The data card / device mts provides is non reusable. Once we deactivate the service, we cannot reactivate the service on the same device. There is a saperate price collected for this device as well. This is an economic waste and causes the environmental waste unnecessarily. The economic waste that a consumer will bears will be forgotten. The e-waste thats caused will effect mother earth. Please take a severe action against such companies

    During post payment, i was shocked to see that the payment of rs. 499 was done for an another no.[protected].
    Please refund the amount back or do it in my no. [protected]. The details are as follows:

      I was using the mts data card for approximately for more than 2 years. During last apr & may'17 their speed was almost nil (3g) and various complaints made in in their customer care number [protected] for which they responded with a standard answer of "will do correct the problem" but 'never' did that.

      Hence i held back the payment of rs.689/- (For 10 gb/month). Two months we were using "other data" services due to this.

      My family was getting 30-40 calls daily from different mobile numbers claiming calling from mts sistema and "threatening" to pay the bills for avoiding "consequences" to us?!

      Now they claim, they have record o[censored]sage of all 10 gbs at their end and pushed us to 'lok adalath"hearing!

      One sunder at sistema shyam has been asked to contact. When did he spokes like a 'goon' to us.

      Customers, beware of all my"agony"for the last 3 months.

      My"n"umber of mails to mts customer care has got a"standard"reply of"you pay the amount" immediately without hearing my problems.

      This is india. All this mncs are f... Kg us properly. They can not do this in their own country.

      Beware of it...

        Inspire of disconnection of service, my service has not been disonnected and they are torturing me through repeated mails and messages. They have sent me messages and mails regarding disconnection but repeatedly they are sending me lokadalat notices. I spoke to their customer care service many times but their response is not effective. Therefore resolve my issue as soon as possible.

          I had bought a mts mblaze for my household needs no.[protected]. Myname is bikash kumar jaiswal. The amount for each month. They did not provide speed as much they had promised. The data limit was also less. Finally i cleared all their dues till march 2017. I disconnected the connection and did not use for the month of april17. They started to send messages and calls. They started threatening me by sending legal notices. Please solve the problem.

            I got mts dongle in 2016. Initially they told speed will be 21mbps. Once i activated the speed is like just 2g... I felt bad and asked customer support but i got worst response... Even some time they act like they not able to hear my voice.

            I was keep on asking for help but nothing happened. So i just abandon and not using dongle.

            They cheat customer by their false marketing strategy.

            I would like to file a complaint against mts company.

              This is regarding the speed issue iam facing since i took to mts. I am not receiving any services from your company neither i am receiving any complaint resolution. Speed is pathetic. Your executives calls and sends me messages thousands of times only at the time of payment of the bills
              This is pathetic service. Do something about this soon else you will loose this market forever.

                Subject: outstanding amount due and payable by you to sistema shyam teleservices limited under a/c no. [protected] and mobile number [protected].

                Our client:- sistema shyam teleservices limited a-194, phase-i, okhla industrial area, new delhi–110020

                Sir / madam

                Under instructions from and on behalf of our client above named, we address you as under: -

                That our client have provided the data/internet/voice services at your (“service”) request after receiving your duly completed customer application form (“caf”).

                As per the terms contained in the caf, you are liable to pay the various dues, charges as are applicable for availing, retaining and using the said service. As per the terms in the caf, read with the monthly statements issued by our clients for said service, our clients have regularly billed you. Despite our clients repeated requests and reminders from time to time, you have intentionally delayed and defaulted in making the payments.

                By agreeing and accepting the terms and conditions of service as well as of the caf, you, inter alia, agreed to pay to our clients such dues and charges as detailed in the monthly statement/s of our clients. Further, you continue to remain liable for the late payments and such other charges as have been specified in the monthly statements issued by our client for the amount of such charges and fees not paid in time, up to the date of their payments. We state that a sum of rs. 1027/- is due and recoverable from you as on date. And any other query please connects on this number:-[protected]

                We further state that, you have, despite regular requests and reminders of our clients failed and neglected to comply with the demands of our clients and clear the said dues as required.

                Though our client would have been justified in taking criminal proceedings against you directly, in the interest of justice and to give you a fair opportunity, we hereby finally call upon you to carry out and comply with the requisition contained in this notice within 1 days of the date of this notice, failing which our client will have no alternative but to institute appropriate legal proceedings (Civil and criminal) for the offences of cheating, fraud, misappropriation of funds, criminal breach of trust and conspiracy for recovery and strict punishment thereof entirely at your risk as to costs and consequences which please note.

                This notice is sent to you without prejudice to my client’s other rights, claims, actions, interests and contentions or any action or police complaint already initiated or likely to be initiated against you under the aforesaid agreement.

                Our clients also call upon you to pay a sum of rs.500/- being the legal cost incurred by our clients towards this notice.

                I am not sure why this notice is being sent to me as many times i have given a justification, as this amount is being wrongly charged. I have called the customer care to close my connection after paying my last bill of rs. 633/-
                But they did not proceeded with the request and again next month i received my bill. I asked whether i need to do anything else but was told they will process the request further and connection will be closed. Then why this another month of bill. Sad part is in spite of telling this thing thousands of time i am continuously getting the calls and emails. I did not even use the connection and data expecting it to be close. You can check the data usage. This is misleading and i am being wrongly charged for one month of bill. I have been a valuable customer and always paid my bills on time. I did not expect this from mts.
                Kindly look into this at the earliest and provide me a possible solution for this.

On 30 may 2017 at 10:06 am i recieved a phone call from mts customer care no [protected] and promised to give 21 gb data against 499 recharge. But after recharging on the same day i recive only 7 gb data. Mts customer care did not solve my problem.

                  So please take necessary steps.

I have cleared all the dues(you can check). from next time onwards i dont want any bill generation for this number.

                    Dear Mr. CEO,

                    It was one of my biggest painful moment of my life, The day when I bought your MTS date card I was very happy. I thought that you have good internet plans under budget. Just after two days everything is happening with me same its written by older MTS customers on internet. For first two day my data card speed was 500 KBPS and now is 20 – 30 KBPS. I am not able to download my official emails on outlook. Your customer care is resolving my complain without contacting me. And every time they are giving me 10HRS time. After five days frustration I decided to return this connection to you guys so that I can use something else but no body is telling me right way. I really don’t want this poor connection. Requesting you to take this connection back and refund my amount.

                    I don’t know whether you have access of emails or not, otherwise I would have got the reply of below pasted email till today.

                        Since i've bought this mts data card i haven't got the speed i was promised in the advertisement. Sometimes the internet connection disappears without any warning and sometimes it doesn't connects at all. I've tried everything i could but the product appears to be faulty or something like that.                           Ok! Let me start with this line.
                          "mts is the worst dongle you would use".
                          One more line, please...
                          "bad customer service you would experience in your life"

                          For example, when i was experiencing bad connectivity, i called customer executive to resolve this. So, did he solved? Naaa... They are worst for it.
                          Sir, first type window + r then %temp%
                          Delete all temp files. Ok. I did it.
                          Second type window + r then prefetch
                          Delete all files. Ok. I did it.
                          Final step, unplug your domain and restart your system.
                          I did it then wait for 5- 10 minute and plug it. Ok.
                          Conclusion of all these *cking thing was ' low internet speed'

                          What best they can do?
                          1. I apologize to you.
                          2. Let me register your complaint
                          3. Can i put your call on hold for 30 seconds? Then? He/ she put my call on hold at least for 5-10 minute. (Dude, don't you know customer hold policy)

                          I had a very bad experience with mts staffs. They don't know how to talk (For example, sir, apne apna bill nahi pay kiya hai. Karwo do. Nahi to number band ho jayega. Abe chalta kab hai.. Yeh to bta.)
                          They don't know technical things (Lack of training) they even talk to you rudely.

                          Short story:
                          One day i decided not to pay a bill rs 863 because i am not getting speed what they promised 9.8mbps/s. You are killing it man...
                          Mts staffs are genuinely not interested in solving your problems. They just want you to pay bills. They will tell you that we are registering your complaint but actually they don't. They don't have details of your last complaint. You have to explain your problem again and again.

                          Precautions: don't use it!

                            My complaint as follows:

                            My mts datacard number [protected].

                            I have been used the above number for two years. I paid the amount on every month on date/time without late fee.

                            I have raised the complaint on febraury 28th, 2017 19:31:44 (Refer case no: feb/2506) but there is no proper reply from your side.

                            On the next day (March 01, 2017) i got a sms from mts 'your complaint no:feb/2506 has been closed'.

                            So you said only closed not solved. Each and every time i am only asked your technical team about the issues.

                            After that they only said 'the device is not working' and let you know if device stock is available or not, but there is no reply from your end.

                            Again i called your time and asked about the device stock then only they told 'there is no stock at this time. So you can pay with un billed amount and disconnect it'.

                            I am a self employee and working at home with the help of internet, so just think my situation from my end.

                            Every day i got a call from customer service and they are asking about the payment only, they are not ready to hear my problems.

                            They told me you can pay with unbilled amount and disconnect it.

                            Why i am paying the amount for the not working device? So you are losing a valuable customer like me due to your service.

                              with the reference to subject matter please note that i took connection of MTS Mblaze with the number of [protected] with the name of Mr. Bhavit Desai (My self) after some months o[censored]sage its gave me problem of disconnection and low speed so i complaint to their CC team so many times. after so many complaints one guy came and just check speed in his laptop and left without solving the issue so, i fed up and submit request to cancel my mts dongle before my billing cycle. when i took connection i paid one month advance rent as security deposit so as per that i didn't pay last bill when my connection have lots of problem.

                              after confirming with customer care mts people send me some legal notice with the name of Mr. Ranvir Vats and written down we will file case against you and you have to contact below number and etc etc. so, i called on that number but no one pickup the phone and he mailed me from some private website which suspicious. so, you are requested to look into this matter on urgent basis.

                                I had been a consumer of MTS internet services, MTS no.[protected]. After few months continuous problems persisted in the connection in spite of repeated complaints, trouble continued and finally I requested the service provider to discontinue my connection on phone but my request was not entertained and I was asked on phone to pay bill for next 2 months when I conveyed my grievances they harassed and shouted at me and threatened me to take a legal action against me. I have been receiving such threats periodically now. It is a clear case of harassment. Needless to mention that I deposited Rs.2000 as security amount and one month advance payment to the agent at the time of getting the connection. -Dr.Sabiha Masih `

                                    Sir I changed my mts sim so as to get nano mts sim in my smart phone. The dealer charged Rs. 200/- instead of Rs. 50 and sim given by him was no ways to a nano sim but micro one was got made. Sim worked for one day and than deactivated. On contact customer care informed that due to TRAI that happened. The dealer on being contacted informed that sim would be activated soon again but not activated so far. Now dealer is also not picking calls. Can MTS let me know how to get a nano sim or I would leave MTS services and take some other service provider as suggested by dealers of MTS. My mobile number is [protected]. I had numbers from [protected] to 08 (total 7 numbers). 07 and 08 were never returned back once mobile lost. now 06 also in that direction. would MTS activate my services on [protected] or suggest how to get a Nano sim and than again get activated. regards Subhash Chand [protected]

                                      For my data card no [protected], in the month of march i had to pay 1321, but due to mistake i payed 13221 and since then im calling them and asking them to refund my 11900 and have made complains about it constantly but every time i call customer care, they say they have reverted it through net but i never recieved it and in return they dont give me any details. Then they asked me to email in the customer care, i keep emailing them, they say they will send it through cheques but again they dont give me any further details and now whenever i email them, they dont reply me and when again i called in the customer care, theyre telling me i never made any complain but i have all the complaint ids and all proofs of it.

                                        This is subhankar my MTS mobile number is [protected]. Today morning I have called to 1212 and option 2, 1, 6 (121talktime offer) explained with recharge of rs121 I will get 140rs talk time. Immediately I have recharged but not get that benefit. After calling customer Care executive I come to know rs121 is giving 150rs promotional balance and that is credited in my account. But still now benefit of rs121 in 1212 is telling rs140 talk time. So it is very clear that it is your mistake and you should give rs 140 talk time or else refund the whole money (121/-) back
