No network or very very poor network in L block 23rd floor ,GAUR CITY 1 ,Greater noida west

We are facing problem of network of all service provider in Greater Noida west area.We are having post paid connection for which we are paying rental every month but we dont have any connectivity in following address- L Block, Avenue 1st, Gaur city-1, Sector-4, Greater Noida west.Gautam Budh Nagar.

We have complained several times to service provider but didnt got any solution.We are only getting assurance from last 2-3 months...

Is it possible to get airtel prepaid call details both incoming and outgoing?
Want to get Dec 20 to January 30 call details of my another number.
Please inform me whether it is possible or not. Then i will provide further details. Just want to know first.

Disconnected Prepaid No without Notice

Dear Sir/Madam,

My Prepaid Airtel number is [protected]. The service to this number suddenly got disconnected . .Its not a good to disconnect service without customer intimation.
I have received SMS during this time frame of 90 days. Also recharged today. Not sure where the money went.

Airtel Wallet Account Blocked

My Airtel wallet blocked and if I try to reset my mpin it always saying "MPIN reset window closed please try after 24 hours". If I dial 400 number, it is saying "your airtel account blocked please try *400# to reset the mpin". *400# is not giving me any luck. Even Airtel guys at service centre are helpless.

Wrong recharge reversal option

Bill raised after porting of number

Airtel company is rasing bill after getting port to other networks

Porting of number can not be done untill previous balance is not cleared.

But it is done successful.
Now airtel is harrasing us and misbhehaving by calling different numbers and sending letters to my home with threat that person at home will misbehave at my home....

Dear airtel team, I never expected that I will face this kind of issue from airtel. I have recharged my airtel number [protected] by 159 as there was an offer to get 2gb of data. After recharge I received a message that my account has been field with 1gb of data. As per my uses I was informed by messages that has much data is used and how much is remaining. But after finishing 1gb am not able to use another 1gb of data and also no any message...

Not receiving sms on Airtel sim.

Hi, I am not receiving any SMS from any network except Airtel most of the times, further I am not getting messages from various banks, IRCTC, makemytrip etc. This problem started from 11th January 2017 and I have contacted customer care atleast 20 times since then, everytime they tell me that the complaint has been logged and will be resolved by such and such date and time and I never get any response. Broadband connection relocation

Blank Calls from Airtel

I am getting calls from Airtel number +[protected] & it immediately gets disconnected when I answer the call. When I tried to call back on that number, there is a computerize Interactive voice response which asks to wait as all their agents are busy and after 2-3 mins the call gets disconnected again. I have received 10 calls in last 2 hours. I have blocked the number but this is not a solution to such harassment.

Deducted money without Recharge

Unable to Recharge Online after Postpaid to Prepaid Migration

Refund of advance amount paid for the services not used.

It's been more that 50 days that my data card has been deactivated and i was supposed to get a refund for the advance i had paid but have not used the services (As informed to me by customer care). Till date i have not received my refund. On the other hand, the back end writes a mail to saying that there is no refund as they cannot trace the interaction id where the customer care informed me that i was to get the refund....

Change of name and address on prepaid sim

I have been using my number [protected] from the time of my purchase in 2007. There was a problem with my sim because of which I had to get a new sim card, The Airtel customer service guys told me that the sim is not in my name and thus I need to file a police complaint to continue using the same number. I have done that and received a new sim. Even after going through all this hassle there is no way to change the name and address on the sim....

Reactivation of my prepaid mobile number

I have an Airtel prepaid mobile number since Jan 2015. I am currently outside India and I had been receiving incoming messages during all this time. However, since Saturday, 12 Nov, 2016, my sim stopped working.

When i inquired with Airtel on Monday 14 Nov, 2016 I was told that since i have not used my number for 90 days (no outgoing calls, incoming calls or outgoing message) my number is disconnected....
