Aakash Institute — Fraud and not telling the tru course

I am currently in class[protected]. In September 2022, A Aakash Byju's employee named "Devansh Gupta" came at our home for consulting, he offered us a classroom course for two years of class 11 & 12 IIT-JEE and we purchased the course. he cleared that you would have offline classes at the institute, and we agreed due to this point. but few days ago, a mentor called me and asked for how the exam are going and I occasionally him when I will start class 11 & 12 course but he said your course is a SD card course and you have no classroom course. you have to study at your home with the SD card, but I didn't want this because I not prefer it. now they are saying that they will not cancel and giving excuses. I also suggest you to not get your child in this fraud. please clear all your doubts and then purchase it. this fraud can also be done with you.

My daughter also attend anthee exam scholership for offline class mrs mathumidha
came at our home for consulting, she offered us a classroom course for two years of class 11 & 12 neet
After payment completed she told ad card and online
Immediately we request cancellation
She told (council) me to attend two weeks class if not satisfied full payment’s refund . My daughter attend two class she told me way of teaching is with Hindi and English she don’t want the online class
She want only offline class only
We informed and requested cancellation by phone immediately
We received many phone call they are counselling to continue the class
Finally I mailed to [protected]@byjus.com
Now senior manager call me to told out of cancellations
No refund money
I want refund money or offline class
Consumer complaint team plz help me the refund money
Or advise me to how to file case in court
