My ward Merlin S Anna, PSID no. [protected], joined in Akash, Annanagar Branch during July 2022 for a two year Neet course, weekend batch. From day 1 till jan 2023 my ward was not happy with the faculties as the teaching was very poor and complained to change some subject faculties, which they didn't do till Jan 2023, We wasted wards time and my money believing the Brand Akash.
From Jan 31st 2023 she discontinued her studies from Akash and i gave a written letter for the same, for which i didn't receive any acknowledgement letter from Akash end. Several times I called Kavitha( coordinator) and Gabriel Gautham (Accountant) to get cancellation mail. Both didn't attend my calls and didn't call me back till date.
Personally I approached the branch office to get a Cancellation mail, which was required by Bajaj Finance to close the loan account. For that also there is no proper response from Annanagar Branch office.
For the course, I took a loan from Bajaj Finance for a sum of Rs. 1, 79, 000. for which an EMI will be deducted Rs. 8960 every month.
As of Date I paid Rs.8960x8months = Rs.71, 680 +
Down Payment = Rs.42, 000
Total paid = Rs.1, 13, 680
Once again request you to provide cancellation letter/mail and refund the full amount paid till date deducting material cost and tuition fee for 6months (Aug'22 to Jan'23) and intimate Bajaj finance to close the loan by providing a cancellation letter at the earliest.
