Hi, I am not receiving any SMS from any network except Airtel most of the times, further I am not getting messages from various banks, IRCTC, makemytrip etc. This problem started from 11th January 2017 and I have contacted customer care atleast 20 times since then, everytime they tell me that the complaint has been logged and will be resolved by such and such date and time and I never get any response. I am getting calls from Airtel number +[protected] & it immediately gets disconnected when I answer the call. When I tried to call back on that number, there is a computerize Interactive voice response which asks to wait as all their agents are busy and after 2-3 mins the call gets disconnected again. I have received 10 calls in last 2 hours. I have blocked the number but this is not a solution to such harassment.

It's been more that 50 days that my data card has been deactivated and i was supposed to get a refund for the advance i had paid but have not used the services (As informed to me by customer care). Till date i have not received my refund. On the other hand, the back end writes a mail to saying that there is no refund as they cannot trace the interaction id where the customer care informed me that i was to get the refund....

There was a problem with my sim because of which I had to get a new sim card, The Airtel customer service guys told me that the sim is not in my name and thus I need to file a police complaint to continue using the same number. I have done that and received a new sim. Even after going through all this hassle there is no way to change the name and address on the sim....

I have an Airtel prepaid mobile number since Jan 2015. I am currently outside India and I had been receiving incoming messages during all this time. However, since Saturday, 12 Nov, 2016, my sim stopped working.
