I am trying to log in to my iTutor for tests. But, whenever I try to login, the website shows "Not Safe". I just can't proceed further. Even I can't login through the application as well. Please solve it in 24 hours as my NEET 2023 Examination is on 7th May. I can't access Mock Tests.

Talked to almost everybody about my problem regarding my child physics subject but they are taking it very lightly or can say not listening to me at all

I syed roshan habeeb b/o syed kaif habeeb who was recently admitted to your online neet couching classes 2023, ([protected]). On the basis of certain reasons we want you to refund the amount 18000/-.

1)we were misled by your corporator ms kritika.
at time of admission it was said that classes will begin on 24th of march but it commenced on 1st of april.

2) we were never informed about the other branches besides cuttack branch. Ms kritika told all online classes of aakash are running from Cuttack branch.

3) as my brother attended the first class it was totally unprofessional. Classes are not properly lit, board is blurred, sound is not clear, zoology classes is ment for only local students no focus on online children. The staff is trained for offline classes not online classes.

4) we launched the complaint on the first day itself. Asked for refund. The Cuttack branch madam said talk to the person who took your admission, but kritika maam is not receiving my calls.

Hence i request you to look into the matter and provide the refund as soon as possible.

Respected sir, my daughter priya gupta studied at Aakash institute (baroda) karelibaug banch. Our Loan agreement is with aakash at propelled finance. Every 4 th date. In the month of december there is unsuffcient balnce by mistake, but i paid money emi 10, 500 by g pay to the Institute.atle 8th december. Rather than institute again cut emi from my account.and now after 4 month they don't pay my refund Of 10, 500rs. I want my money back aa soon aa possible

My ward Merlin S Anna, PSID no. [protected], joined in Akash, Annanagar Branch during July 2022 for a two year Neet course, weekend batch. From day 1 till jan 2023 my ward was not happy with the faculties as the teaching was very poor and complained to change some subject faculties, which they didn't do till Jan 2023, We wasted wards time and my money believing the Brand Akash.
From Jan 31st 2023 she discontinued her studies from Akash...

Sir/Madam, I am requesting you to please stop calling me on my numbers i.e. [protected] and [protected] . I don't have any phone these are my parents number and they stay in office when you call . I have blocked your numbers but every time you call from different numbers . This is breaching my as well as my parents privacy and they are just irritated with this behavior. I have purchased AIATS now i need nothing, let me study for NEET 2023 please.

I have paid ₹8000 for jee 2025 admission on 19/12/2022. My son is not willing to join plusone and plustwo he wants to join polytechnic. I cannot force him. So i request you to refund the amount.

In September 2022, A Aakash Byju's employee named "Devansh Gupta" came at our home for consulting, he offered us a classroom course for two years of class 11 & 12 IIT-JEE and we purchased the course. he cleared that you would have offline classes at the institute, and we agreed due to this point. but few days ago, a mentor called me and asked for how the exam are going and I occasionally him when I will...

Aakash counsellor promised me that she will add my daughter who is in 11th to 11th revision classes and asked me to pay fee for 12 th live classes in the month of Jan 2023. We paid the fees and after that she is not responding. my daughter was not added to any such revision classes. When we called mentor helpline they are not responding properly and not providing us information about commencement of 12 th live classes also. Very worst behaviour.

My daughter attend ANTHE SCOLERSHIP EXAM for offline neet course after some days mrs mathumitha coming from byjus (to my house) she is told me we are giving neet coure to your daugher for 88000 worth of 145000
because of schership
i paid the money after payment completed she told now a days we r giving online course
my daughter attend two class online she is told dont want neet couching
i call the mentor for cancellation
mr.abdulkareem he counciling by phone more than 20 miniutes
27/11/2022 payment comleted by phone i inform for cancellation 2/12/2022 first time but from byjus their not ready take action

i receive last phone call mr.sathyaseelan he told me we are change to offline course .but you have to pay the some difrence money . i am agree for extra money also.
still their not giving offline course or refund

I am Subham Ghosh, from powerstep( PS) batch HSR, Bda complex benguluru. Our chemistry faculty, Mr Pankaj Chugh not clarifying my doubts even after asking for many times. He just gives excuse of being "busy", even though he takes some days off in between workdays for going vacation. He also said that he is always available for students when he is at home but, when asked for doubts he don't even reply. I am suggesting for take actions on the particular faculty

Improve your class management at aakash prayagraj branch worst management

Aakash has the wrost management system. They had not scheduling the classes properly and now they are finishing whole 12th in just 1 month

Thanks that your grivance team called me 2 months back but these 2 still are working in Aakash Institute. I will never forget in my life how Tanisha made me fool regarding offer letter they putted on hold since 15.5.22 even they also hold for other 4-5 candidates. On 11 may Tanisha told lie i have offer letter but once it approve by senior then u will get tomro or day after tomro anyhow bcz 2 candidates will join on 16may so iwl send together, my joining was 26may, next day i booked pg even i also booked ticket for going to hometown, she was given plenty frji excuses on 14may she ddnt repond my msg thn on 16may i got to knw that offer letter is on hold she put all blame to me, I only asked to Mr Suvash regarding to come in half shirt, regarding my 1 irrelevant Q they create a big issue though it was hold due to internal issue but these politician consider themself as perfect. I have seen plenty reviews that no one ready to take action who are ABM BM RM etc. Those who knw how to buttering with seniors tgey are safe even if they made plenty big mistake. मै तो बुरी त, ह फसते फसते बचा otherwise pg मे 21k से ज्यादा दूब जाते I lost only 3000Rs.
I have seen that many reporting manager force teacher to complete 1 chapter in 2days if he/she teach according to student then next day fired which is very wrong. Many counselor keep on calling to studnts parents and after payment they are not ready to help and say that we are busy ऐसे लोगो को fire करने की औकाद नही है। Teacher have full rights to teach according to students they had given fees for clearing exam को पूजा के लिए नही दी है🤣🤣
When good teachers fired suddenly then branch head gave frji excuses that they left suddenly and employees are not suppose to tell reality to students otherwise they will terminate with letter immediately
Action should be taken on those who are doing politics on juniors force them to make fool to student's parents, who are making fool to parents. Really especially in franchise branch totally money minded
Base target is 30 admision in a month at any cost i[censored] dnt achieve target then u cant get week off even they dnt allow leave who are sick or family issues

I have paid extra instalment by mistake through online transfer for my Daughter study at Thane Manpada Branch.

I have visited Branch Accountant & Br. Manager so many times for refund extra amount or provide me receipt for that extra amount, but till now they are not responding for that.

payment done on 23rd Aug 2022 but till today Aakash Institute have not refunded my extra amount.

Can any one help me on this.

Sir I belong to aakash institute which is in ADYANT campus, GANGAPADA, Bhubaneswar. Exams dates are out now. So, we have to do preparation of that level so we need trained and experienced faculty. We are not for experiment purpose here . We pay for our coaching here and what we are getting these frequent change of faculty. We need trained experienced faculty who used to be our PUA SIR . Suddenly changing him has a lot to be bothered about...

We are continuously following up with Aakash virar branch to refund my fee but virar branch is not replying properly.
as we have visited several times at Aakash virar branch but no one gave a proper reply. branch is saying as per ERP your refund is zero.
They are not considering the below issue.

As the branch manager (Mr. Tejas Mehta) has committed at admission time that all teachers are available & NEET classes will run properly by the first week of may-22 whereas botany's teacher was not available that time. The botany teacher joined after one month 20 days from the admission date. due to late joining of botany teacher, Syllabus could not be completed at the time o[censored]nit test exam so management transferred to my both sons from 1st phase to 2nd phase [first mistake ]
After few days botany teacher left, two/ three botany teachers change frequently.[second mistake]
zoology teacher was also absent in this period (Approx. one month) [third mistake]
Physics syllabus was going very slow. [forth mistake]
as parents we have complained several time but branch not taken any corrective action, they told this is not in my control they also suggested you can leave classes and take fee refund.
Due to these issue we decided to leave Aakash classes virar branch.
this is totally fault of Aakash classes virar branch.
Aakash classes Virar branch has put my both children's future in darkness.
Please refund my fee amount of Rs.144666/- as soon as possible.
your prompt reply is this matter is highly solicited.

My son is studying in akash institute at Ahmedabad, Maninagar. I was being told that they will make him study the syllabus of board exams but they are preparing NEET from their study material

I have complained about this when I received the feedback call from Akash team but with no response.

Finally after the results of 1st semester we decided the widthdraw our admission and requested for refund.

I gave refund application since 15 days but did not get any response or any call from them. I do call many times but does not get any reply

I went to the class but I was told that we are busy with function and you will get call back tomorrow

I did not get any call back and no one is responding to query.

I have given all fees and all cheques as per your rules

I am being told that you will not get any amount of refund

Sir i wrote anthe exam but now I don't have the roll number please can you give my roll number so I can check my results
