copy of complaint submitted to skoda india and mahavir auto Hyderabad. the letter is self explanatory::

this is the second time i am writing about the service issue with mahavir auto hyderabad. earlier while purchasing my vehicle, there were issues where the mahavir showroom hyderabad did not want me to insure my new vehicle at the time of purchase with their choice of insurance company and falsely stated that without insurance purchased from them, the factory vehicle warranty will not be applicable and i would have to pay for any warranty defects if i should not give them the business for insurance.

thereafter, the service of skoda (mahavir auto) hyderabad has been poor and i was only tolerating the same for lack of an alternative. i had mentioned earlier (in my email to you during that time) also at the time of purchase that skoda india should consider another agency for dealership since mahavir auto has a very bad reputation for service (during and after sales). they are a most unprofessional organisation and several online complaints will also reveal the same.

recently my skoda superb (ap 10 ar 7999) was sent to the sanathnagar workshop of mahavir auto replacement of the headlamp unit (which had a minor crack and needed replacement) and routine service on 23-04-13.

thereafter since thursday[protected] my staff has been in touch with the mahavir workshop/service personnel for sending of the service invoice so we may make the payment. after 2 days of followup we finally received an email without signature or authentication that the cost was about rs 60,000/-.

i had sent my driver and another representative to collect the vehicle (on[protected] with the cash as advised through the email. then my staff were shocked and surprised to notice that the driver side inner door panel handle was torn and damaged with a heavily greased/stained appearance. on asking the staff of the reason for the damage, the mahavir staff mentioned casually that this usually happens and this is not new. they were also willing to show the same damage committed to other vehicles and were so blatant and shameless about. i requested them through my staff to repair/replace the door handle to which there has been no response and the same reply was repeated. on finally approaching one anita ([protected]) of the showroom who has known me since i had purchased other cars also she asked me to get in touch with one mr gandhi (ceo) [protected]. however, he didn't answer and neither was there any reply even after half the day had passed. finally one of my staff could get in touch with mr gandhi and he in turn diverted the call to another person mahesh. this gentleman spoke most rudely and also said we may proceed legally since they will not make good the damage neither have any remedy.

therefore, this is a final notice to you to rectify the issue at this early stage and avoid any further complications. Should i not hear from you within the end of the day i shall make a claim so you are liable for the following:

1) to repair/replace the damaged panel at your cost entirely including cost of labour.

2) to compensate me for the days the vehicle was not available to me for every day.

3) to compensate me for the mental agony, hardship and misery for having owned a skoda superb for the years with the same agony in my heart and painful experience everytime i have to get service or repair.

4) to make mahavir auto criminally and civily liable for the intentional damage for vehicles serviced at their workshops and causing agony and hardship to all its customers.

5) i have also owned a skoda laura for a very short period which is defectively designed product. i shall also make skoda india liable for palming off defective vehicles to the indian public causing danger to the lives of its drivers and occupants. please read my complaint on carwale.com.

6) criminal liability of the skoda auto india md and skoda auto a/s md (of the parent company) for selling defective products in india.

i shall make the various officials of both skoda india, skoda a/s and also mahavir respondents in my proposed civil and criminal proceedings; with the government institutes (like arai, iit etc.) as respondents to provide details on how the skoda laura ever passed vehicle tests with a defective design in the manual gearbox. i have enough evidence to prove my claim and i am sure this will be a landmark case for skoda to loose in india and internationally.

i hope someone at skoda auto will see sense and listen for a change.

Amazing to see that there is no response either from Skoda India or its hopeless dealer at Hyderabad.

The car was serviced and the indication at the time of starting still warns that service is required.

During the time my car was with the workshop last, the leather seats in the driver side have been damaged and soiled (with grease and some other chemicals) beyond repair. my car now looks like some lorry driver has sat in it and has transported some goods in the car. there are also smudge marks of grease and other wear on the internal door panels in the front and back. the entire interiors including the carpet (beige in colour) are now spotted with some spills of some oil/grease. the car is also smelling different. it looks like the workshop has totally and intentionally damaged my car after i made the complaint. this is a very criminal and unlawful act by skoda hyderabad. i shall be adding these contents to my legal action, unless i get a proper reply and satisfactory solution to all the issues raised now and earlier with my skoda car.

ondia — Pathetic Service

We have a Onida Oven, which was not working; and hence We called Up Customer Care No (on[protected] and lodged a Complaint via Reference No. [protected] on 17th July 2010.
Service Engineer (Name: Tammar Hussain) visited Us on 19th July 2010 and sold Us an extended warranty for this Oven for Rs. 1700/-, vide Receipt No. 3526 given by Adonis Electronics P. Ltd (Onida's Authorised Service Representative).

Engineer told Us that a Heating Instrument of the Oven is not functioning and needs to be replaced.
He further told Us that, since this Part is currently not available with him, he will fix it before 22nd July 2010.

Today, is 04th Aug; and We have yet not heard it from either the Engineer or the Company. We have been calling Up this Representative, M/s Adonis and everytime We are told that it will take a couple of days more.
It seems that the Engineer knowing the fact that the part will not be readily available and therefore deliberately just sold-off the extended Warranty and let the Customer be at the Mercy of him to keep following then.

    I have recently purchased a vehicle (Skoda Rapid) from Mahavir Motors by trading my Skoda Octavia which was sold for 4,35,000 and I applied for a bank loan for 800000 from Sundaram Finance. The vehicle (Skoda Rapid) was delivered to me without fitting the accessories they've promised me. I didn't want to take the delivery of the vehicle when they said they didn't have the accessories stock but they forced me to take the delivery and I did. Second thing is, they were supposed to return the excessive amount (in this case is, over Rs 210,000) which they promised me that they'd be giving me a cheque on/before the next day. They again failed in this as well. It's been almost a week now and the promised accessories are not yet fitted in the vehicle and also the excess amount is not returned. I made like, more than 100 calls till now and they say the amount can only be given to me once the trading amount is received by them. The first time they said they can only give the amount after the trading amount is released and now they changed the word and says they will release the amount only after the bank pays the showroom the loan amount! I've been in regular touch with the bank manager and the finance department of Mahavir Skoda but everything is in vain. Bank says, they will release the amount when it is possible with them and Mahavir Skoda is being stubborn to return the amount. This is being a pain to me since my amount is stuck with them and not sure if I'm going to ever receive the amount.

    P.S: Since the showroom didn't receive the loan amount from bank, they even kept my original documents and a pair of key.

      Hi All,
      i had one bad experinece buying SKODA RAPID which i want to share to everybody so that the can avoid losing money, i bought skoda rapid on march 1st week of 2012 and its going to be 1 yr 1 month which has run 32000 kms , 15days before the clutch below very hard and i spoken to service center TAFE ACCESS LTD the said there will be some block in the clutch and the ask me to leave the vehicle for service ,even i was planing to leave bcoz the time has come for 2nd service, i left the vehicle for service on Aprial 1st week 2013 next day i got the call the said clutch plate has gone you have change it , i was shoked not even 1year old vehicle and its single use vehice how come it will be when i asked they are saying we dont have any idea and you have to change clutch plate the cost will be Rs.70,000/- , the time of buying vehicle the said part we are giving three year warrantly if any thing happen will replace , when i ask now the are saying no replacement you have to pay... on the same i made a complaint to TAFE ACCESS LTD Sales center but whenever we call the say we are busy or in the meeting will call back till today i am received any reply from their desk.. i am realy feedup with this kind of service from skoda Dealers & service Center ,the are one of the worst in the market so my request is dont prefer skoda vehicle or skoda rapid their part are not quality oriented and after sales service is the worst.

      before buying SKODA RAPID i had discussed with many people about their qaulity & Service everybody said their are one the worst company in service , still i bough Skoda car bcoz the sale executive commited that we are changed now and will quality service and he give list of mobile number ,when we call now everybody say we are busy will call you later...

      this my experience i share with you all pls beware of skoda Cars & Service Center their are cheater and the know how to suck our blood.
      You right Mr. Moreover they are not good service.

        We are purchase new Skoda Laura last six month ago at present we run Laura 29700 Km and when we run Laura at up down road some sound of ( khadak khadak ) from rear area then we give car on service at Surat Skoda service station they have told that your Laura link have breakdown they change the link successfully. Now car run smoothly but the issue is that the link was not break the joint of link was not welded proper that's why they remove from joint. Now tell me what to do.           I purchased skoda fabia TDI active plus in 2012. first servicing was due this month. i have called the service centre ASSET AUTO shivaji nagar, pune service centre for the same and asked to pick the vehicle from home. they have collected the vehicle and 1st servicing done with wheel balancing and returned vehicle on 9th april at home. as i was in office not able to take trial after servicing. I use to go to office which is around 22 km from my home. it's a four laning highway. today morning i.e. on 10th april When i was on the way to my office, i observed the noise in the vehicle. i tried to check from where it is coming, but unable to trace. then i was driving slowly but noise was there. after driving around 10 km . i sensed that the noise is increased and the same time the person who was overtaking me shouted at me that the wheel is coming out of my vehicle. I was shocked. i stopped the vehicle and removed the wheel covers and shocked to see that the all the bolts are loose and one bolt fall down as i removed cover.

          considering the skoda brand i was surprised how the servicing centres are playing with the lives of the customers. this shows that how serious is the ASSET AUTO Pune regarding vehicle servicing.

          i am now really concerned about the servicing, i don't know is there any other issue which i am not able to see currently which can lead to accident.

          Looking forward for the immediate response.

            I purchased Skoda laura on march 28 th 2012. deepak was the sales rep. from the day i have picked the car i am not satisfied.

            1. Very next day when i picked my car, while cleaning i found small glass pieces in the car below the seat and under foot mat. when i took back to showroom mr deepak was tell that glass pieces is not my cars.And he don't know how the glass pieces have come into car. That time only i had a doubt they would have changed the front wind shield and sold the car to me. But mr deepak told (Sir i can promise that they have not changed the front windshield).

            2. After some 3 months fuel indicator stopped working. when i called Mr deepak he told me to take it to service center some minor update problem will be there they will do with in not time.

            when i went went to service center they told there is problem in the full set which should be replaced. they will send the mail to skoda india about the problem and replace in the warranty. and they told some minor adjustment have been done which will work for time being, once they get the approval they will change.

            3. After 15 days. the worst part was when i took my car to munnar trip with my wife and 2 years son
            . after 25 kms drive fuel indicator stopped working when i reached hosur main road if i touch 90 kms speed so much of wind sound was coming inside even after closing all the glass.where my son and wife could not take nap, through out my journey.

            In my full trip i was topping up the fuel for every 100 kms as i was not knowing how much fuel is remaining and i did not know what is the mileage its giving as it was new car.

            4. After all this my car is in services center from past 6 days for 1st services and to rectify all problems

            and 1 week before front windshield got a 2 inc crack in the middle of the glass when car was parked in the safe basement parking area and now skoda india company people are telling it cannot be covered under warranty as car is met with the accident so only windshield is broken, we asked for inspection to check the car was there any body damage. they certified no, now they are telling some one used sharp material to damage it.
            my car is installed with sun film on the front windshield, when i say there is no damage on sun film how can a person damage the glass with out damaging the sun film. they have no answer

            Skoda india people are cheating people like us. i have payed 17 lac and from my reference tafa has sold 3 more cars to my known circle.

            the most annoying part is after all this when i called skoda india customer care :[protected]. its only called as customer care but no one will care for any of the calls. i spoke for 29 mits in that 15 mits i was on call waiting. when i wanted to buy my

            i explained her all the problem and she is telling me it will take 48 working hrs only to call back. that means 6 full days she wants to call back

            she only tell s she will forward to concern department, if i ask which is the concern department, she tell it is secret which she cannot tell

            If i ask to connect her senior person, she says she is not authorized to do that

            If i ask her to tell the name of her senior person, she says, not authorized

            If i ask her the contact address of the main office.she says, she is not authorized to tell the address.

              Hi,
              i have purchased a skoda rapid mpi from senator skoda in andheri Mumbai on 1st December 2012.
              first feedback is that i could not get the promised colour of car and delivery on time despite assurances to the contrary. They committed 25 days but actually delivered in 65 days after i had to compromise on the colour of the car.
              the problems have not finished but have started post that. After 4 months i have yet to receive the RC book and the insurance copy from the dealer. I have also logged a compliant with Skoda but have received any response.
              Skoda customer service system,is so goo that there is no way to escalate and give a feedback,on customer experience.
              the standard answer is sorry and we understand but cannot do anything.
              logging this compliant for help and to reach out to higher management at Skoda to get things sorted out.
              also, get the dealer to improve as there,must be,many like this who have not reported their experience.

                SIR, i purchace skoda car 4 month back at bangalur, TAFE SALES, LAST 10 DAYS BEFORE I PLAN TO GO TO CHENNAI, ON THE WAY CAR GETS STOP, NO ENGINE STARTED, I CHECKED, THE ENGINE OIL LVEL, ITS COMPLEATLY DRY, I CALL THE CUSTAMARE CARE AND HAND OVER CAR FOR SERVICE, NOW THEY ASKING RS.400,000.
                the car purchace 4 month back only,
                in service theay are telling,

                1, oil sump get crack
                2, oil gets 100% leak
                3, no sencor switch working
                4, no warning light is glowing inside the car
                5, but, SKODA ENGINEER HAS TO ACCEPET THATS ITS MANUFAUCTURES FAULT, THEN ONLY WE WILL START REPAIR, ALMOST 10 DAYS OVER
                6, INSURANCE TOLD ENGINE WONTS COVER

                as a customer, what i have to do now,

                1, service engineer told, SKODA ENGINEER HAS ACCEPET
                2, sales are telling same
                3, i dont know what to do

                Skoda Fabia car — giving us strong product

                i purchase fabia car in frb2010,till date car is break down for 4 times in transit n more than 5 times send for repair at jia auto ,kolkata autorised service centre.but nathing solve. they take car for 10-15 days after that car agin get problem within some days.they r helpless , we tell to change car but nathing

                  The car bought from this company has been sent for 2nd free service and from that day has been continuously giving problems and has been with the dealer for the last 3 months.
                  Inspite of my repeated mails and telephone calls there has been no use. They has promised to give a loaner car for the delay and even that has not been given. They had been changing many parts from the engine trying to set the problem right but in vain.
                  I had sent a mial stating that I would be forced to go to court but that has also been of no use.
                  so now I want to proceed legally and claim compensation for the delay and damage done to car and also compensation for the agony i had been going through. Further there is no guarantee that after so much repair the car would be doing fine. so, they need to replace the car with a new one.

                    I had purchased Skoda Laura on MH-15-DM[protected] with the following details from your Nashik Deal Heak Auto Private Limited

                    Engine Number CLC-015155
                    Battery varta 08C[protected]-822573
                    GB No KQM[protected]
                    Radio Code 1606

                    I was advised for a general check up after 7500 Kms and a servicing after 15000Kms which was done at your Nashik Dealer Service Station. During this service I was advised to get the wheel alignment and Balancing done after every 5000Kms.
                    I had a small mishap when the right front wheel went over a road side stone on the way to Mangalore during last week of December 2012 cutting the front tyre which had to be replaced by me.
                    After 20,000 Kms as per the advise of wheel alignment every 5000kms I went to Skoda Service Station at Mangalore Tafe Access Limited for this job on[protected]. I was told by the Service manager there that there was no facility for wheel alignment and balancing at the work shop and all these jobs were out sourced to private parties near by. Further as they were very busy with scheduled work for the day they cannot even take in for checking the noise in the right side front wheel. After some persuasion one staff was deputed by the service station manager to test drive who after the test drive of 5minutes said that I can reach back Nashik as the noise level has subsided and show at the Skoda Nashik Service Station.
                    After reaching Nashik I went to Skoda Nashik dealer HEAK Auto Private Limited for Wheel Alignment and balancing and general checkup. The Vehicle was taken in for the job on[protected] and the Vehicle was delivered back to me by evening of[protected].
                    At the time of billing I insisted of getting a printed copy of the Wheel Alignment report to get satisfied myself on the job done.I was astonished to see that the job was outsourced to Nikee Tyres, 20-21-22 Prati Market opp-Lekha Nagar, Mumbai Agra Road Nashik [protected] /2321059. Obviously the Vehicle was handled by untrained persons out side the Skoda Service Station.
                    On inquiry as to why the vehicle was set outside the service station for the job - I was told that the Service Station is authorized to get the jobs done on job work outside the service station on regular company contracts.

                    With the above experience I need clarification / assurance / confirmation from Skoda Auto for the following.

                    Whether Wheel Alignment and Balancing is necessary after every 5000Kms for Skoda Cars? if so why it is not mentioned in the manual given to the owners?
                    Whether Skoda Auto is carrying out periodical inspections of the facilities available with the authorised service stations to ensure that these are available and is in working condition?
                    Whether Skoda Auto is ensuring that suitable trained persons only handle these expensive cars?
                    Whether Skoda Auto owns responsibility for mishandling of this expensive car by unauthorized / untrained personnel at these outsourced locations outside the service station?
                    Whether Skoda Auto owns responsibility for the pilferage of original parts at these outsourced locations outside the service station?
                    Whether Skoda Auto owns responsibility on warranty of parts for mishandling of the vehicle at these outsourced locations outside the service station?
                    How Skoda Auto assures me that all their service stations are properly equipped and trained personnel only handle the cars at the Service Station as my confidence is badly shaken.

                    Motors of two gates which helps in opening and closing the window glass have crashed in 24 hours and service centre had not checked the same and have said at the time of service that complete car has been checked and a heavy amount has been charged for the services

                    Dear Fellow,

                    I have recently had a terrible experience with Skoda which has costed me a lot of money, harassment and still an unreliable Skoda Superb car. Astonishingly, The Skoda Company is hands-in-gloves with its Dealerships & Authorized Workshops, who are given a free-hand to exploit customers and fleece them mercilessly by Skoda itself.

                    I empathize with the similar exploitation inflicted on you by Skoda and hence urge you to not let it just be at the hands of foreign companies, who think of India as a dumping ground and Indian Customers a bunc of weak, uneducated .

                    I am creating a forum of 100 similar sufferers who can together jointly address our issues with Skoda to apt regulatory, media, public and rating agencies till we get a resolution.

                    Await your revert and support to reclaim what is rightfully ours.

                    After reaching Nashik I went to Skoda Nashik dealer HEAK Auto Private Limited for Wheel Alignment and balancing and general checkup. The Vehicle was taken in for the job on[protected] and the Vehicle was delivered back to me by evening of[protected].
                    At the time of billing I insisted of getting a printed copy of the Wheel Alignment report to get satisfied myself on the job done.I was astonished to see that the job was outsourced to Nikee Tyres, 20-21-22 Prati Market opp-Lekha Nagar, Mumbai Agra Road Nashik [protected] /2321059. Obviously the Vehicle was handled by untrained persons out side the Skoda Service Station.
                    On inquiry as to why the vehicle was set outside the service station for the job - I was told that the Service Station is authorized to get the jobs done on job work outside the service station on regular company contracts.

                    With the above experience I need clarification / assurance / confirmation from Skoda Auto for the following.

                    Whether Wheel Alignment and Balancing is necessary after every 5000Kms for Skoda Cars? if so why it is not mentioned in the manual given to the owners?
                    Whether Skoda Auto is carrying out periodical inspections of the facilities available with the authorised service stations to ensure that these are available and is in working condition?
                    Whether Skoda Auto is ensuring that suitable trained persons only handle these expensive cars?
                    Whether Skoda Auto owns responsibility for mishandling of this expensive car by unauthorized / untrained personnel at these outsourced locations outside the service station?
                    Whether Skoda Auto owns responsibility for the pilferage of original parts at these outsourced locations outside the service station?
                    Whether Skoda Auto owns responsibility on warranty of parts for mishandling of the vehicle at these outsourced locations outside the service station?
                    How Skoda Auto assures me that all their service stations are properly equipped and trained personnel only handle the cars at the Service Station as my confidence is badly shaken.

                    I had similar experience few years back with my previous vehicle Hyundai Accent at Nashik when I had one new tyre flattened out in just 1000Kms due to faulty wheel alignment at outsourced premises . After complaint to Hyundai the equipments were installed and made operational at all Hyundai Service stations.

                      Purchased the Skoda Superb in 2800000 lacs but with due respect this is to bring to your kind notice that after maintaining the car and getting it serviced time to time from Company itself(having the records),not able to understand that why suddenly the problem arise before 3 months:-this is to tell u very clearly that it was just a start problem and sent to the company,there after the two months completion also ,engineers were not able to understand the fault and told us that TENSIONER AND BELT(As per their words) has to be changed...i agreed to that and i even paid 6300/-(bill amount) without my fault,but again the same start problem was there and the staff suddenly make the new point that now the HEAD AND INJECTOR(again as per their words) of the Car also has to be changed and gave us the estimate of approx.Rs.3.50-4 lacs in just 60000/-kms run,that was just shocking to hear such kind o[censored]seless statement from the engineers of such a reowned company in Auto field,as why should i pay the amount when Company is making fault again n again...and even not been able to understand the problem..just making money from the customers is their motive,they always told me that "Sir German engineers will get it repaired or noone is understanding the problem"then why this estimate..?


                      Now sir you only tell us is this fair on Customers behalf for such kind of action and that too in such a small kms run,now this is to request you to take this matter in your hand and help me out or ask them to kindly get it repaired in the short period of time without any cost and delay,as now u are my only and last hope u only say is Customer fool to buy a Car for such big amount ?and becoz of the carelessness of the Company staff/and so called engineers ,some fault arises and such a big amount is being asked from the Customer, also this is to tell u that they said clearly & in a very rude way that "it is out of warranty period and we r helpless",then why they had not said this the same day when the Car was send first time for service and for the fault repair,request you sir,to please also take necessary action against my complain and sort out my problem asap.


                      I think this should not be the behaviour expected from such a branded company like Skoda,please help and look into my matter at the earliest as i am really fed up of being making calls to the Customer care and walking to the Company's showroom frequently or u can say so many times for the last 3 months,so again this is to request you to kindly sort out the matter at the earliest..as now i am sufferimg from mental harrasment as so big amount of money is involved.

                        My self Sudha maheshwari from Jaipur (Rajasthan). i have a skoda laura car registration no RJ-14 CL 5065. Here your skoda car service quality & network is very poor. As i called service centre (Saga Auto,VKIA,Jaipur) for my car 2nd free service, they gave me an appointment date of after 7 days and when after 7 days i went to service centre for servicing my car,surprisingly they told that they need two to three working days for servicing car. after two days i got a call from service centre that A.C. of the car is not working properly due to mistake in a part of A.C. and they did not have that part in stock so they need 7-10 more days for deliver the car.
                        Please let me know some points:

                        1. From where they are importing the part of A.C. which take 7-10 days.
                        2. What is the meaning of appointment if you need two to three working days for second free service of car,whereas all other car service centre takes 4-5 hours.
                        3. Why customer suffer for shortage of staff & not having proper spare parts stock in service stations.

                        My car is still in your above stated service station its very panic. I purchased my car for my convenience not to park at your service centre. So please do need full if you can.

                            I had approached Autobahn for a car purchase, post which they mentioned that they cannot sanction teh loan on account of which i visited SBI lower parel raghuvanshi mills personally and tried to understand teh issue.

                            Tehy point blank refused and then I called autobahn to follow up as they never reverted to me on tehir own, obviosuly since they knew about the rejection

                            However, upon me calling they said it got sanctioned and i was prepared to go and sign, then I called to know teh time and again they mentioned that sorry we missed you to be another customer, your papers are withdrawn

                            In absolute dejection I took my papers back from SBI as I shoudkl have been told by them about this before paying 5000.

                            now they say they will refuse to pay me back

                            what sense does it make to take chrges from em for no fault of mine

                            The did not communicate or assure me of anything

                                Hallo, I have a blackberry phone 9900 which is under warranty, I have give it on repair more than 1 month ago at sec 14 gurgaon blackberry service center, after several follow ups & visits today finally when I call thier executive Mr. Monoj, he is saying phone will be repair on chargable basis because its display got cracked automoticly and company agreeing that the device have internal softwire fault.

                                Blackberry company in not resonding on phone as wellas mails.

                                    Hi, I bought one car from Nawab Motors, Noida, Skoda dealer, at time of purchase Ipaid them for skoda shield (covering extended warranty for 2+2 year or 100000 K.M. which ever is less), skoda is alsom promotong this thing with same, but now when I got this extended warranty its mentioning 80000 K.M., I talked to dealer he is talking round and round, and even skoda india people are also not responding on it.

                                      "Dear" Skoda India,

                                      I was really happy when I bought Skoda Fabia. It is really the best hatchback I have driven. For some reason 1 day, some punk broke the door glass and got away with the stereo system.

                                      My car (Reg No MH 12 HZ 8321) is at the Autobahn Service Center at Kurla since 21st Sept. They have made numerous calls and mails to the aurangabad plant to get the door glass. But till today there has been no response or an ETA.

                                      I have also registered a complaint on the Skoda India customer care helpdesk on[protected]. But they seem to be a helpless desk. Till today, I have to call them and the only update I get is some Mr X or Mr Y will get in touch with me to provide an update.

                                      I need to know a date when my call will be ready.....

                                        I had purchased this vehicle from your distributor i.e., SENATOR SKODA located at Goregaon (West) in Mumbai- 400063 on 21.05.2012.
                                        This is my second complaint to you’ll, at till date I am facing a lot of problems with the vehicle. From the date of purchase my car was frequently at the workshop, roughly for a month because of some of your technical problems in the vehicle, I had lodged the same complaints repeatedly for four-five times but still there was no proper reverts and solutions of the technical faults.
                                        I had heard that SKODA gives a pleasure drive and as well as your company tag line states that, for I had purchased the vehicle for my comfort and pleasure drive. As even many of my family members and friends owe a SKODA OCTAVIA/ LAURA/ SUPERB since years but they haven’t faced any sort of problems as of mine.
                                        I would request you to kindly look into this matter at your earliest or else you will be forcing me to lodge a complaint in the “CONSUMER COURT”. As per CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT, 1986 every consumer has a right to fulfill their rights.
                                        P.S.:-
                                        1) Bonet Opening Cable
                                        2) Boot Opening lid
                                        3) Coil Indicator
                                        4) Air Pump Indicator
                                        5) Wheel Bearing etc.
                                        For the Coil and Air Pump Indications the Service Station people drove the vehicle about 110 kms but still they didn’t get any indications as of what they stated. So we request you to look into the above matter and revert us for better satisfaction.
