Aakash Institute — Charging extra fees what they committed before admission

Shubham Chopra [protected] and Chandan Halder [protected] both byju's marketing executive come my home personally for my daughter harshita kasana JEE mains course admission after scholarship test givyby daughter they committed amount of ₹ 81500 including all discounts they also mail me and WhatsApp fee structure which I enclose you regarding this and I do payment of ₹12 000 online as an registration fees after they directed me to deposit fees of ₹30311but they didn't tell me about PDC cheque to submit in Akash branch and said that they will inform me for next installments but after the admission from their side they will never contact to us within 10 days before from Aakash side a sales person Mr Anil Kumar call to me regarding fees as I reach the branch office and wants to deposit the fees I found that there is difference between the amount committed by byju's persons and the amount telling by Aakash institute .They said that PDC cheque is not submitted from your side that's why the 5% discount is not giving to you they also show me the mails in which they regularly mailo to Mr Shubham and Chandan for regarding this but from Chandan and Shubham side the didn't tell me about this.I also talk to branch manager regarding this and said to that you also should inform or male to me for submitting they said it is not our liability or responsibility to inform the customer this is the responsibility of byju's person through which you come, to complete all the documentation is the responsibility of them I cannot help in this matter whatever approval is needed will be done from byju's marketing teamside kindly check into this matter and solve as Chandan and Shubham is not responding .at the time of admission date they promise that in future if you find any problem regarding fees aur not satisfied from the study went of you I will refund the amount or pay from my salary I am the responsible but now they are not picking phone and giving proper guidance to me.I am attaching whatspp screen shot of fee they sent to me .my contact number [protected]
