I have bought my scooty pep+ in jan 2010. Now i sent the pep+ for 7th paid service. Already i made complaint that there is a problem in throttling ie. , the vehicle max speed is 10-15 km/hr. At the time of 7th service also i intimated regarding it. but the complaint was not rectified i asked to repeat the service card they too repeated twice and also suggested to change some spares i also did it... I have a TVS scooty pep plus and is with me for the last 4 years. Around 2 months back, i took it to service and brake problem at Innovative TVS (Dealers for TVS at Bhandup (w) Mumbai ) and after that the head light will get fused once i run the scooter for 10 minutes in the night. It was taken back to them for rectifying this problem for 3 or 4 times and they will always give back saying this time it will be okay and will not have any probelm... My scooty pep+ given to sathiya jothi motors p ltd on 11. 3. 2011 for the self starter complaint and for periodical service,in this they initially told me self motor bendex complaint,it have to be replaced with charged rs900 plus service charges,and then they told both bendex and self motor to be replaced,in this you have to pay for the bendex alone,but my vehicle is in warranty,it is a manufacturer complaint,still there is 2 months time for warranty... Scooty Pep. since 4-5 years. & have complete confidence in your product.

I sumedha nagarkar, i bought scooty pep+ from A k GANDHI showroom,yashwant stadium, nagpur, back 6 months, on date 29. 07. 2010. At 1st servicing, battery problem arise, they took the battery for replacement, for almost 2 month, they gave back new battery. this kind of servicing they are providing...

Then vechile right side bibre fixing stud failed . This matter informed to service engineers but no responce & then told bibre material not covered with warrantey... have purchased the new scooty pep+ from varshini motors udumalpet, tiruppur dt . First and second free services are carriedout in service centre.
now third service done on 24. 12. 10 , km 1473, job card no:9885( TN 41 AA 8746) . After service the following complaints are occur.

My daughter owns a tvs scooty pep, rarely used. on 01 dec 2010 the scooty suddely stopped and could not be started as the kick pedal seemed jammed. this was towed to the nearest tvs service centre.

R Automobies arakkonam, the dealers and authorised service centre of TVS company. i hav purchased at scooty pep on 25 aug 2010. from the vnxt day its self start stopped working when i complaint to the dealer they said mam u can start it with kick for some days. but on 27 aug 2010 my scooty stopped on road all of sudden. i again complaint bout that to the dealer nd after reminding continuosly they sent a mechanic at my home who changed the battery... i got a bike from them , the TVS SCOOTY PEP + they could not fix it and then their service centres are the worst any company i have given my bike for servicing 1st Time in the hyderbad tarnaka Service Centre and they have changed my original material with local made material. they do not even wash the bike clearly they charge me for Teflon coating

i had given my scooty pep ap27H 5323 on 26th at susheel motors for servicing main problem is clutch operation there was no mechanic when i hand over the bike to show room for Servicing to explain my problems the guy who attended for enquiry form will show his clear interest on how to put and make more money on this servicing instead of hearing my problem after servicing bike has to show the same performance i asked the mechanic he told bike was getting old nearly 30000kms that why it is like that it is clearly understood that was a clutch problem...
