[Resolved] Aakash Institute — inconvenience for fee refund

Sir, my son has enrolled his name for non medical stream in your esteemed institution at time of interaction with your personal, we were quite impressed with their services n attitude or i immediately paid the fees through credit card on 11/05/2019, its initial stage n yet to enrolled the name of my child mr. Tejaswi bhagat after few day my child decided to change streams from non medical to commerce in spite of our wholeheartedly convincing to my child ultimately he decided for studying in commerce after that we approached your amritsar branch on 15/05/2019 and submitted the application for refund my amount.
We are very depressed to see the indifferent attitude of your staff n their casual approach being a parents what is the fault at our end. We paid my hard core money for the betterment of child. Even then classes are not start. You are requested to arrange the refund of my money. Your kind cooperation helpful me to further entry in your institute for my another child.
