We have Airtel TV subscription at home for TV viewing. Since the last three days we have been complaining ( complain no 64386154 dated 28th May) as most of the channels do not work. The service person, Tinku fixes it and within a couple of hours it's back to not working. There is no permanent solution to this problem, as this is a daily occurrence. I have requested for a new Xtream Fibre broadband connection 200mbps plan 999/- on 29th April 2022 for which i have paid 3 months ARP. But as i understood I was being cheated by providing the DSL Copper connection with a poor speed of 40mbps. I have paid the amount over online for the airtel black connection and now airtel is regretting/denying in providing the invoice/bill for the amount which they have collected over online.

They have made it mandatory to send the request to 121 by an sms mentioning your email id. any request submitted gets rejected with a stock response: this email id has not been registered with us, even when they have verified the mail id via their app. my number [protected] needs to be converted to an esim. i am at a dead end now because of their shoddy system....
