I was using mts dongle in 2016. When i took the dongle the plan was 550pm and my plan details were as follows.

Your mts data card number : [protected]
Your account number : [protected]
Your tariff plan : revb-550-5gb day_5gb night-unlimited
Monthly rental : rs. 550.00

Despite of being in a prime location in city where your executive tested and showed me that the signal strength is high, i never got browsing speed more than 100kbps, forget downloading, it never worked.

On 5/9/2016, i called mts customer care and informed that my dongle is broken, i would like to have either a replacement or a new one at subsidized rate. They informed me to pay off the remaining amount and then the issue will be taken care of.
The payment portal sucks. It never process payments. On 6/9 i wrote to customer care informing the failing payment attempts with proper screenshots. On same day i wrote mail about broken dongle as well.

Several times i spoke to cc to close my a/c.
No response, no follow up. Worst service ever.

Then all of a sudden i receive next bill claiming my bill amount to be 1300+. Claiming money for unused month as well.

I started receiving hell lot of death threat kind of calls from your customer care and one lady put up an offer saying there is a 50% waiver on the outstanding amount, if i pay 630 that is enough and the account will be closed. So i paid it sick n tired of the constant harassment.
I have the receipt.

Right after their offer for settlement they again started calling for remaining 630. Now am getting mails saying i have to pay 734.

For what?

For not delivering promised speed?
For not responding to my cust care queries?
For harassing me day and night on calls?

I have all the data from beginning, including screenshots of your pathetic speed below 100kbps while am subscribed to high speed band that too on beginning dates of 5 different months.

I have all the written conversations in my mail. I can attach the screenshot if needed

    I am sanjoy dutta - owner of 'duttson international' for which the abovenmentioned data card is registered in mts - kolkata circle. I have made all payments cleared by cheque and netbanking and lastly through paytm wallet as the customer care instructed before due date. But, the mts comapany till sending bills though my connection was closed instantly in end july, 2017. The mts customer care cannot give a specific reason for this. Please end the matter as soon as possible and give us a relief from this hankypanky.

        Dear sir,

        I have used mts data card no. [protected] before last 5-6 month, i have been regularly paying and using their services. I traveled to out of rajasthan for 45 days and i have leave my data card mblaze at my home. I called the customer care to stop services and also asked them the payment amount that i can’t use the data card so please stop and close the things. I was also told that i am out of rajasthan so i can’t come to your office to stop the data card, and from last 4 month to till date i was received so many calls from your customer care and i was told them please understand my problem and stop the data card i was told you so many times and i can’t used your data card please cheek the uses, now i was also told that their service person will visit to collect amount and give me proper slip and close my account.

        Form then onwards mts has been constantly calling and harassing me for bill amounts of 1101/- which is ridiculous, they are asking money for service which i requested to be stopped.

        Some day before i got a call from a so called advocate who shouted at his pitch of voice and told my case will be presented to the delhi court.

        If i don’t pay 1101 /- by i some days he will file a case against me and i will have to go to delhi and pay court charges and also pay huge fine amount.
        On 18th august i was received a call from mts its a diverted call number and he told me madam now you pay 600/- online and close your data card a/c, so now i am again ask him if i dont use your data card why i am paying this amount so he told me madam if you want to ignore the case then please paid this amount.

        I want clarification when i was called your customer care no and told your team please stop this card and i dont used so why i am paying this amount to you, and how can they file case against me for the amount which is not even the service i had taken. Please take of this notice. After this also i am harassed for payment need action as a citizen of india.

          The most horrible mistake one can make is get a mts connection. Mts's employees, it seems, have been trained to use foul language and tone with their retail customers even when they are themselves at fault. They have been trained to scream at customers, harass them and even threaten them on a regular basis.

          I unfortunately own a mts internet connection for which i have paid the bill on time and am in possession of the electronic receipt for the same. Even after repeatedly telling them over the phone and conveying the receipt number and latet even physically visiting the mts store to show them the receipt, i keep getting about 50 calls each day from different numbers by some harish from the so called mts legal department who talks such rude and foul language that it literally hurts the ears. This man relentlessly calls - non stop - even when he is told that they need to check within their own system as the money had been debited from my account long back - and all this for some 800 odd bucks. I have even registered a formal complaint on mts's central customer care number for them to recheck the payment. Nonetheless, this man continues to threaten me with so called serious legal implications and even to get my passport blocked if i don't pay them. Just shows u the intellect of the man and the value system of mts and it's employees.
          Horrible customer experience!

          Shame on u #mts for hiring such goons taking care of your customer service.

          Shame on u #mts for not even being able to check on your payments recieved and then instead threatening customers.

            It is very disappointing that in spite of paying my bills on time, still nobody is looking in to my complaint. My mts [protected] is not working since one week, i complaint about it every day, still nothing happened, in spite of solving problem i got the message that my complaint has been resolved. It is cheating.
            I will summit back my mts and will recommend everyone not to take it as they are cheaters. They only will come to deliver you mts when u purchase it, after that will never come to you, even they will not describe you how to use it.
            I have always paid my bills before time, still nobody is listening.
            Being such a big company i am very dis pointed with their behavior and response.

              Hi,

              I have recharged my MTS Mblaze account, the recharge amount of 999 has been deducted from my bank account but the balance is not reflecting in my MTS account.
              This has happened to me before and is extremely frustrating. I contacted your chat support and spoke to Ram Babu who could not help me and would not pass me on to his supervisor.
              Please find the attached screenshot of the transaction.
              Request you to get this sorted out.
              Getting a refund in 7 days is not an acceptable solution.

                I have made my last bill payment for my wifi data card on and have registered a complaint on customer care through my alternate mobile number since my registered mobile number have been lost. I had registered the complaint that my wifi device have dead so kindly disconnect my connection since when i had made last payment, many times i contacted customer care regarding this issue but no response, buy they generating the bill monthly without fail. I need to know why should i pay for the dead wifi which was not in use for past 3 months. When made the complaint in customer care they told the they will take my complaint and clear my issue but still now you sending the bills and legal notice. How could i continue in this network and what for this customer care working for???

                  I m a mts postpaid customer. I have been using data card service since last 2 years. Last month in the first week (05/07/17) i had called the customer care and asked them to de-activate the connection. The customer care executive asked me to make the payment (1150 rs) for the month of june + 190rs for the first 5 days of july. After making the payment i called the customer care, they said that the service will be deactivated within 24 hrs. After that i never used the data card. But again this month i have received the bill. I again called the customer care and briefed them about the issue. But now again they are asking me to pay the bill (989 rs). The mistake is from their side that they have not deactivated the data card services even after i called them more than 10 times and requested.
                  Today (02/08/17) i spoke to the customer care executive and i made the payment (989 rs) even after not using the data card, then again the customer care executive is asking me to pay 78rs.

                  Now i 'm going to write articles/blogs on various sites about the worst services of mts and why people should not go for it.

                        I have been using mblaze data card from last 3 years. Recently i recharged my prepaid account [protected] with 499 on 29th june 2017 and i got around 12 gb of data but in the running month i got network speed issues multiple times and i complained about it as well but no one responded positively. Today (27th july 2017) also i called customer care for this issue and a person named k. K mishra from delhi received my call, i asked to send a technical person so that he can check what is the exact problem as i have faced this issue 4 times in this month but he refused to send and tell to perform the basic checks which i have already made and conveyed it to him as well. (I am an engineer by profession so i think i can do this on my behalf before calling to customer care) i told him clearly 28th july is my next recharge date and still, 8gb data is pending so it will be good if he can send a person and i can use some of the data amounts before i lost it but he refused to send and tell, no problem let it be wasted.

                        I just want to say, customers have paid you money that is why they got 12 gb of data. You as an organization has a responsibility to give service and maintain good relations with the customers. This kind of behavior is a true reason to lose trust on company's service and policies.

                          I have complained the same to customer care 7 times they are not ready to take as complaint.

                          Most of the time customercare executives are disconnecting my call in between the call.

                          Mts is the worst customercare i ever seen.

                              I have never been associated with mts india ever, however i am getting sms regarding outstanding dues of rs 1872.10 due on some mts account around 4 times a day. I have raised a complaint on the same on 10th july 2017. But the company says that my number is given as alternative contact number to the said mts number.

                                    I have sent repeated mail to discontinue my mts connection from the month of june 2017. I have not got any response from mts, instead they are sending me massages and emails to pay the bills for the number which i have already told them to discontinue. I have cleared all the dues for the months i have used mts connection. Stop sending me irrelevant massages for paying bill immediately or else i will go to consumer court with all the relevant documents i have sent for discontinuation of service.

                                      Hello, I am Anirudh and my MTS data card no. [protected] on 07/07/17 my Internet data prepaid validity was about end, I recahrged on Morning 10:00 am with Rs.699, But My validity did not get credit in my account I lost 68500 m.b, I did recahrge after message provided by mts that to increase validity and carry forward your balance recharge with Rs.699, I have been cheated, I will raise this issue on consumer court. Please provide me my data 68500 m.b or else it is gonna be big issue.

                                        I had been a mts mblaze user for two years, my cousin had damaged my device on 16th may. I had paid the bill of april month on 16th may and notified my dealer mr. Atul sharma about the damaged device. He did not put forward my request and bill was generated. Now the bill has been generated of two months. What is my fault in this?
                                        Why should i pay for two months when i have just used 15 days of it? I am a student, how will i pay so much? I have the receipts with me. I have been filing complaints since 14th june at your customer care but nothing was done. I have the complaint numbers also. Now tell me, where is my fault?

                                        Also, the same dealer had entered my bill payment details of april month late. I had paid that bill on 18th april, he had mentioned it on 25th april, because of which i was getting a fine of 100rs. Now, you tell me, it has been your dealer's fault two times, where have i been on fault?
                                        Please don't trouble students like this. I am ready to pay rs. 350, which is the amount till 16th may. Not more than that. I cannot afford.
