I have recharged my MTS Mblaze account, the recharge amount of 999 has been deducted from my bank account but the balance is not reflecting in my MTS account.

I have cut the connection 14... MTS / Sistema Shyam TeleServices [SSTL] — Immediately disconnect the mts postpaid data card no [protected] (complaint)
mail to discontinue my mts connection from the month of june 2017. I have not got any response from mts, instead they are sending me massages and emails to pay the bills for the number which i have already told them to discontinue. I have cleared all the dues for the months i have used mts connection... Hello, I am Anirudh and my MTS data card no. [protected] on 07/07/17 my Internet data prepaid validity was about end, I recahrged on Morning 10:00 am with Rs. 699, But My validity did not get credit in my account I lost 68500 m. b, I did recahrge after message provided by mts that to increase validity and carry forward your balance recharge with Rs... I had been a mts mblaze user for two years, my cousin had damaged my device on 16th may. I had paid the bill of april month on 16th may and notified my dealer mr. Atul sharma about the damaged device. He did not put forward my request and bill was generated. Now the bill has been generated of two months... I am having mts data card number [protected], i was using the connection for almost an year, but at last may month it is not working due to some problem, i have complained many times but they have not taken any action against that, so that i have not paid may month bill, now they are threatening me that they will take legal action, i have told them many times problem is from your side but they are not listening to me, now i am getting continuous calls from different numbers and they are threatening me... The data card / device mts provides is non reusable. Once we deactivate the service, we cannot reactivate the service on the same device. There is a saperate price collected for this device as well. This is an economic waste and causes the environmental waste unnecessarily. The economic waste that a consumer will bears will be forgotten... During post payment, i was shocked to see that the payment of rs. 499 was done for an another no. [protected].

I was using the mts data card for approximately for more than 2 years. During last apr & may'17 their speed was almost nil (3g) and various complaints made in in their customer care number [protected] for which they responded with a standard answer of "will do correct the problem" but 'never' did that... Inspire of disconnection of service, my service has not been disonnected and they are torturing me through repeated mail... I had bought a mts mblaze for my household needs no. [protected]. Myname is bikash kumar jaiswal. The amount for each month. They did not provide speed as much they had promised. The data limit was also less. Finally i cleared all their dues till march 2017. I got mts dongle in 2016. Initially they told speed will be 21mbps. Once i activated the speed is like just 2g. I felt bad and asked customer support but i got worst response. Even some time they act like they not able to hear my voice.
I was keep on asking for help but nothing happened... facing since i took to mts. I am not receiving any services from your company neither i am receiving any complaint resolution. Speed is pathetic. Your executives calls and sends me messages thousands of times only at the time of payment of the bills
This is pathetic service. Do something about this soon else you will loose this market forever... for due amount on my mts number [protected].

Ref no... My mts data card number is [protected]. On 30 may 2017 at 10:06 am i recieved a phone call from mts customer care no [protected] and promised to give 21 gb data against 499 recharge. But after recharging on the same day i recive only 7 gb data. Mts customer care did not solve my problem.
So please take necessary steps... when I bought your MTS date card I was very happy. I thought that you have good internet plans under budget. Just after two days everything is happening with me same its written by older MTS customers on internet. For first two day my data card speed was 500 KBPS and now is 20 – 30 KBPS. I am not able to download my official emails on outlook... | |
