I visited again to the store but they did not exchage nor gave proper guidance. So my purpose to keep update is not to buy such things from Fsm trichy. They are not keeping proper goods.

I took subscription of Femina magazine for 1 year. But i hardly got any copies. I have been calling to the customer care from past two months as I am not receiving the subscription copies of Femina from 1 Nov 16. But it no response or call back. I have been complaining for not getting my issues & have been complaining about it but hvnt got ant revert till now. I d... about June 30th 2015 Femina issue one person on call had said I will get it by saturday 11/june/2015 and on saturday I had called again the person said June 2nd and June 16th issue are only there for June month, June 30th issue is not at all there. They were speaking as if we are dumb out of a gang! Are they fooling around us playing with our money?
With any cost I need to get my June 30th 2015 issue... timely delivery of Femina magazine at my address, in ajmer. I have been repetitively in contact with your Delhi and jaipur office but there had been no satisfactory reply on your behalf.

Subsciption of Rs.840/- was paid wide receipt No. 25729 dated 9th August, 2011 by cash to Ms.Pooja Gholap in Times... i have been in touch with femina subscription dept. customer care executives and asked them to mail me the details , of all new subscription offers of all the magzines, i ahave already suscribed femina english / hindi and good homes which is due to renew in this month, but till now i haven't got the details on may mail instead of repeated requests ... i am in touch with femina customer since feb every week i mail and call them but till now all my requests have fallen on a deaf ear. everytime i get the same answer that ill get all my issues within hours but i just got 2 issues one in march and one in june whereas i should have got 2 magazines per month ...
