I have raised the cancellation with ID 21-[protected] DUE TO FOLLOWING reasons:
1. No connection initiated by the technician a day post making the payment. Rescheduled more than once without prior notice.
2. The behavior of the sales guy Mr Yogesh Kr was rude and arrogant and really unprofessional, he switched off his cell phone without any intimation for any delays.

    From December I am writing emails and calls to disconnect my connection from postpaid to prepaid but till date haven't cancelled and also don't know how to proceed further.

    I have all emails and calls proof for the same. Please let me know whether I need to proceed legally filing a case.

        My name is farhana Chishti,
        I paid bill from sbi yono app for my airtel postpaid on 12 February 2023 630 inr and 12 march 1200 inr, both payments are successful, money has been debited but the biller airtel is still charging me with late fees, and overdue of bill. I have reference ids and transaction id of both payments. I can prove in court that I've already paid the bill

          As per what the representative claimed, I have not received free Amazon Prime benefits. for my contact number, [protected].

          Before porting, I asked them several times to confirm that the benefit was still available. They confirmed it each time, and finally, after porting, I discovered that the same benefits were not provided under my plan.

            My data isn’t working since 4days and i stay alone in another city far away from family so i need to be in touch with my family and use internet in day to day life . recently same complain it was resolved and it took 1 months .. the company won’t provide 1mb free data and here we are not able to use our daily data will they give me my data back ? no right …. my phone is 5g compatible but when i on my mobile data it always show 2g signal i tried every possible way but everything is useless please help me out with this as it is very annoying and even now ive borrowed hotspot from friend

              For the past one month, I'm my village and surrounding areas have signal issues after 6.30PM every day. Complaints filed so many times but no resolution. If we haven't recharged, service provider disconnecting the services. What if they are not providing good service?

              In recent past too many number ports happened from Airtel, this could be an example for service Issue

                Hello Team,

                My father aged 65 using the prepaid number [protected] since 2006 and he has been a loyal customer since then to Airtel. All of a sudden, his sim not working (no network), and went to Airtel store for a replacement sim. Then we realized that it is under name of Sujatha M which we don't know from where the hell that name came into the picture.

                We can share all the proofs if required that we are using...

                  Airtel has one of the stupidest and idiotic executives and supervisors. Rupali(Supervisior) she sounded so confident that I issue will resolve in next two hours, if not I will call you and escalate your issue. But she never dd as expected. Everyday I called these scammers and asked for very simple service of wifi plan upgrade but these fraudster daily asked me to pay either 360, 23, 22, 70 etc. post making payment your plan will get upgraded but at the end of the day, I get a message from Airtel that your service request is cancelled due to partial payment. Why I am calling them scammers and fraudster because if they can't upgrade the plan they could have said it upfront but they never did. Third class service from such a big brand. I will definitely recommend all my relatives and known people to stop using AIRTEL SCAM SERVICE.

                    I've ported my no.[protected] from bsnl to airtel and i've also inserted new sim but verification call to 59059 is not connecting. every time i try to call at 59059 it automatically disconnects and also i'm unable to receive incoming calls to my number, along with this there's poor network signals in our locality. I couldn't believe how airtel is so weak in customer service

                        I have recharged for rs.260 on my airtel dth as on 14/3/2023 for which the validity shown before my recharge was 30 days (12/4/2023). But after the recharge the validity has been reduced to 27 days (9/4/2023). Although i have complained to airtel about this i have not recieved a valid response.

                          Please remember not to take services without seeing ID card and names of employees, employees:- Gorakh, pandurang, rushikesh and their seniors don't pick calls, don't service on time, don't come with wires to change wires even when they know they r supposed to do so, they leave the house without telling customers and fight with security if they ask them to wait due to complaint from customers for security check, the airtel boys named above along with senior robbed a customers new cable and purse, they left the house without telling and hit the security officer who was trying to check them and if they have the purse with them at out gate, the give false commitment of servicing again in some hours and never come back, police, cbi, media and law and order informed .

                              This complaint is regarding the pole which is installed in front of my shop blocking the way which is placed exactly in the middle I request you to please change the pole to a side of the building and do the needful as early as possible

                                My sim card was working fine until last evening when it lost reception. I went to nearby shop and they told that the number has been deactivated. I have been a loyal customer to Airtel since 2017 and I've never expected something like this from Airtel. Kindly look into it in the earliest.

                                  Refund for double recharge

                                  Q. Hello i had recharged my airtel mobile number with inr 179 and had activated a pack for next 28 days.

                                  Next using 'Gpay' i had recharged the same number mistakenly of inr 179and pack for next 28 days.

                                  I contacted airtel for refund/to credit that to talk time at least as it doesn't make sense to use both same packs by paying double the price.

                                  Now they were not ready to refund it as it was done...

                                  Now they were not ready to refund it as it was done through third party app (google pay) where in they were ready to refund it if was done through airtel app.

                                  Does it make sense?? No matter how you pay money i was paying it to airtel.

                                  Kindly look into this at the earliest and i am ready to provide you all yhe the transaction details as i want to find a solution for this by having the money refunded.
