Aakash Institute — For not giving refund of money I have paid against a course

I have applied for a refund of money which i have paid against a course at aakash institute fraser road, patna(bihar) due to the continuous extension of commencement of my alloted batch.The application for withrawal of admission from the batch was given within a week finalky when the batch was started even in online mode instead of offline.I have submitted all the required documents and the staffs there have told me that refund will be credited to my bank account within 15 days.When refund was not given i have called there and they are just extending the date when my refund will complete even though i have got a message of my successfull withdrawal from the batch.I have also contacted the centre manager at aakash institute, fraser road, patna, bihar regarding the same and was told that my work will be done. I was helpless so came here to share my grieve as amount like 30, 000 rupees is big for poor students like me. Please help and guide.
