbatore. MTS customer care is not replying properly. Saying you can use when you go out of coimbatore. Why should i go out of coimbatore to use inter net brilliant customer care :) So i suggest people not go for MTS

            Hi,
            My MDN number is [protected]. I had raised an issue regarding connecting my laptop and my mobile simultaneously as promised to me while giving the data card and the connection. I as promised to connect 5 devices at once but here i see for many reasons I am not able to connect the two devices. I call the customer care repeatedly and I would do is follow the instructions of them and I have done all the troubleshooting accordingly and nothing worked. Many customer support executives were so impatient and made me do the same troubleshooting repeatedly. I was then given a complaint number of NOV/659 on the 02/11/2015. For which I get a call on a busy day which went unanswered from me I was later being told to give a missed call to the number given in the text message I did so. But i just received a message from 199 saying we will get back soon. I then receive a mail saying the issue is been resolved with no answer for calls multiple times. WHY blame the customer for your negligence I admit I missed the call once but did you at-least put an effort to call back again ????

                Sir, I am having mts internet connection ( [protected] ) .For the month of October 2015, the bill amounted was stated as Rs.854 . I have not activated any VAS nor asked anyone for VAS. So reduce the bill amount as Rs. 798 and send me the bill copy. I would like to add that the speed of the internet was slow, MOST of the days of October 2015, in such a way that, I did not use even the normal GB alloted to me.                     I bought a MTS wifi router the representative of told me its 3G+ router you will get speed more then 5mbps . i wasted my Rs.2500 to get that wonderful connection . unfortunately i am getting speed of 25kbps to 300kbps max. i called to customer care 2 days back they told me don't worry we are working on our network connection will stable soon . but still i am facing same problem . i need high speed internet to do study they are mocking on me to provide this kind of rubbish connection i am not happy with service . because they are giving miss-commitment to customer they are doing wrong advertisement . they are making full to customer kindly take action .

                      Hello, I am using MTS more than 1+ years and still I am not happy with the service. I have complained so many times in the last month. But, every time MTS dep. closed the complaint without my approval. No support, no resolution any time. I need my money for the time I have spend for calling. Not recommend to any people. Last time I am using this and I will not renew this service. Thanks.

                      Very bad bad service. At the current time, I am using other internet service just because of my current MTS is not working. Speed is very very less.

                        I had taken MTS Data Card internet connection & on july 2015 i already mailed to disconnect to customer care but no reply then i went to its outlet on 15th july 2015 to know the procedure of closing & that outlet guy checked my connection status & told me to clear my outstanding till that day & i immediately clear all the dues with proper documents, then he assured me that all formalities have done now within 48 hrs i;ll get a call from retention team just to make a confirmation from my side, after long gap on 21st july a got a call from its retention Dept & closed my connection & also asked him that, now every thing is done said yes, actually they closed my account after long time back for their negligence, then one month later frequently got from its customer care to pay 172/-rs, when chased, no justified answer from them, now they are threatened me that criminal offence will be charged against me. My question is why???? when i paid all outstanding before due date. In their mahimil, Mr Mohit Sharma-([protected]) is given to clarify any thing else but no response from.                           Date:[protected] MTS no: [protected] I have subscribed for post paid 599 (5GB day 5GB night) with taxes it was to come to 683/- per month However, last month I got a bill of Rs 700 After several calls, I did not receive a feedback and I paid the amount This month, I get a bill of Rs 739 On checking the breakdown, they have added Value Added Services and add tax twice getting the figure to 739 This is a fradulent company which says one thing, and does exactly another Moreover, even though 1GB is left on 29th - the speed is so slow that even emails do not open.

                            Sir, I purchased an MTS data card no [protected] which was a defective device I wrote emails to Customer care & Appellate authority of MTS but they did not pay heed to my request. I paid the first month bill without any service later i sent them a request to disconnect and refund my deposit money yet they raised bill and sending me threat SMS. My friend Mr. Sabuj Ghosh took an MTS Mobile no.[protected] from which balance would be deducted without any call a CT was [protected]@Rs.30/- p.m without any consent. On protest they blocked the SIM card. In short, MTS is cheating people this should be prevented.

                              To whomsoever it may concern,

                              I have a MTS data card device model (LAVA - DF800i) MDN - [protected] which start malfunctioning from the beginning of October month. Only sometimes it used to work else not though finally it stopped working at all and i lodged a complaint No OCT/5252 (configuration issue) which they close stating it is data card issue.

                              Lodged another complaint OCT/7731 they closed it again without any information. in meantime they are kept sending me emails and messages for bill payment finally, my billing date came on 18th oct i didn't pay bill since i was very upset.

                              I have it lodged again complaint OCT/8265 they closed it again, i requested them just not to close complaint if they can't resolved they closed it again arguing rude. i have few phone recordings too.

                              I lodged complaint again OCT/9373 they close it saying they couldn't reach me. after 26th oct they barred my no due to non bill payment. I lodged one more complaint OCT/10547 they closed it again.

                              Post which they called me again and they only argued with me that your no. is barred, pay the bill and it will be active again, I requested them not to close complaint they spoke to me very rudely and close the complaint.

                              I know that the issue is with the device, device has broke down, i m ready to pay for the device but they are not giving any resolution except closing complaints and talking rubbish.

                              Now they are calling me stating them advocate and send me a legal notice, i would need your assistance to look into this matter and take a serious actions against them.

                              I have phone recording and sms's as a proof of correspondence which i can attach on required.

                                Sir today 1/11/2015 I accidentally recharged 500rs instead of 499...the 500rs came to my main account...I called the customer care they tild I hav to use the internet from main account itself for that I have to pay 50ps per mb..that is a big loss for me...sir I feel it cheated as normally from mobiles we can select any plan by sending text to the providers...they MTS isnt providing any features like that and they didnt helped me

                                  I bought an MTS connection happily and started surfing downloading, but wait I was crumbled every moment as slow speed hassle all my internet experience.

                                  And things didn't found any end here, further I suffer like hell when I decide to disconnect the dongle broadband. They called me every time, I paid my last bill twice and thrice again and when I was called from some Court (may be a fake call from MTS to terrify costumer), I was very much busy in other stuffs of my life. So I couldn't follow up with them.

                                  I was forced to pay my last bill thrice, again Court call, police blah blah !! They try everything

                                  Believe me you will need more time to disconnect MTS, even more than what you need for your girl friend, wife, family members, They will kill you in tension because they are extremely irresponsible in following ethics.

                                  Moreover there is no responsible guy in whole of MTS company, They simply said "We can't do anything sir, You have to pay the last bill" Means again I have to pay one more time

                                  Finally I took a leave for this, visited MTS customer support centre and called everyone, mailed everyone. Whole day I pursuit MTS guys aggressively.
                                  I was mad and I finally decided to fight!!

                                  and got my case resolved.

                                  I suffered loss of time money and physical mental sufferings,
                                  So don't buy MTS or if you buy, and if you need to disconnect than Just go to MTS store get your connection disconnected. Take all reciepts and dont ignore any sms for paying bill. Follow up with MTS again. Untill you get last SMS !!

                                      Sir, I would like to inform that i have complaint to CS on 2nd day of activation of data card-MTS that there is connectivity issue and I am not getting speed as you have convinced me to purchase. I have sent several mails to customer care for site survey or to refund my hard earn money back against the dongle which is useless but customer care is not responding positively. At the time of purchase from the vendor, it was told to me that dongle will be refund if there would be connectivity issue at your local area. Below are the complaint no. SEP/4666 (12-SEP-15) SEP/5452 (14-Sep-15) I got shocked when it was told to me that i have used 3 GB from within 8-9 days. If my data card is hardly working then how can i use 3 GB within 8-9 days.                                         Hello, I have contacted so many times to MTS customer. At last Thursday, 2 engineers visited my home to check the MTS data card connectivity and he faced same issue which I was faced since so many times. And he told me to give us update Friday (23rd OCt) before 6 PM. But till now no any update and no status update form MTS team. Such ridicious service. Do not use next time. DO not recommend to others. Thanks.
