Respected sir, i am a student of aakash durgakund (Batch= oym 2020-21), although the branch is good in terms of teaching purpose even in this lockdown, but still there are some issues regarding our modules and pacakages. As i am a bit far from varanasi, we were informed by the faculty that those whose area is sealed and is out of varanasi was supposed to get the upcoming pacakages couriered. I have sent my psid and my address to two of the counsellors but still i have not received any assurance, i hope you understand my situation. I would be highly obliged if you do anything regarding this matter cause we face difficulties without the hardcopies. Thank you. I have sent many messages, calls but still they all are not replying. And they have asked for two months installment in advance. Kindly refund if not possible.
