I enrolled for the final test series for neet 2020. I got the PDFs of paper 1A 1B 2A 2B 3A 3B and 4A by Aakash institute... After that they stopped sending paper link by SMS... I contacted them and told them the problem and they told me to email them... I did it. They sent me some of the remaining papers... but lots of papers were still unsent. I didn't get them till now. The exam is also over...
They charged 11, 000 for these papers which I didn't get. Also I didn't get the video solutions except 1A to 4A.
I request you to take stern steps.

I have erolled my daughter aakash institute anna nagar chennai. i have been contacted by aakash executive in 2019 and asked to appear for a scholar exam and offered a scholarship with a total fees to be paid as 241000 if i register with 18000 in june 2019, i have agreed and enrolled my daughter in he neet course. But to my shock and surprise i have been shown a fee structure of 261000 after six moths of my enrolment and i mailed my grievance to branch office and called the customer care regarding the same. But to my vain i got no response, on 3/10/20 i received a mail regarding no help regarding the same. As a parent and consumer i feel the institute is very commercial and has disguised and cheated me by getting signatures and filling the form by themselves and demanding exorbitant fees, i want you to adress the grievances or i will approach the district consumer redressal forum and take appropriate legal action against the instiute and the executive, .

It is to be noted that after number of mails and reminders, Mr Subramanium, Ambattur branch Incharge is not responding to my calls and mails over my money for past so many months. This is his failure not to provide ID and password for online classes. And I asked him to return money for the failure of Aakash. Now he says he will not refund money. This is rigid attitude.He says this is policy. Since institute failed to provide valid and password matching and not started offline classes, it is failure on part of institute. If I have signed any clause tor forgo of money for online classes, pl show me, Else it is failure on part of Aakash and Mr. Subramani. so money shall be refunded immediately. Sameer has not been taking online classes as ur ppl were not able to provide correct detail. one day your person asked to use digital aakash app but it was not working. He was registered for offline classes only and classes are not started so far. In apr- may 2020, ur ppl gave Id and password and they tried 4-5 days for hrs for registering in online classes but all failed. Either it was not registered online on there was some incorrect password and I'd, so it was left. After that I sent mails, if offline classes are not taking off in aug, money should be refunded. After that in sep, 2020 mails were sent to refund money as Sameer Verma has not taken any classes but ur ppl have not taken action. Even I spoke to Mr Balasubraniam head of Ambattur branch but there is no soln.already 6 months are over.

With high respect and high esteem, i want to state that due to some technical problem, a fault had been made in my anthe admit card and i want to rectify that mistake. I have registered my date of birth in registration[protected] but my original date of birth is a[protected].The number on which the registration is done is [protected].The payment has been done already. My anthe roll no is[protected].This mistake should be rectify on a proper time, so that I can participate in the exam.

I have taken admission on 10th sept, 2020 for class 11th and 12th neet preparation but i have not got my id password yet. They gave someone else id password in which no videos are available. Now, when i try to contact them they do not give any serious response.

Aakash institute is fraud. Requesting everyone not to pay money and waste time with them

We have paid full amount for the course a week ago but still now no classes started. And they are not sending proper mails with complete details.

When we tried to complaint, everybody is asking psid. We don't know what is psid means.

The person who gets money from us escaped without providing no details.

We don't know whom to contact. The only way is we are just sending mails but on reply from their end. Even if we get mail, there is only one line saying we are looking into the issue " like that.

I am covid frontline worker. I have been getting calls daily from aakash insititute though I always explain to them that I got nothing to do with aakash institute as I have already completed my education. Please look into the mattter

The lecturer does not understand that children are fearful of asking him any questions...He rushes the subject... As a parent we feel that we have paid to an institute money without knowing the quality of the teacher..This particular lecturer is a mathematics teacher of 11th standard of. august batch..If this ### quality of teaching continues we will revolt and mention in all the social media about the useless ability of your mathematics teacher..We understand his name is Sandeep who does not get into the shoes of students and interested only in displaying his knowledge

I am here to complain a problem regarding changing of physics faculty from DLRM-2 batch of 2020.
In starting of our batch we were alloted lucknow faculty's teacher of physics Mr. Satya narain rai who is one of the best teacher across Aakash instt india. His teaching methodology is so good, we were getting his points easily and his question solving method is excellent. His behavior towards student is very polite. If we ask any doubt from any chapter he quickly solve our problem. Even he motivation us so much so that we can solve ques easily. He gave many toppers of Aakash instt. But now he has been changed from your batch. Sir please it is our humble request to all you, please bring him back in out batch so that we can continue with him. Sir/madam we are looking toward some good news from your side.

I am not able to login at digital.aakash.ac.in . It is stating that your PSID is invalid. I am from rm batch.

I have not been refunded security deposit till date. The roll no is[protected]

With reference to above i wish adviced that my niece divya lilawat was admitted in your coaching center jodhpur for 2 years neet foundation course and your center assure us 90% concession in tution fees. We have already deposited rs. 48660rs against course fee. She has also passed nest by 82.2 % but now center is asking for more amount to deposit therefore you are requested to your jodhpur center to give concession 90% as commited by them. Being top coaching center in india you will not refuse your commitment.

Sir i had purchased two years aakash itutor platinum course for neet recently on226 july while taking money they told that i will get new batch study planner but their executive had sent me june study planner how can i manage with the weekend classes when i tried calling them they are not responding they are only saying you will get a callback. While taking money they will call hundred time. I want august batch study planner

Respected sir, i am a student of aakash durgakund (Batch= oym 2020-21), although the branch is good in terms of teaching purpose even in this lockdown, but still there are some issues regarding our modules and pacakages. As i am a bit far from varanasi, we were informed by the faculty that those whose area is sealed and is out of varanasi was supposed to get the upcoming pacakages couriered. I have sent my psid and my address to two of the...

I am a student at AAKASH varanasi (durgakund) . During these lockdown we were told to get our modules delivered at our home and we were to send the address. I contacted about 7 to 8 counselors but NONE of the counselor replied to me that yes they will deliver. If we fail to send the fee then we get many calls but when we call them regarding our services they simply ignore and show off their ego. This branch needs improvement. Kindly send my module i have already send the issue to aakash care but I am unable to get any response till now . I need my modules couriered.

I have enrolled for aakash itutor 1 year program. But their services are not working. I have tried to contact them but they only reply that they will callback later. They are just cheating with my 32 thousands.

As we dont want to continue our 2 years package at institute so please refund our fee as its our hard earned money

I have taken admission of my twin children in foundation courses last year for 9 and 10th class.
Now your manjalpur vadodara branch head behaving very rudly with me and stopped online facility since last few months even though paid fees.
Not solve the quaries reegarding some subjects classes not taken.
And told that you can complain whenever you want it will come to me only!!
