Aakash Institute — Regarding refund of SECURITY FEES deposit

I Srishti Rawat was a student of AAKASH INSTITUTE, KASHIPUR, UTTARAKHAND under the engineering branch for 2 years i.e. 11th and 12th class. I was enrolled in the program : TY-First Step Course for JEE (Main and Advanced)-Before class X Board Result. My roll no was[protected]. I took admission in march 2018 and at the time of admission I was told to deposit a security money of 5000/- rupees which was told that it is refundable if you clear all your dues. But they have not returned the security fees 5000/- rupees till now even though I have cleared all the dues.

Please look into this matter.
