Unable to send text messages

Hi,
I can't able to send any text messages to any number from my prepaid sim: [protected]. SMS are coming to my inbox without any issues.

I am having this issue past one month and it's very hectic task some information transfer with sms.
I checked the smsc number and it's matching with Airtel for another SIM card which is working fine.

Network Issue - very poor Indoor signal strength

Online recharge failed but amount deducted

I have recharged my mobile number [protected] through net banking for Rs. 2000 on 4th April 2017 and received an SMS with Transaction reference [protected] and airtel1/del/prepaid txn#[protected] of Rs. 200. Bank transaction was also completed successfully but my mobile is not recharged.Till now I got no message regarding the recharge, although the amount has been debited from my bank account.

Complaining about call barring

All my incoming and outgoing calls are blocked.and it's asking password to disable the call barring feature. My number is [protected].send me password. I'm not getting any messages and I'm not allowed to send messages to others. It's very annoying.. International Roaming fraudulent overcharge on bill
