Dear Sir, It is very difficult to reach you people either through phone or online, that’s why we are using this way to reach you. We are the Distributor for Exide Industries Ltd. & Microtek International Pvt.Ltd. for Nashik Destrict.& running service industry.We have bought 3Nos. Scooty Pep. since 4-5 years.& have complete confidence in your product. We are servicing our vehicles in you Dealer's Showroom / Service Centre regularly & periodically, having preventive maintenance approach. We had purchased one Scooty Pep Plus bearing No. MH-15-CC-8639 on 28/06/2008 from Sachi Autonet Pvt.Ltd.& have maintained this vehicle regularly. On 01/10/2010 service this vehicle from Pava Automobiles Pvt.Ltd.& paid for changed Engine Oil bearing Invoice No. 7225 dtd. 01/10/02010 of Rs.354/- Again, in Jan 2011, we have changed Engine Oil. Now, they are saying there is no oil in the engine & asking for change in Block Piston, Walve, Cranck, etc. How are they maintaing our vehicle ? Why should we pay for that ? Now, we loosing complete confidence in your product. We are badly in need of the vehicle & paid for the spares vide Invoice No.13733 of PAVA TVS Nashik. Rs. 8513/- on 09/03/11. Now, we are requesting you to reimburse the amount of Rs. 8513/-. We expect high quality service from TVS and its dealers, but disappointed by this kind of poor service. Dear Sir,
It is very difficult to reach you people either through phone or online, that’s why we are using this way to reach you.
We are the Distributor for Exide Industries Ltd. & Microtek International Pvt.Ltd. for Nashik Destrict.& running service industry.We have bought 3Nos. Scooty Pep. since 4-5 years.& have complete confidence in your product.

We have maintained this pep plus on 22/07/10, 01/10/10, 31/12/10 at PAVA Automobiles. Now, they are saying there is no oil in the engine & not accepting the fact of negligence on their part or any manufacturing defect.
One satisfied customer brings thousands of customers, but , you loose lacs of customers, due to unsatisfied one.
We have a very strong database of lacs of customers.

I will publish to News paper faulty production of TVS SCOOTY PEP PLUS running about 7100 km Machine completely stopped with regular servicing done I will publish to news paper without fail. about this matter fully responsibility of company about faulty production. please reply urgently my email ID [protected]@in.com
TVS Scooty ES — POOR SERVICE
I have given my vehicle for service. But still they have not rectified the problem in the vehicle. self start is not working, inspite of changing the battery also. More than 4 to 5 times the vchicle was taken to service still the same problem persists.
