I'm using Airtel prepaid number for more than 13 years and frequent flyer to the UAE region. From 2022 Jan onwards Not able to receive sms in the Airtel India sim. Tried connecting with Chennai Customer Care and Portal and AirtelThanksApp and Twitter but no luck. The issue is being for more than a couple of weeks no one has been ready to solve or hear about it.

As I have already submitted a complain previously related to poor internet connectivity and poor customer services from airtel.
I dont know how many times I have ti file a complain again and again for resolution to my problem.
Several times I have reported on airtel customer care and this is the 2nd time I am reporting on consumer complaint.
No one is giving any response and literally I am fed up with all these activity....

The airtel SIM which i was using is issued to someone else and even the people at airtel store are helpless....
