Due to poor service of airtel i tried to generate UPC code for my [protected] mobile but each and every time i am getting following error:- UPC cannot be generated for the reasons: (1)There is an active request for the change of ownership / reverification process ongoing for this number. Please contact your service provider for further assistance... I've taken 6 months of Airtel Xtream fiber with the price of 4000/- on 3Rd Nov 2022. They gave 6 month combo offer, and Amazon and Disney hotstar 3month free, That's why am changing my existing tata sky dth and local broadband if any tariff different mean i continued as on same network... I have recharged on 23rd March 2023. Still my plan hasn't activated yet. So, on March 27th I have recharged it again hop... Airtel has falsely deducted 10 rs from my account balance. Despite not answering or making any calls they have deducted the amount. 20 rs has already been deducted. I had faced similar issue back in December as well where I had lost 80 rs from my balance because of this malpractice. Either you justify the reason for deduction with proof or else I'll be forced to escalate this issue at higher level... They don't have any proper redressal system in place. 20 rs have already been deducted from my account. Had faced similar situation in December as well. Attaching the proof for reference... raised same complaint to Airtel customer care through call... I even had emailed to airtel customer care but there wasn't any prompt action. I would like to know where should I approach again with the issue. I running out of patience. I feel like throwing the Airtel SIM in the gutter.
