Hey, airtel today I tried to recharge for my friend sim, I recharged it using the paytm app and I accidentally ended up typing out the wrong number to recharge, as my friend needed an urgent recharge I have recharged another time for him. I hope you can help me with a refund through paytm, thank you so much for your co operation... Airtel broadband salesman have approached at my door and explained the service of wifi which is upon installment 2months of free usage of 200mbps speed and free unlimited voice calling simcard but after 1month I got bill of 1428rs. Upon enquiry I got to know only 1st month was free... Airtel deleted my prepaid phone number all of a sudden without any prior notification. Upon going to the store, they are not guaranteeing that my old number will get reactivated. I have also reached out to airtel nodal officer and not getting any resolution. I took an Airtel Xstream broadband connection on 26/05/22. There was a problem in the line and I raised a complaint on 21/06/22. It Has been 1 week as of now and there is no resolution.
