Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to raise a complaint regarding my Airtel 4G WIFI Dongle, which is linked to my mobile number [protected]. It is as good as telling to a deaf ear the distributor not sending any representative to open the Airtel payment Bank account to do UPI transaction to get Ec amount
He sent two representative to open Airtel payment Bank account and today server problem we will come next day but 10 days passed nobody has come to solve my problem
Why distributor agency given to this type of adamant fellow
Airtel company Asm, manager has to supervise and tell the distributor to solve the problem
This really not at acceptable
I have come across so many distributor for last 15 years I never seen such a hopeless distributor
Please kindly do the needful

      THEIR IS NO AIRTEL NETWORK AVAILABILITY AT HAL ENGINE DIVISION, CV RAMAN NAGAR, BANGALORE. I CALLED 121 CUSTOMER CARE THEY ASKED TO GET NEW SIM I GOT IT, THEY ASKED TO CHANGE TO 4G SUPPORT MOBILE I CHANGED BUT STILL THEIR IS NO AIRTEL NETWORK COVERAGE AT HAL ENGINE DIVISION, CV RAMAN NAGAR, BANGALORE. KINDLY SOLVE THIS ISSUE MY BOSS IS SAYING YOUR MOBILE CALLED REPLY COMES AS SWITCH OFF I TRIED TO ADDRESS THE SAME WITH AIRTEL CUSTOMER CARE THEY SAY THEIR IS NO PROBLEM FROM THEIR SIDE. I checked with my friends who have airtel connection they also said their is no network coverage in HAL ENGINE DIVISION, CV RAMAN NAGAR, .kindly solve this issue at earliest

        Hello,
        I have recharged my airtel number with [protected] rs 839 on 21st April, 2023; it is included with Disney+Hotstar 3 months subscription. But from Sunday evening my Disney+hotstar app shows message "your Subscription has expired". Request to resolve the issue ASAP.

        I have attached screenshot of recharged message, pack details and current active plan for your reference.

        I am waiting for your positive response.

          Sir, I am Airtel customer
          We are facing network issue since 15 days
          I have already called Airtel customer care they have noted my complaint but not solved the problem
          We are paying Airtel money by recharge but they don’t providing good service to users
          After evening We can’t sent message on WhatsApp because network speed very poor

            Hi Team,

            I am Sachin Sharma, my phone number is [protected]. I am in UK right now for work purpose. While me being in UK my Airtel sim card (numbered [protected]) got corrupted.

            I reached out to Airtel customer care. They asked me to share all visa, passport and other documents. I shared them. Later they asked me to send those documents physically along with my blood relative in India. I did that too.

            Now it has been more than 3 months but sim card is not activated yet. Due to this my all banking transactions are blocked. I am unable to send money to my parents. They are heavily dependent on money which I send for their daily needs.

            Humbly request you to please help me to get my sim card activated on priority. I have been following up with Airtel but every time they say that my request is in progress.

            Moreover, Airtel is not activating my sim card but charging me every month in my postpaid bill.

            Its not my mistake and I am suffering a lot. It has been more than 3 months of me following up with Airtel for sim card but still my sim is not activated.

            I sincerely need your help to get this fixed. I was told that the sim card will be activated in 48 hours. But it has been more than 65 days. I am helpless.

            Please help.

              Not receiving SMS on Indian prepaid SIM when I am in Lagos Nigeria

              As i am staying in Lagos Nigeria, i was receiving SMS on my Indian SIM till past 12th Feb 2023. However recently it stopped receiving sms even though i am having validity in SIM.
              Problem not resolved even after many customer complaints.I am unable to receive OTP and important details due to this.
              Complaint was raised on 21st april, 22nd april, 23rd april and 24thapril 2023....

              I had been using Airtel Wi-Fi and DTH as an Airtel Black Connection since Dec'21. On 26/April/2023, after making the payment of outstanding bill of 1924 INR on a pro rata basis, I have raised a request for deactivation of Wi-Fi and converted the DTH to prepaid. I have recharged the DTH service for 230 INR on 27/April/2023. But the validity expired on 02/May/2023 and shows a balance of 3.60 INR. When reached the customer support for tis concern, no proper explanation is being given and When reached prepaid DTH support they are asking me to reach the Airtel Black support and vice versa. I highly disappointed with their quality of service.

                I have recharged the prepaid mobile no on April 18th worth of 2999 rs and the recharge was not completed, as per customer care the transaction was not completed due to some third party payment error and as per message received from airtel, was supposed to get the refund within a day but its been 15 days, i have not received the payment yet, what kind of service is this? Please help with refund.

                  Recharge done but their IVR call service provides wrong and miss leading information.

                  My Mobile #[protected]
                  Recharge done for rupees 301 this day
                  Entitling me 50 GB data

                  1. The above recharge was successfully done as evident as per our bank info, where the concerned amount of rupees 301 was successfully transferred from our bank account to Airtel.
                  2. This is further confirm as per the attached PDF file showing the same recharge successful on Airtel app of our account, showing the successful balance of data 52.5 GB. (Screenshot attached)
                  3. But still after all the above confirmation, when we dial Airtel IVR service, 198 and 121, they provide wrong and miss leading information of our data balance as only 2.5 GB.
                  4. This is so much confusing and irritating, why their on IVR issue deficient to provide correct balance, causing hell of trauma and waste of time to customers.
                  5. Regretfully this Airtel does not have any toll free number for customers complaints, nor they have any email ID to lodge complaints. Why?
                  6. They are making heap of money, millions and billions from the customers every month, but they do not provide toll free number and customer care email ID. Too shameful on their part.
                  7. We contacted them on Airtel paid call services and ask about misleading wrong information by there IVR service but they failed to provide any genuine answer but vague reply only, totally manipulated.

                        I have called airtel xsafe on 15 April 2023 and made a payment of 4000 for installing camera on my premises but installation team denied to install camera then I cancelled the order. It's been 13 days they didnot gave me refund. Even airtel store is not helping

                          So far neither Airtel company nor distributor bothered to answer my problem, 10days passed, iam not able to recharge my valued customer, they have to walk a mile to recharge Airtel
                          The Airtel company does not look after the retailers complaint who done a recharge of Airtel for more than 15years
                          I don't understand what type of management, it is really pity to note
                          Atleast have a query, what problem the retailers are facing.
                          Even today sun dth, Vodafone, and BSNL distributor send the distributor representative to EC AMOUNT and collect the money from retailers
                          Why Airtel cannot follow the same rules
                          Kindly look into the matter and do the needful,

                            I have received two messages from customer care regarding the activation of numbers. I attempted to contact the Airtel customer care and complaint, however was not able to register the complaint.
                            The details of the messages received are as follows:

                            Thank you for your interest in Airtel! We have received your request for activation of mobile number [protected] with transaction reference no.(CAF no.) I[protected]. The same will be activated with in 10 minutes.

                            Thank you for your interest in Airtel! We have received your request for activation of mobile number [protected] with transaction reference no.(CAF no.) A13A1E29WE. The same will be activated with in 10 minutes.

                            This request was not made by me. I want to lodge a complaint against fake sms and activation of number for which I have not applied.

                              I have submitted my visa extension copy via email to continue the service twice! and yet the service was cut, this is unacceptable. and the customer service line has no option of talking to an agent all service options!!!
