I am postpaid customer for 6 year, recently i took broadband connection. Some store executive called up and offered me one bill airtel black one bill for everything premium services and so on. Bill generation date is 17- Dec- 2021 to 17-jan-2022, 13-feb-2022 i got barred for both postpaid number and broadband, as i got low amt i did searched airtel app and found broadband bill pay then i logged in and paid bill only for broadband then my broadband services got activated.portal didn’t shown me or intimated me in any msg it's partial payment of full airtel black amount. After 3 days 17 - feb - 2022 again broadband stopped i called up customer care three times and asked these questions and they simply saying me whatever you paid is partially paid of total amount and mistake happened because of server it’s our fault, we understand to resume your service or disconnection you need to pay full amount. i called totally like 3-4 times but wen i asked them to connect to manager they are saying they’ll then nothing and no service request in app. What kind of service is this. Is this premium or premium version of cheating
As i see it’s not about paying up bill, It’s all about service, response, commitment towards customers. I really felt like going to shop and vendor broke product which are about to purchase and then asking us to pay for his mistake. It’s not business or service it’s totally looting customers…
