My wife approached the above centre contact Mr.Manish with a requirement for weekday classes for NEET coaching as my daughter has weekend examinations by her college. After detailed discussions on the requirements he promised my daughter would be accomodated in week day batches and the number of classes completed are only 3 in number.
In good faith we paid almost Rs.35, 000
Upon allotment we realized her allotment has been into the Weekend classes as there was no WEEKDAY classes at the centre. Also the admitted course has been going on for 3 weeks and not 3 days as told at the time of discussion.
We were misled/cheated to having to pay for something which did not exist. Now when we ask for refund they centre head and the counsellor want to deduct admission fees of about Rs.9000 without my daughter having one class and even after both of them admitting their mistake, citing company policy. This is blatant cheating and I have asked the centre head to refund my money in full as the withdrawal is not because we did not want but because Akash's counsellor misled us into enrolling. The institute is now dilly dallying with repayment saying we take alternative solution - non of which is workable. Was this information helpful? |
