Dear sir,
Today was anthe exam in kolkata. The exam was held at
Shri shikshayatan school
11, lord sinha road
Kolkata 700 071.
The message was given to all the candidates in advance. And there was no difficulty for the parents nor the students while entering the school to give their exams.
It was really very disappointing for every parents/guardian that it was not properly planned by you and the officials of to disburse the student out of the examination hall to their respective parents. As there was a total chaos outside. The entrance door was blocked by the awaiting parents and the student faced a lot of problem in finding their parents. Moreover, the traffic on the road was again an addon.
None of the school officials dared to come outside and rearrange the whole scenario. There should have opened the main gate to facilitate the guardians and the students who were overcrowding the road and the main gate.
There should have been a proper announcing system to aware the students and guardians.
It was my first experience with my daughter but really it was horrible. Never to talk about. You all only go for money making and have lost the sense of humanity. As you are conducting an exam your sole responsibility was to ensure all the above situations which are likely to arrive and necessary precautionary measures could have been done. But no it was not done.
It was really a horrible experience. I will also send a photograph of the spot.
