This is to bring to your kind attention that my daughter K Pennarasi had written entrance test on 19/05/2019 and scored 35% of marks with scholarship to join your eminent academy for undertaking 2 years NEET (Integrated) coaching in Aakash Institute, Medavakkam branch, Chennai

As my daughter's school re-opened for class XI this month, I was at the parents meeting been informed by the school management that the school will work upto 6 PM everyday (including sunday) since she has been selected for NEET special coaching batch conducted by School.

Since the time of the school ends lately in the evening which I did not expected I would like to call off my daughter's joining in your academy.

Moreover, we are residing at Chitlapakkam and the school location is perumbakkam, the commutation time and education stress that will occupy my daughter will affect her well being therefore I have decided not to put her in coaching classes until the school regulates to normal time.

In this regard, I have already made the payment of Rs.17700/- (Rupees Seventeen Thousand Seven Hundred only) as Registration fee in advance, since the institute has assured to give 10% additional discount in fee if we pay it in advance.

In this circumstance, I would appreciate if you could arrange for the refund of the same which will help me at least to pay part amount of school fee. The payment has been made via Credit Card ending no. 2229.

We never expected this situation, and I particularly preferred your academy as it is one of the best in giving coaching for both IIT & NEET. If time works out, defenitely will come and join in your institute at least for next academic year

Since we have not enjoyed even 1% from your institute, request you to process the refund. Moreover we are from very normal family background, if you refund this amount I can utilize the same for some other purpose which will be helpful for me to get rid of stress.

Please arrange to refund the amount at the earliest.

Updated by gthri1980 This refers to the telephonic discussion had with Ms. Midhusa of Aakash Institute, Noida Head Office on (26/07/2019) around 12:45 pm regarding refund of Registration Fee for the sum of Rs. 17, 700/-. In this regard, I had discussed with my daughter K. Pennarasi, and she is unwilling to take either of i-tutor or DLP (Distant Learning Program as explained by you). Moreover I further had discussion with my husband and my Advocate. We are not interested to take any of your courses and insist you to refund my Registration Fee as early as possible since its been long pending. Meanwhile I am bemoaned that there is no reply mail from your end till date, this itself indicates that you are carefully avoiding to create any records at your end.

Whatever has happened it is only because of miscommunication & non transparency from your branch, which has put me into unwanted trouble and stress. Please look into this matter with immediate effect and refund the amount as early as possible.
