Aaj Tak — no response from either telecom minister of india, power minister of delhi govt aur tel service provider regarding net work problem

It encouraged me to bring the facts of my problem to aaj tak, after seeing 10 tak yesterday i. E.,[protected] relating to committing suicide by a daughter of mathura since she could not get justice for punishment to the killers of her parents, inspite of lodging complaints with different authorities such as m. P. Of mathura, i. E., madam hema malini, police authorities of the area, ministers o[censored]. P. Government etc. Etc., as revealed in your above referred broadcast. This is clear cut case of lack of sense of responsibility on the part of all above said, so called authorities who always ensure the public at large for immediate relief all the times which is not available at the time of need.
Now, i come to my ptoblem. I lodged a complaint with bses on 13-06-17 for correctionin my electricity bill for the month of june 2017 as the consumption during the month was less than 400 units and the bill was not prepred on the basis of subsidised tarrif, as per delhi govt. Instructions. Since i did not get relief from bses, therefore i sent many emails to power minister og delhi govt. Toinstuct bses authorities for necessary crrection but with no response & i had to make payment under protest. Similarly, i approached central telecom minister for taking action against airtel service providers for not providing proper net work, after lodging many complaints with airtel people &also sent similar email to trai, since the month of july2017 with no response whatsoever. These vips visit our premises, with folded hand, when they ask for vote. But when they are elected they become vips & forget all assurances given by them while visiting our premises withfolded hands. Since i could not get solution to my above problems so i have dared to approach you for help which, i hope, will bring result.

Nothing has been heard either from Airtel or BSES & any official of any ministriy, mentioned in my complaints so far, It is indicative of the fact that no service provider, whosoever may be, do not care for their customers problem once they enrol them as their customers. It gives me pain to write that none of the ministry concerned has even acknowledged my email, so far what to say about resolution of the problem.
That's all I can say !
