Skoda after sales service is aweful ,pathetic and disgusting, after paying such a huge sum of money to buy Skoda Laura-2013, every time the car is taken for Service,recently my car power windows was not working after sanning my car it was found that my control unit of front right power window was faulty and further is was noticed that their is some problem with compresser or its valve of ac and almost it 20 days the part is not yet available its 4 months oid car and i have to face so much problem not getting proper reply from the service center it seem like skoda is selling defective cars in India, the dealer seems to just care of making money out of the brand conscious and innocent customers!!...

I purchase Skoda Fabia in September 2010. I am also facing AC Gas leakage problem since last 1 year. They 1st charged me around Rs 3000 in Nov 2012 for Repairing and AC gas refilling.
