am using mts mblaze dongel from past 2yrs. last month my dongel was dead. i paid full bil and then i deactivated the same. I got a cal from mts people for free replacement of dongle but i have not agreed. but they have activated the same with out informing me. i have not got msg also after activation now i got bil and they were asking me to pay bil... I am a Loyal customer of MTS Mblaze user from past 2 years, In recent times I get annoying sms's and reminders more than 5 to 6 sms's from MTS, which irritates me and even after paying the bill for 2 to 3 days of bill payment, I get call from MTS CSR to pay the bill, how many times should I need to pay it??? Is their system not aware of who is paying or not paying... against my name by MTS Mblaze for an outstanding bill payment of Rs. 1442/-. I paid the bill Ref No>. [protected]. Dear Sir/Madam, I was using MTS dongle for 3G internet data from last 1. 5 years appx. I called MTS customer care to stop providing me further service 3- 4 months back. They asked me not to surrender and take any other plan. I took lower amount plan but again i decided not to use it further as it was not useful to me... i got irritated and felt cheated by MTS customercare people. i called up and told them to disconnect the line if they cant fix the speed issue.
Atleast i can consider if the speed is half or 1/3 of the promised for the account. but the speed i get is just . 38kbps
if i call up continuously they will ask me to check the speed again... Every month MTS cut my balance with out any reason. An mts custmer service agent who called for the due payment in september, i have advised her to cancel the bill generation as i have stopped using the mts dongle due to its incompetence to fulfill the data speed needs in my area.
There were several instances when i reached the mts customer care and the stores for data speed related issues and it was never resolved... I am using Mts for past 1 year and this is the first time i am getti ng such a ridiculous act from your side. I myself is a doctor who use your service a lot for my proffession. Even after explaining that, She was so rude to me telling that i need to answer all of her question. Now i am thinking to Quit MTS and opting for some other good network... I have purchased dongle from mts no [protected] but it's not working from the day due to no network. Inspite of raising multiple complaints no response. without attending closing the tickets.

today, I got a call from [protected] on 16/11/2016 and the call was made by a men and lady. experience before taking mts connection was that i consume 3gb pre-paid data per month). With mts my billing cycle starts from 16th of the month to 15th of next month.
During the days i worked from home i used to get sms/e-mail message from mts on any day between 1st to 7th of each month saying that my 5gb data is finished, and if i want to continue using net i should contact customer care for additional data... I have not used the MTS internet service for the past 3-4 months and my usage is Nil.
But couple of months back i got a threatening call from MTS representative in most inappropriate language to pay bill for which i not used internet
Then to finish I paid 1200 RS and asked to disconnect the services as i am not using MTS connection anymore... about how i cheated by mts. i bought my mts data card ([protected]) before 1 year. they showed me demo at my home located at coimbatore, ramanathapuram. now i changed my home near to my old address less than 1km. but i don't get proper coverage over there when i complaint about it, they said due to data traffic you won't get speed like that and they include we will responsible for data speed at demo showed address only...
Now someone claiming from MTS calling me to pay the bill or face legal action. whats wrong with MTS, When i was using your service I did make regular payments since I have stopped using it because of poor network and service i don't think i should be penalised.
I still have your device safe and secured... Deactivate my mts post paid plan. my datacard number is [protected]. i wrote to customer care 3 days back. i called customer care 3-4 times also and every time they are giving me different options. i just want to cancel it. don't want to waste my money even when am not using it. this November month I have not used and i told customer care people to not to charge for November month and even then I am being charge... Even simple web pages take a long time to open. I called customer care and was told that they have noted my complaint and will do something about it. Now i got to know from someone who lives near by that they also get slow speed during evening times...

In short 1000 is pending from MTS team and they are denying to pay. Can you please help.
