For Xstream fiber installation I paid 4000 rupees to Airtel and before installing the package I cancelled and I got the message that amount will be refunded in 7 working days.

I cancelled on 28th March and till today I haven't received the refund despite so many mails to the Airtel.

    I ported to Airtel network last month and the first recharge pack got expired last week. Next day the sim is showing no network and I am unable to make or receive any calls/SMS.

    After calling through an another sim, both the customer care executive and the senior customer care executive asked to visit the Airtel store and and replace with a duplicate sim card by paying Rs. 50 and ended the call without giving valid reasons for sim going bad. Even the company is denying to replace the sim through their doorstep sim delivery for new connections.

    This issue with the sim card arises due to low quality in sim card manufacturing and testing by airtel. It looks like this same issue will occur again for the new duplicate sim and I have to through these processes again.

    Why the customer needs to pay for a duplicate sim when it is damaged within 1 month of purchase due to low manufacture quality? I need my sim to be replaced without any cost and at the doorstep.

      I did a Airtel d2h recharge on 5th April but by mistake I put wrong customer id i.e, ([protected]). I immediately called customer care and they said the money will be refunded back within 48 hrs. I waited for 48 hrs. but instead they cancelled my request. I again raised complaint about money refund and airtel customer care said that the money will be refunded by 15th April and now on 18th April they saying due to time void they will not refund the money. They wasted our time for so long and now put the time void reason for not refunding the money.

        My number was deleted or deactivated by airtel and im not getting any support from Airtel customer care & Airtel store.

        My last recharge date was 15-04-23 & my number was deleted on 16-04-23.

        Very bad service by airtel... Need support

          Airtel's chatbot mistook and wrongly activated IR data pack of 14999 while my request was for IR plan of 365 days which they could not activate at the time of request due to a technical glitch at their end ( attached for reference)
          On April 4th, immediately after the wrong activation within minutes, I have reported it to the customer care . They updated me that it is sent to backend team for removal.
          On 5th April when I made a follow-up call for knowing the status, their customer care executive confirmed me that there is no data pack active now and it is removed assuring me that I wont be charged.
          Bill generated on 8th April included charge of Rs.17698/- for the data pack as well including GST.
          I wrote to 121 and appellate as well. They are just copy pasting same text without answering to the point on why bill included this when I was assured that it would be removed.
          On the advise of having a whatsapp chat with dedicated IR customer care, I tried . They just say "Hi, this is so and so, how can I help you today " and when I brief the issue, they just vanish, do not answer anything .
          5 times they did the same, Very carelessly. In between one simple reply of " Sorry for the inconvenience caused to you, bill is generated and we can not process your request " which is like, mistake is there but you have to pay it/

            I ported my mobile number [protected] to Rajasthan circle, the old sim stopped working on 14th April, 2023. On 15th April 2023 I inserted the new sim given to me in my mobile, but the sim is not able to register on Airtel network.

            Please resolve my problem.

                In Dec 2022, I ported out from Vodafone to Airtel.
                I had paid and cleared all my dues with Vodafone and got a new Airtel SIM in Dec.
                In February 2023, Vodafone generated a new bill for Rs. 309 to my number. This was not right. In March 2023, Airtel deactivated my SIM without any notice. Now I am at risk of losing my number as I live abroad and cannot go to India to get a duplicate SIM!!

                Please help me in getting my old Airtel SIM re-activated.

                  Sir.
                  I booked new connection on1 April23.I paid four thousand on same day. During visit of technician he informed that due to technical issue, services cannot be provided.
                  At least amount should should have been refunded, on Sunday ie 9 April, I lodged complaint on no 198 and gentleman assured that I will receive refund within 48 hours.
                  Till date no refund of four thousand has been recd. Today your customer executive is informing that you have to mail to some I'd
                  This is not expected from corporate like Airtel by giving evasive and irresponsible replies.
                  In case amount is not refunded within next 48 hours I will discontinue all mobile and net services and switch to JIO.
                  Please take necessary and urgent action.

                  Mails are not responded by nodal officer, then what is role of nodal officer

                    Hi, I'm currently at dubai and have Airtel sim with me. I'm continuously recharging an amount of RS.99 monthly for the active network of my number here as suggested by customer care. But after six month it showing no service here. Currently do the needful as the phone number is essential for bank transactions and other important matters. Hope you will do the needful.

                      I'm using Airtel black account, in my account i didn't get proper connection so I plan to change my location. Airtel doesn't not have service to my new connection. i request to close my account. I raise lot of service request to close there is no response from Airtel. For new connection they call repeatedly. For my request Airtel doesn't give proper response.

                        I did recharge of rs 3359 from my airtel thanks app and it said i will get cashback of rs 15 to rs 100. I didn't receive any.

                            I have recharged on 3 April 23 for Rs 200 and from my balance of Rs 200 their is a deduction of Rs 22.42 on 3 April 23 itself as service charges but 3xecutive said that it's for activation of channel 278 which I have deactivated on 17 dec 22 then how it got activated without my consent, also Rs 15 deducted on 29 jan 23 as service charge and Rs 25 was deducted from my adjusted refund of Rs 487 and upon complaint it's still not been refunded in my account and service provider Airtel DTH is not at all resolving it as it's a complete mistake from their employees of backend who are deliberately doing this nonsense.
                            Also activation fee of Rs 413 and Rs 150 as installation fees have still not been refunded as these two services are available free of cost to all DTH hd set top box and it's available on thanks app and on website but Airtel is doing fraud by not giving the refund of these two amounts.

                            Ask them to refund it on priority basis.

                              Hello:

                              Airtel has delayed customer complaint from me for no calls can be made outgoing by 7 days instead of 24 hours. They want to show it as faulty SIM Card (REF CLAUSE:: ZTE ZXC10 GMSC Mumbai Alcatel-Lucent - Shahnawaz Anwar) and not their own Switch problem. This is happening because of inefficient and lazy Telecom Call Center girls. Please take note of this case and lodge a case in Kolkata High Court asap.

                                I have been charged about Rs5000 for International roaming even though I never activated international roaming on my number.
                                This is giving me a hard time and a horrific experience where I have to put in so much time and effort trying to get this off my bill and save my hard earned money.
                                I called customer care team and they said they can’t help me here. Their service is just pathetic.

                                    From October 2022, every month i have been charged 200 INR extra as a data booster package activation.

                                    There is no data booster package activated against my number as confirmed by customer service and also from the airtel thanks app.

                                    Issue has been raised from 1.5 months back but still no resolution.

                                    i am being still charged 200 extra every month.
