I am using Airtel for more than 5 years so I don't want that to happen ... But the bank(airtel payment bank) has not credited my money. I also contact to the bank but they are very rude and didn't even listen to the problem.

My sim has been allocated to someone else. I installed airtel broadband with the basic plan 499 on Aug 10, 2021 bearing the landline number[protected]_tn. The technician allotted for me (Arun Raj) asked me to pay Rs. 2828 which he said will be valid for 5 months (up to Jan) from the date of installation for the above plan. I have done recharge of 549 for my airtel number [protected] through airtel app on 7/02/2022. i recharged through airtel payment s bank but 549 is also deducted from my bank & didnt got refund. Now after 10 days i didn't get back my money please takes action immediately.
