Respected Sir,
I have been using this prepaid connection for many years but in last May and June month I noticed that within few days after recharge my account balance becoming zero. After a long process to communicate with customer care executive I came to know ( as per EBILL of May & June 2022 )that some amount deducted for international call. I have no international contact and I didn't call those numbers. I am sorry to say that some error was happened with your system.

Therefore I request you to look after the matter and refund those deducted amount to my account.

    Very shocked to see an error code on my TV screen after data pack recharge for my account on 09/07/2022 when I as usual used my mobile hotspot to send data to my Amazon Firestick connected to my TV to watch YouTube. Error code flashes on screen saying Airtel network error. Never happened earlier. I tried reconfiguring my connection still same problem. Is Airtel blocking access to other digital devices like Amazon Firestick to promote their own streaming services
    Very disappointed with such unethical business practices. If problem is not resolved I plan to port to another famous 4G service provider.

      I had put request to close the connection on 6 June and still bill is generated for billing period of 25 May to 25 June. The collection team is calling me despite have told them this thing so many times. Why should I pay when i had requested to stop the service on immediate basis.

        Dear Sir,

        My number [protected] which i was using for more than 15 years is currently showing as doesn’t exist. I have recharged it already for a year just 3 months before and i am currently here in UAE for short stay and i am returning by next week and my life will be more miserable if my numbers doesn’t works. As My number is linked to all my bank accounts. Kindly do the needful.

          When i xalled they said again 4 more days it means bt 12 june.

              Hi, my airtel number is [protected], which i was using it for more than 15 year’s, recently i moved to UAE for visit for 6 months and all of a sudden Airtel deactivated my number and showing as invalid number. Moreover just 3 months before i have recharged it for a year package. How come they can for this I don’t know. Moreover this number is linked to all my bank accounts and airtel is harassing the customers in this way..

              Please help yo get my number activate

                I am not able to use internet from 6 July and it's already 4 days since I didn't get any response from them. My request id is [protected]. I try to contact their customer care service they said problem will be solved by end of day but still noone contact me regarding nor anyone visiting my places.

                  Airtel would never be my choice again for the way their services are. I have 499 INR/month of 6 month of Airtel broadband plan. Which I have paid for in advance. Yet it's never been a satisfactory resolution by Airtel and their team. Previously they changed wiring about 3-4 times on our residence premises. Yesterday, the engineer stated that the internet would return in one hour. After an hour since it didn't come, I tried calling him. No response. I tried reaching out to them this morning. No response. My cousin went to the Airtel store and the department head talked with him assuring him that the issue would be resolved by today 6 PM. Yet, no one has come. When called by a different number the Engineer started making excuses claiming because of the landline this may happen and whatnot. I am sick and tired of their slacking work, their wiring is always so pathetic a mere rain breaks it down. It's so frustrating to the point that they do not seem to even care. They are happy to advertise that they are the best in broadband and yet they do this to their customers.

                    Hi Team/Concerned person,

                    This is a complaint regarding Airtel broadband customer service. Below is an explanation of my experience with them over the course of 4-5 days.

                    I have shifted to a new location on 1st July. It has been more than a week now that i have raised a relocation request through Airtel customer care and below is my experience.

                    1st call: Explained to customer care about my relocation to a new apartment within the same society. They took up the details of old and new address and generated a relocation request. they also told me that relocation would be done within 1 day.

                    2nd call(next day): Got call from technical team who explained that customer care had raised the request under wrong category. They had raised the request as a request for Internal Relocation(Shifting within the same house). They had to close the request informed me that i would have to call the customer care again and raise a new request.

                    3rd call: Called Customer care again and explained the above issue to them and told them that i need the connection to be relocated as soon as possible. They said that there is already a relocation request open in my name. I explained the issue again to them and they said they will escalate the issue.

                    4th call: Got call from Technical team saying they had again reopened the incorrect ticket which was raised for internal relocation(shifting connection within premise)

                    5th call: called customer care and explained the entire issue again from top to bottom.
                    Customer care agent transferred the call to his supervisor and the supervisor promised that i would get a new connection within 11am the next day.

                    6th call: I waited till 11 am the next day and told customer care that i do not have a ready active connection as no agent came to my house to do the relocation. Rather, i did not even receive an sms at least with the name and contact of the agent. i was told to wait for 4 hours for the messege.

                    7th call: I called airtel customer care again at 4, and told them that it has been more than 4 hours and i have not received any details. I was told that there was some backend communication issue. I was transferred to a supervisor again, who promised me that i would have an active connection by the next day by 12 noon the next day.

                    8th call: i called again at 10 am the next day(today- 9th July 2022) to check where my update was and that i did not get any details of agent coming to my house. I was told that i would get the details ready and a call from the technical agent within the next 4 hours.

                    9th call: i called customer care again at 2, and told them that 4 hours had passed and i did not get any call from Airtel and i did not get details of agent as well. I was told that within today EOD my connection will get relocated.

                    It is frustrating as a customer to repeatedly have to explain the same issue again and again to customer care and have the same issues. within this time i have been repeatedly told that the customer care agent is 'escalating' my issue or they will 'highlight it to the concerned team. I have been repeatedly promised a resolution each time i have called. but none of it was productive. I feel i am being led around in circles by airtel customer care. And at the same time, i am being billed for the week i did not use my connection at all.

                    I hope this complaint will serve as a stern reminder that customers are not at the mercy of customer care service and that Consumer forum complaints are a genuine place where they can complain against such repeated misbehaviour and lies.

                      I recharged My airtel No. on24th may through airtel thanks app . my money got debited from my Bank Account and in airtel thanks app they showing recharge initiated. I waited for some time and then some hours passed, then some days and now its 9th july that the recharge is still initiated and they are not helping me out in this matter i managed ton complaint many times but they didnt provide me solution. every time i register a complaint they closed it without informing me about it and when i asked them about it they register another complaint regarding this. now its been month and i need my money back. please help me in this problem.

                      I didn't get any call from Airtel.
                      Even I got 2 calls from fraud.
                      And they show themselves as Airtel executive and asked me to download anydesk and wants to know OTP that they send on my no. . So I didn't respond.
                      It's very disgusting that i am already in trouble and they trying to spam me.

                        I have raised request to close my airtel xtream fibre account on 11th march, they told me to wait for 45 days to processed and within 45 days my money will re refunded I have waited till 6th May and send them email. They again filed the closing request as per 7th may and told me that earlier it was some technical error, again they told me to wait for 45 days. I have waited till 22nd june and one 22nd june they promised me to refund the amount within 7 to 10 working days. Today is 8th July, I sent them email, called them but no reply. Their customer helpline told me that we can't do anything. So In total its been 5 months that I am chasing them for my deserving amount of money. Its been mentally stressful.
                        I have all the proofs such as the first request screenshot from their app, emails conversation, phone recording with their customer's executives.

                          Complaint about: airtel mobile bill (349 rs family plan)
                          Airtel has charged isd calls in my mobile bill. No isd calls were made from my numbers but they had very well presented the charges with fraudulent call details. They have given details of the isd calls in itemized bill, but those all are fake as no such calls were made from my numbers. I have been extra charged for 1 isd call (336 rs). I never do any isd calls from my number.

                          I called there customer care today 8 july and the representative assured Billing on your Airtel Number ****835348. Service Request No.[protected], dated 08/07/2022. Rest assured, we will work on the same and get back to you with an update by 11/7/2022.

                          But this is a very bad experience being a AIRTEL CUSTOMER FROM 15 years

                            I am facing issue while making payment for my Airtel broadband but their app is showing error while I am trying to make the payment. I have called them multiple times and sent numerous emails but not getting any response from them.

                            On one hand, I am getting reminder from them that If I don’t make the payment, they will disconnect the connection and I will lose the benefits as well and on the other hand they are not providing any resolution.

                              Dear Team,

                              I have been raising this concern from past two weeks that I am NOT receiving SMS on my number.
                              I’m able to send SMS, call/receive.

                              I had postpaid service earlier and ported it to prepaid some 5-6 weeks ago.
                              First two weeks after porting, it worked fine, then the issue with incoming SMS started.

                              I even changed my mobile device, changed my SIM, talked to customer support, but still no help.
                              Simply passed the ball to other court, saying issue with the sender!

                              I request you to kindly assist with this issue on priority. You know how important is today’s world to receive SMS as everything is now connected to phone number.

                                1.As indicated by Airtel while making payment on 18 May 2022 through NEFT to pay Rs. 1000/- when my recharge amount was 589/- which I paid and which was also acknowledged by Airtel and showed a credit balance of Rs. 411/- against my account. Subsequently on 30 May 2022 my fibernet wifi connection was disconnected saying that since I had not paid the recharge amount it has been disconnected. Since I had already paid and which was duly acknowledged by Airtel I found it very strange that the service was disconnected. I felt insulted and immediately requested Airtel that I am not interested with their service and advised to permanently disconnect and refund my amount after adjusting the unused portion of the rent along with my credit balance of Rs. 411/- lying with them for which the company has neither informed me about the settlement nor at which stage the case is pending.
                                2.I have taken a DTH TV cable connection and was paying an amount of Rs.518/- per month towards the recharge regularly. However, since I had to go out of station for almost a month and the house would be empty I had not got my cable recharged. I returned to Hyderabad on 30 June and as per the advise of Airtel I had paid an amount of Rs.518/- + Rs. 15/- (for the period from 01 July to 31 July 2022)as service charges. However, there were no programmes from 9.00 PM on 05 July 2022. I had contacted the concerned staff and I was told that I have to pay the charges towards replacement and service charges. I would like to mention here that the dish and cable connection was done by Airtel staff and I have not even seen where it has been installed since I reside in a 25 floor building apartment. I had refused to pay any mounts towards replacement and labour charges because as per my understanding it is the duty of the service provider to oversee that the fittings and installation are safe and working. In view of the foregoing and as indicated at para 1 I felt that the service provider were looting the innocent customers, hence I decided and advised the Airtel to to disconnect my cable connection and charge me the propionate amount for 5 days (from 01 July to 05 July 2022) and pay me the difference.
                                I request to submit that I am 69 years old and retired Government official and it is very difficult for me to keep calling the Airtel for the very frequent problems I am facing. I sincerely solicit your kind intervention as I found that the management does not seem to be bothered about the service being provided by a bunch of people who are not concerned and incompetent in discharging their duties.
