Hey there - i made an online payment on 17-dec-2016 for rs. 919/- (A sum of rupees nine hundred and nineteen only) for my mts data card# [protected]. But i started receiving messages and calls stating that, i have not paid any amount but my account has been debited for the said amount.

Finally, i made 2 calls to toll free still it has not been resolved yet.in addition to - i have sent two reminders for which i am still waiting for my responses but my internet services is barred for non-payment.

Currently, i have sent an email and connected to one of the representatives for receiving updates. My compliant # dec/3562 which has been given today and no such info given in my previous communication.

The last executive looks like responding but i am keeping my fingers crossed and my daily activity has been impacted due to the poor system updates with mts team.

    I have been in call with 2 of your customer care agents today raising concern on my last bill amount.

    Actually my datacard plan is [protected]@350RS. which would be 402 Rupees including taxes.

    But i have received the bill amount of 583 rupees.

    I have inquired the same with customer care agent of yourselves and he said the extra amount which is added up is due to the roaming charges.(he said there is two dates i.e 16/11/2016 and 15/12/2016 i gone outside of local coverage and used around 3.7 GB of data)

    I was surprised to hear that, how come the 3.7 GB of Data would cost only 157 rupees that too in roaming and where is my actual data bundled with the plan .He misinterpreted the bill cycle as usage dates.He was wrong in all the information provided.

    I explained him clearly that i never traveled outside of Tamil Nadu nor even outside of my local place to have the roaming charges levied. But he was never ready to take it up and he said you can raise the concern to our senior authorities in weekdays between 9.30 to 6.30.

    Then i hung up and logged into the self care portal there i seen the roaming data used is 0.00 for last month then again called your customer care, call was picked up but no one spoke( i could here the noises at the back) . i didn't hung up waited for sometime, after some time some one took up and said "sir please speak up else we need to disconnect the call" not sure whether it is technical fault with him that i was not audible.

    I explained the scenario and he asked for sometime and came back asking " Are you sure you never traveled outside Tamilnadu? "

    Again i told him i never traveled outside of my home taking the datacard. Then again he was checking the information for sometime then came up with answer that my plan is not unlimited. Over the limit used Data charges might be applicable.

    But This was not told in the first instance when i opted for this retention plan they explained.

    They said it would cost 402 rupees including the Taxes. and after 3 GB usage the pack will be revised to 32 Kbps.

    I know this already since after exhausting the high speed data limit speed will be revised and i need to opt out for the Additional Data.

    On December 10th i have received the mail saying the same "We have observed that you have utilized 100% of your high speed data limit on your current tariff plan for the MTS data card [protected]. You can purchase additional data and maintain your high speed by subscribing to our speed booster packs."

    I was not offered any high speed data for that above said 157 Rupees.

    Then why i was charged for that?, Why i was not informed about this in first instance that i will be charged?( I was told post 3GB your speed will be revised).

    Why i was miss communicated ?.

    Why i should get mail saying your 100 percent data exhausted and for additional data you can opt for high speed top up if am already charged for additional data.

      I have been using mts dongle for many times. But nowadays i have problem related to its speed. Mts dongle is not working properly. I have complained my problem to mts costumer care many times, but they not giving any satisfactory answer. Therefore i am unable to use internet and getting disturb in my work.
      I kindly request you to please solve my problem as soon as possible.

        Dear Team,

        I am a consumer of "Reliance Wi-Pod" Powered by MTS 3GPLUS NETWORK since June 2016. My Datacard number is [protected]

        Product Features are:
        Download Speed o[censored]p to 14.7 Mbps
        Upload Speed o[censored]p to 5.7 Mbps

        Complaint 1. Pathetic Network Speed

        I contacted customer care for this concern and informed them that I have never got a downloading speed more than 150 Kbps. Net surfing speed doesn't even compete 2G internet.

        I was advised that there is some temporary technical and network glitch going on and they assured me that it will be improved soon. Unfortunately, that didn't happen. I am still suffering with the poor and intolerable network service of MTS.

        Complaint 2. Horrible Customer Care Support

        Since I have purchased above mentioned product, I recharged timely and got my Data balance carry forwarded. Last time my Data balance was expired on 25 Nov 2016 and I had a Data balance of about 10 GB. This time I did not get any intimation of data expiration as I had been intimated earlier. Next day on 26 Nov 2016 when I was unable to access Internet service, I recharged immediately and requested customer care team to recover my Data Balance as I paid for that and spent my hard earned money. Customer care did not even registered my request and denied very rudely. Thereafter I wrote an email for the same request and also asked for the amount of Data balance which I had lost.

        Instead of appropriate and to the point answer, customer care sent me template emails. There is nothing like customer care.

        *They don't even understand what I have written*
        *They don't even have a will to give satisfactory and to the point answer*
        *They don't even do a research before answering to customer*

Further, we have mentioned balance carry forward feature against the limited STVs only on our website.

        About intimation, we would like to inform you that MTS team intimate their customers through SMS option only. SMS must not have reached to you due to reasons like number out of coverage area, mobile number is switched off, and etc.

        It is really sad that MTS claims 100% customer satisfaction in their services. However, I have not experienced the same in my case. Even though my complaint has not been entertained timely and properly. Thus, I reached to you in the hope that you would help me out to resolve my problem and assist me in getting justification from MTS services.

        (Note:- one side consumers of "Reliance Jio Infocomm Limited (RJIL)" are enjoying hassle-free high speed Internet for free whereas on the another side consumers of "Reliance Wi-Pod Powered by MTS 3GPLUS NETWORK" are suffering from this paid pathetic Internet speed and Horrible customer service)

          Hello, i have brought an MTS Mblaze net setter. In the beginning i had enough range and sufficent speed. But 1 year later my range got down and my speed has decreased. I recharged my datacard, but i couldnt use it due to the unavailablilty of internet. I raised a complaint. I think they just ignored it. So i thought why should i waste my money. Anyway 1 week before i got a message that they improved the coverage. So i recharged on 7-12-16 night for Rs. 96. It is a one day offer. I plugged my device thought o[censored]sing it. The condition is worst now. It is not even getting connected. I call for customer assistance and they told me to reset. But still no use. So they filed the complaint and then the next day 8-12-16 they rung me again and told me that my device has some problem. When i took my device to the shop they said that the device is having some problem and if you give 500 more Rs we give you the new data card. What is this? Is this the way an MTS customer must be treated? I lost my 96 ruppee yesterday. Afterall they are asking more money. This is the worst way of dealing. I lost my money. I need a solution immediately. This is too much. Is this is the way you are treating the customer, then I MUST SAY THAT YOUR COMPANY HAS THE WORST WAY OF DEALING THE CUSTOMER.. Thank you...

            Myself sowmya...am using mts mblaze dongel from past 2yrs...last month my dongel was dead...i paid full bil and then i deactivated the same...I got a cal from mts people for free replacement of dongle but i have not agreed...but they have activated the same with out informing me...i have not got msg also after activation now i got bil and they were asking me to pay bil...mts people are telling we have given replacement...but we have not received any replacement...this s the issue am faceing from last month...

            I given complaint also but not yet resolved am getting cal everyday to pay bill...why should i pay there mistake..i got frustrated bez of this...plz resolve this immediately...bez i already visited 5 times mts care and contacted customer care people in phone also...stil not resolved...so i request you to resolve this...immediately...

              I am a Loyal customer of MTS Mblaze user from past 2 years, In recent times I get annoying sms's and reminders more than 5 to 6 sms's from MTS, which irritates me and even after paying the bill for 2 to 3 days of bill payment, I get call from MTS CSR to pay the bill, how many times should I need to pay it??? Is their system not aware of who is paying or not paying.
              This annoying me moved a step ahead by sending threatening sms even after paying the bill, I agree that due to some unavoidable circumstances I could not make the payment on date and only missed it by 2 days, how can a company threaten his customer of legal consequences just for 2 days late payment.

              I had called the number([protected]) immediately after the I received the text, MTS CSR(Raja) spoke in a not so pleasant manner, So I have no grudge on the company, But these type of people spoil the company's reputation and make the customer feel unpleasant. I kindly ask the company take action on that person who has sent that threatening SMS and also on Raja. I will continue your service only if you take necessary action on these people else I will quit and ask all my colleagues to discontinue as I work for Infy and I have taken with all my friends in Bulk.
              Abused me over the call.

                I received a call from a person claiming himself that he is an advocate from delhi court. Saying that there has been a complaint filed against my name by MTS Mblaze for an outstanding bill payment of Rs.1442/-. I paid the bill Ref No.[protected]. I request you to action against such fraudulent companies. I request you an deactivation of my Data card No. [protected]

                  Dear Sir/Madam, I was using MTS dongle for 3G internet data from last 1.5 years appx. I called MTS customer care to stop providing me further service 3- 4 months back. They asked me not to surrender and take any other plan. I took lower amount plan but again i decided not to use it further as it was not useful to me. I called again to customer care 2-3 times for surrendering the service but every time they told me not to surrender and asked reason for surrendering the service. I told them stop the service immediately so that i can pay the outstanding dues until the period i have used the service. They told me they cant stop the service and i will get a call from their different department who can process surrender request. Until today i have not received such call. Now they send me SMS and call me to pay the dues. I have paid the bill until i had requested to stop service i tell them what ever i owed i paid i cant pay for the service which i had requested to stop. Now they have started sending me threatening SMS and calls.

                  Please assist.

                  Sir, Please note that now MTS executives have started coming to my home and threatening for the payment. I stay in my office during day time and in my absence they threat to my old age parents. My mother has been operated two months ago and she is not in a position to take this harassment. Kindly take strict action against MTS.

                    Even after numerous calls nobody never resolved my problem. when i raised a ticket for complaint. they close without solving it. they call from random mobile numbers. they will ask me to check the speed. but i never got the full speed. i kept quiet for 6 months. i got irritated and felt cheated by MTS customercare people. i called up and told them to disconnect the line if they cant fix the speed issue.

                    Atleast i can consider if the speed is half or 1/3 of the promised for the account. but the speed i get is just .38kbps
                    if i call up continuously they will ask me to check the speed again. maximum speed i got was 2 mbps that too for half an hour. later it was back to .38 kbps.

                    why should i pay the amount for such a service. first of all how can someone ask me the amount if they are not able to reslove the .38kbps speed. Even village will get better speed. this continuous calls from going for so long. i shouldnt have payed the bill earlier. instead i pay and wait for some solution.

                    Now finally i sent a long letter to MTS asking for solution. and voice recorded all the calls as well. No response from MTS. Got a call saying we will give extra 10gb.. how dumb are they see. when my complain is the speed. why the hell are they giving extra GB.
                    Customercare is so brilliant.

                    Last payment date is 3rd Dec 2016. today i got a call from a lady raising the voice and asking the money.

                    i said when u dont provide connection properly why should i pay money. You should actually refund my money for the no service.
                    Infact i have all usage proof. Nobody in customer care can dare to talk to me saying that we have fixed your .38kbps speed issue for one full day.. never got a call saying this is solved.

                    So why should i bother now.

                    Collection department called up and threatened me that i have to face the consequences. i have recorded this as well.
                    686 is the monthly bill. they also told me that if you dont pay this month bill . next month bill will also be generated and then only we will close the account.

                    when the total fault is yours and your support team could never fix it. i want to disconnect the line.
                    why would anyone in the world would pay this month bill. if its foreign country i would have sued them by now. India things are not that supportive to the consumers..

                    if MTS want to face me legally. i am ready to . Atleast their efforts will take this issue to court. Finally i get benefitted only. So are the others.

                      Every month MTS cut my balance with out any reason. Yesterday cut my balance RS.10 and today also cut my balance RS.10 and customer care said that I have download wallpaper. Weather I use 4G connection then why I download wallpaper from MTS?previous month they said that it would be never happen bt this month it happen twice.please solve the problem as soon as possible.

                        An mts custmer service agent who called for the due payment in september, i have advised her to cancel the bill generation as i have stopped using the mts dongle due to its incompetence to fulfill the data speed needs in my area.

                        There were several instances when i reached the mts customer care and the stores for data speed related issues and it was never resolved.

                        Mts falsely stated the speed of the connection and it didn't work satisfactorily at all during the tenure.

                        I think that the service and connection of the mts is the worst and the false claims of data speed from the company are liable to re-fund the amount i have paid to mts in past months as well.

                        But, i am still getting the unpaid notices since then, please make sure that i am not using the services since the month of september 2016 and i do not intend to use the service in future as well,
                        However the mts has added the charges of 2 months adding 2423 rs.in dues without using the services.

                        After all this, some alleged advocate has called me on my phone and warned me to pay the bill of 4000 rs to avoid the warrant being issued on my name for not paying the dues.
                        This alleged advocate stated that they are sitting in delhi highcourt, bench 34, name is gauri pradhan.

                        This kind of mental harrassment is done on the customers by mts in india and nobody is looking into these kind cases where the biggies like mts are creating loots and chaos.

                        Its a scenario where a citizen would feel like he is being harrassed for not using a service and is forced to pay an amount for illegitimate reason.

                          Customer care lady from Kerala named Ms.Litty was arrogant to recharge my account even after i revealed my number, E-mail id, My date of birth, My mode of bill payment.I am using Mts for past 1 year and this is the first time i am getti ng such a ridiculous act from your side.I myself is a doctor who use your service a lot for my proffession. Even after explaining that, She was so rude to me telling that i need to answer all of her question.Now i am thinking to Quit MTS and opting for some other good network.Please advise her not to boseover your customers

                            I have purchased dongle from mts no [protected] but it's not working from the day due to no network... Inspite of raising multiple complaints no response.without attending closing the tickets.
                            I need my refund.

                            I gave multiple complaints in customer care for assistance none of them responded and they will close the tickets without response.
                            And I have visited showrooms also ..but no use...seeking for your help

                              She has called me to know my debit card details. She said this call is for issuing the new ICICI card. She is asking me whether i m using visa card or master card. The call was made by a lady and she said she is speaking from bank of ICICI BANK head office.

                              I would like to request you the authority to take the necessary action against this caller.

                                This refers to a postpaid data connection no. [protected] in my name taken about a year back. This connection was a 5 gb per month daytime data + 5 gb night data package. During those days i was working from my home on developing content for a private website. I used to work 4-5 hours per day using the connection. (For the type of work i do my past experience before taking mts connection was that i consume 3gb pre-paid data per month). With mts my billing cycle starts from 16th of the month to 15th of next month.

                                During the days i worked from home i used to get sms/e-mail message from mts on any day between 1st to 7th of each month saying that my 5gb data is finished, and if i want to continue using net i should contact customer care for additional data. Since i wanted my to work uninterrupted, i purchased 2-3 gb additional data every month.

                                In month of march 2016 i got re-employment in the company i was working years back, the office was about 5 km from my home, resulting in discontinuing the freelanc work i was doing. Thus my data consumption o this connection reduced radically. Hereafter i used to check personal mails sometimes in the night time may be 2-3 hours per week. The rest of time the data card disconnected form and kept in my personal bag which i carry always with me.

                                The above practice continued from march to may 2016. From june 6 onwards i was transferred to another office which is 25 kilometers away from my residence. From this time i almost stopped connecting the datacard to power.in june & july i used this on sundays for less than 1 hour per week. During these periods – from march to june also i got message between 1st and 7th (Whenever i first connected the device to power) that my data was fully consumed making it impossible to even check a mail.

                                Now came billing cycle of july 16 to aug 15. I could not get any time to connect the dongle to power, on 6th august i first connected it. Immediately i got message that data limit finished & if i want to use purchase more data.

                                During these above periods i kept on complaining to customer care department about the above issue, but to no positive answer. On 6th and 7th of august i kept on talking with several persons in their customer care hanging on for hundreds of minutes and burning a lot of money on mobile bill. I could not convince anyone that i did not use data and it was finished in mid of billing cycle. Everybody were speaking parrot-like language without, insensitive to my concerns they made my heart – not answering any of my questions.

                                At last i requested discontinuation of service. The supervisor of customer care whom i was talking at last on 7th august took my personal details and told me that he is making request for closure of my account and that i will get message within few minutes. I got a message in my mobile that "your request is under process" without referring to the subject.

                                The following (August) 16th i got bill, but since i have not used any data during the corresponding period i refused to make any payment. Persons from mts offices kept calling me for payment and i explained them that i have not used any data and i got the connection disconnected. This repeated for several months and in the following month also they sent me cumulative bill. Seeing this i called up and enquired why i am receiving bills. They said my connection was suspended for non payment in the previous month and not disconnected as requested by me, and i am liable to pay bill during this period also.

                                Following that several persons from their call centres bombarded my phone with calls – most talked very ill mannered way, sounding semi literate, in poor language and pronouncing my name "pattaar", "patri", "patel", etc. Which is itself reflective of their service. Later someone called and introduced himself as judge from tiz hazari court and calling on complaint by mts company. I told him go homewards that a judge of a hon'ble court is no servent of a private company to call like this. Later someone called and informed me that he is advocate engaged by the company, and he is going to file civil suit on behalf of mts.

                                Meanwhile they have sent me an email claiming that i have to pay them rs.1433/- and for final settlement after adjusting security deposit, an amount of rs.1003/- may be paid as full and final settlement. The mail provided a contact number of one ms. Namita for any clarification. I called her up and she assured me that after i pay this amount i will not be disturbed. I informaed her i am making the payment online only to avoid the inconvenience of court case, not because this amount is genuinely payable by me. I also reminded that this is pure extortion threatening court case. She said after making the payment if i wish to continue the service. That same day, ie., on 18 october 2016 i made the payment.

                                After receiving the payment someone called me up and asked if i wish to continue mts service. Since i have invested rs.1600/- to purchase the datacard and connection, i informed him if someone personally assure the service i can retain the service. He assured me of personal care & said the service will be restored within 1 hour.

                                I waited for days, but the connection was not restored.in the meantime i tried to call up the persons on their mobile no for an answoer, but none responded to me. They disconnected my calls continuously, therefore i sent text messages to their number. This continued for 3 days, and finally i wanted to tell them not to take any action for restoration of the connection. Since no one was available to pick calls, i sent text message for this also in the numer of ms. Namita.

                                On 7th november i was travelling in kerala, i got a call from mts call center saying i have still payments due to them. This repeated several times, including today. I tried to talk with ms. Namita but she handed over to other person. While i started to introduce myself, he handed over the phone to the third person. The third person after producing some sound disconnected the call.

                                Sir/madam, i am harassed, threatened, and extorted money by mts company for no fault of mine and without any valid reason for over a long time. The harassment is continuing without any stoppage i want respite from this.

                                  Myself Muralidharan Gopalan just want to make clear to you I have not used the MTS internet service for the past 3-4 months and my usage is Nil.

                                  But couple of months back i got a threatening call from MTS representative in most inappropriate language to pay bill for which i not used internet
                                  Then to finish I paid 1200 RS and asked to disconnect the services as i am not using MTS connection anymore.

                                  Again this month i got Bill for 2400 and getting threatening calls again from MTS to pay the bill but this time i will never ever pay single money as i never used the MTS internet connection.

                                  Kindly disconnect the my MTS connection Account no: [protected] MTS Datacard No: [protected] as your customer care representative is not in mood to do the disconnection.

                                  I just want to make sure to you that if still my connection is not disconnect and if i get any calls for bill pay i will file a case against you for threatening, harassment and cheating for money.

                                    This is shanmugasundaram p and i am writing this mail about how i cheated by mts. i bought my mts data card ([protected]) before 1 year. they showed me demo at my home located at coimbatore, ramanathapuram. now i changed my home near to my old address less than 1km. but i don't get proper coverage over there when i complaint about it, they said due to data traffic you won't get speed like that and they include we will responsible for data speed at demo showed address only.

                                    But in their website http://www.mtsindia.in/coveragelocator/ they covered my area for good coverage. due to not clearing my issue i stop paying my bill. and my due amount is around rs.1400. now they call me during my office hours and disturbing me.

                                    What i want is?
                                    1. my initial amount paid for activation and device want to refund. (because their device is locked one so we can only use for their network only).
                                    2. otherwise data traffic problem want to get clear.

                                    In above two option if any think they do means, i am ready to pay my bill. please guide me in this issue sir. i request you to please reply as soon as possible.

                                      I had purchased a data card from you and also had made payments for first 3 months. later on there were issues with network and I made complaints to your customer care. Those were not addressed so I stopped using it.

                                      Now someone claiming from MTS calling me to pay the bill or face legal action. whats wrong with MTS, When i was using your service I did make regular payments since I have stopped using it because of poor network and service i don't think i should be penalised.

                                      I still have your device safe and secured. i am ready to settle it and close but i wont encourage such cheap tactics to get money from the customers.

                                      I don't remember my MTS number.

                                        Deactivate my mts post paid plan.my datacard number is [protected].i wrote to customer care 3 days back.i called customer care 3-4 times also and every time they are giving me different options.i just want to cancel it. don't want to waste my money even when am not using it.this November month I have not used and i told customer care people to not to charge for November month and even then I am being charge.kindly cancel my account.Thank you.

                                        I have filed a request to switch my mts postpaid data card connection to prepaid on 30th September and I received a message as your request has been processed but now I have received a bill for October month and new data for the running month is activated.
