Aakash Institute — Refund of amount

I have paid ₹8000 for jee 2025 admission on 19/12/2022. My son is not willing to join plusone and plustwo he wants to join polytechnic. I cannot force him. So i request you to refund the amount.
Regarding this matter, i have contacted you through akash's whatsapp customer care (On 23 rd february 2023) and u asked me to mail to the nearest branch and to speak to the branch manager and we went to the pattom centre asked but they are not ready to refund the amount. We went to akash on 4 the march 2023 and they requested us to wait for 1 week to discuss the matter.. Yesterday (13/3/2023), we went back to the akash office and they said that they were not ready to refund the amount.
Here i have attached the receipt and the copy of chart prepared by the marketing pe
Rson at the time. Here, it is not mentioned anywhere that it is a registration fee and it is not refundable. We come from a middle. Class family for us 8000 rupees is not a small amount. Please do the needful at the earliest.
I have attached the copy of the receipt. And the copy of the chart prepared by the marketing person.
I kindly request you to refund the amount at the earlies
