I am not happy with Aakash services. This is related to my Security Deposit refund query. We have followed the Aakash process and raised the online request on 20th Aug 2022. my bank details verification process has been completed from our end and I got the application acceptance confirmation (request #97057) mail from Aakash on 22nd Aug 2022.
When I started follow-up with Aakash after few days. They told us, it will take 45 days as per Aakash policy. After 45 days, I didn’t receive my security deposit money. I contacted to Aakash customer care and discuss my concern with them. At that time, I come to know, refund policy timeline is 21 days only. My Ticket No. 00696424 & Subject (security refund) dated 4th Oct 2022.
When, I raised the ticket and started the follow-up, Aakash concern team suddenly woke up from deep sleep and they had rejected my request #97057 on 7th Oct 2022 without any reason. They don’t have any answer on my below query.
1.When did you come to know, it's a system issue? Let me know the date and time with all relevant evidence. (Like IT ticket number and Root cause of problem)
2. Why my ticket request was rejected on 7th Oct not earlier?
3. Have you calculated the interest amount on delay patently? Let me know the final amount.
4. Have you taken any action on responsible person for delay?
Today almost 60 days pass away. I didn’t get the firm date, when I will receive my security depots refund. Now, they are forcing us to fill another fresh request and it will take another 21 to 45 days as per Aakash Policy.
Sone people had suggested to me take Legal action against Aakash.

I called the customer helpline they first said it takes 30days now they are saying 45 days I am so frustrated right now and I want my money back
