DEAR SIR,
we purchased a Honda Activa on 28th of June 2011 from race Honda, branch number-780, Jheel Kharunja,scooter market Delhi-51. But within the two days of our purchase, we faced a number of serious problems includin starting problem. when we contact to the purchase center, we got to know that it was the case of battery failure and they recommend us to go to the nearest workshop... regarding my honda activa UP 15 AK 9531 and didnt recieve any response. As my activa is still under warranty and the company refused the warranty. I have details of all the services as I have always got my activa service from honda service station on time. and the company says that I have to pay Rs... I have booked HONDA ACTIVA White color on 4th Nov 2010 at Sri Kanaka Durga Honda 40-1-130, MG Road Vijayawada and I paid an advance of Rs 1000/- at the time of booking, I also paid the remaining amount Rs 55,777 on 28th April 2011. But till date they have not delivered the vehicle. This is not the correct way to deal with customers... I Purchased Honda Activa Last Month from Kasliwal Honda indore. At the time of purchase vehicle was getting pulled automatically towards left. When i showed this problem to the executive he said this problem will get solved on First Service.

I own Honda Activa Scooter, Reg No. MH43 K 5451, It is having starting trouble in the morning> I have changed the battery but still the problem persist,in last year I have given the vehicle for servicing to M/s Pratik Honda for 3-4 times but no improvement.

I am Nisha from Yamuna Nagar and one of the key customer. I have purchased the White active from your local dealer Sai Automobile in Yamuna nagar.
I have studied a lot before purchasing this activa and taken a feedback from many your customers... have booked a Honda Activa White Colour through Sri Kanakadurga Honda, authorised dealer for honda vehicles at Vijayawada.
The date of booking was 13/9/2010, Booking enquiry number - 3094, the delivery time told to me at the time of booking was 30-60 days.
Now, we paid full amount and they say to wait for 45 days... palced a Order of New Activa Honda white colour on 10/02/2011 to M/s Gian Honda,Faridkot ( Punjab ) ident form No. 446. Now,at the time of delivery they are forcing me to take the delivery with accessories & allied . At the time of booking the order I told that I would not take the accesssories with Activa Honda & they told me that it depends on you wether you are interested to take the accessories or not ...

We had booked activa on above said agency... blue Honda ACtiva on 18th Feb 2011. But from day one, the auto start is creating problem & the left brake as well as the right side mirror has not been fixed properly. It is always loose & comes out .
