Aakash Institute — Refund of Amount - cancellation of Admission

My daughter took admission at Aakash Institute Preet Vihar Branch. after some time she was not comfortable and we decided to cancel the admission. When we approached the centre, they took 4-5 days to accept the cancellation letter, even teaching faculty was involved in this matter and faculty also took time to sign the letter. Because of this we lost good 4-5 days time and now they are refunding only caution money and rest the the amount around 55000/- is non refundable. Their behaviour is very much unprofessional. More over caution money will be refunded after 40-45 days time. Is Aakash Institute is facing cash crunch and wanted to enjoy on parents hard earned money.
