With due respect, I am Bhanushankari M of class 11 & 12 neet course.Joined in byjus at may 12
and paid Rs.15000 for SD card, books and live classes and in emi of rs.5800
for a month .But I was not able to attend live class due to school
classes.so, I asked my mentor and mailed you to cancel live classes, and it
is also cancelled but we did not recieved any refund from you .
And in my parent account, weekly rs.295 were taking as fine, reason :
delaying for emi.
And now we are receiving call and message to pay eim of rs.2917 for offline
course.
We received wrong parcel from byjus (ukg books) a month age.due to this you had got information that we received all the products but that is wrong

I am a student of Aakash saraidhela dhanbad and wanted to drop out from two year medical program so I gave an application to centre head on June 17 2023 but still refund had not been received till now.

Dear sir / madam,

Very regret to say that we took aakash byjus - 3 year course for my child master sai praneeth on 17th april 2023 through Mr.Manohar for total amount of Rs.84000/- and paid an initial amount of rs.10000/- vide sjopse - emi type - reference id - BYJSSE[protected] AND gpay dp BYJGP[protected].

But from the very first class onwards my son reported that he was not feeling its worthy and we reported the same to the byjus team and asked for cancellation as we were under 14 days trial.

But from nearly three months we are reporting the same to Mr. Manohar sir and to various customer care operators and requesting for cancellation and refund of our initial payment. But we are not yet refunded the same. Instead, surprisingly we got to know that one loan account created in our name for rs.74000/- for 18 emis and rs.4111/- every month being deducted from our account.

I Shekhar Baheliya from Mumbai. In last week of May I registered in panvel branch of Aakash institute for POWER STEP 2024 . But now they are saying that the batch will not start and saying that the fees which you pay will not refund. So please help me what to do .

Being aakash classroom student, while login in my aakash app it is showing invalid psid or password while same psid and password is working in itutor. Please resolve this issue as fast as you can.

I am Relish, Aakash Byjus not responding properly. Called to customer service, case # 47458850. No update or issue not resolved.

Sending email to customer service but no proper response. Email works auto reply. Same content gets every day. Really irritating service, not expected such poor service.

Pls check the trail of email & improve your communication.

Aakash Byju - I was looking the institutes with much respect & salute their success before I enrolled for my daughter. Now the experience from Aakash Byju very bad. No surprise if they falling down in the market.

I already registered a case in voice call center, # 47458850. No response yet.

Almost everyday sending Email to Aaakash Byju, Subject: Refund Policy Letter for Byjus Direct Application ID : [protected]‘
No proper response.

Someone can guide me who is the right person to contact and get my refund?

Why Aakash team responding to email as auto email system instead resolving the issue? Same content email receiving every time. Please check the trial of emails.

If Aakash Byjus cannot do refund as they agreed.. why they are offering such courses?

Auto debit will start from my account from July 1st week, I requested to cancel that also. Not sure what is the status.
I am not sure this platform will help me to resolve the issue. I am spending my time & value because Aakash Byu’s poor system which not responding properly.

I am Krishan kumar . I bougth a online course from aakash+ bysus For my child Laxman. I want to cancel the course. I am trying to canceling the course from last 5 days . They do not reply me. Not answering my calls. I request you that pls solve my problem . I want my money back and cancel the EMI that is made by them.

I am the aakash student and i dont wanna disclose my details but (i want to complain about the faculty of medical)
They are doing partiality with toppers and avg student they are seprating toppers and giving them more attention and not to avg student they have worst atittude specially the (acadamic head of medical) this person is pathetic i just request aakash to pls change him and give us new academic head and we got new zoology teacher and he has zero teaching experience he do not have notes he just come and and teach what is there in his brain. The medical head has worst atittude.if possible pls change him immediately.

I wanted to return my product but at the time of receiving it, they used to talk very wrong, now when I want to return the product, no one talks properly, this is a fraud for a simple family, please any byju's product think carefully...

In 2019, i have enrolled myself in OY regular medical batch of aakash institute. After the completion of the course they have to refund me 5000/- as security deposit but they didn't. Please refund me as soon as possible sir.

My daughter took admission at Aakash Institute Preet Vihar Branch. after some time she was not comfortable and we decided to cancel the admission. When we approached the centre, they took 4-5 days to accept the cancellation letter, even teaching faculty was involved in this matter and faculty also took time to sign the letter. Because of this we lost good 4-5 days time and now they are refunding only caution money and rest the the amount...

From January 2023 till date several mails send to aakash to refund the fee. my daughter discontinued her studies after 6months from the date of joining due to poor teaching ( just go on scribbling on the smart board which is in the text book). So please refund the full amount or 18 months balance course fee immediately.

I had taken admission for my daughter at Akash Institute, Chembur and paid registration fees but due to my child's health issue we decided to withdrew the course.I had paid 11, 999 as registration fees on 4/6/2023.I requested them to refund the money back but they deny to refund stating that it is in their policy.If the child has not joined the session nor used any material then why the money is not refunded. I am from a middle class family so the amount I paid is big to me.So kindly help me to get the registration fees back.

My daughter was in 11-12 Medical Course Live Programm in your coaching institue and the course has ended in 2022.So, I requested for a refund of Security Deposit on 2nd May and on the same day the Refund link was sent to me regarding the Account Details for refund and that was filled on the same day.But it has been 22 Days and the refund has not been credited yet and when i am mailing the reply is coming very late which is not accepted from a such institutes and at the time of admission you are just calling many times.

I have purchased itutor and from last 3 days i am trying to open my account but it constantly shows privacy error i have seen every aspect of problem from my side it is all clear but its the site which is not responding correctly . i tried costumer care service but no one is picking literally such a big company still no response worst management would like to get all my money back

I am trying to log in to my iTutor for tests. But, whenever I try to login, the website shows "Not Safe". I just can't proceed further. Even I can't login through the application as well. Please solve it in 24 hours as my NEET 2023 Examination is on 7th May. I can't access Mock Tests.
