I'm from punjabi bagh branch new delhi from pmac-1 batch, my zoology teacher miss surbhi, actlly, she deny mostly for giving doubt class to me. She says "tumhey har chapter k baad doubts aa jatey h". I tried many times for taking doubt class but she denied every time and in class of 4-4:30 timing she didn't clear my doubts properly... She sit in faculty room and bzy in talking with other faculties only but never clear our doubts......

I have purchased itutor program from aakash for two year duration for neet preparation, it is a distance learning programme. After one year the program is not working, since so many follow-up there is no response from aakash institute, from aakash institute they reply our technical team will contact you, but after this reply there is no action from aakash institute. They are just cheated the students. They are spoiling the study of my son....

I got my sister enrolled to aakash institute janakpuri branch in december 2016 for two year medical entrance coaching. The classes started on 26 march 2017. The teacher quality is too poor and the class strength is too much (I. E. 75-80). Physics teacher is worst. They are wasting too much time of the student due to poor quality of teaching. The GURGAON branch of AAKASH institute is the worst i have ever seen.This branch is full o[censored]tter nonsense people especially the receptionists who are just so damn rude to the students and parents if they come to complain.ILL MANNERED,RUDE AND UNCIVILISED PEOPLE.
Fake promises and politeness when u come to join it and once you have joined nobody even listens to your problems.They cheat the students and their families by telling them...

Refer to the below issue I raise in the Aakash customer care on 05/06/25. On 16/06/25 also the class was scheduled in morning that day school working day how the students will attend the after raising the issue they disconnect the chemistry live class but in time table physics class was updated in pervious .refer the screen shot for your reference many incidents happens in pervious when I want to raise the issue to high level from the branch first they said Mr.masthan was head he will help but the issue was not solved and in the March 2025 I asked they informed Mr.sanjay gandhi was the head. I explain all the problems almost 2hours. But the same thing was repeating again and again. Now I feel that Branch favourable person they are showing as head.

Branch are showing fake reports to head office and parents. I didn't know really happened in the branch class.for your reference My son pervious unit test My son rank between 3 to 6. Now in the last test 11jun25 to13jun25 his rank was 25. Whether this is the improvement showing in the Aakash.

After the mentioned issue Branch arrange a discussion on 23/06/2025.for this today I visited to the branch to confirm whether any high level person will join for the discussion.that time Mrs.Meenashi said that where ever you go and complain last you will come to me only because of this I got disappointed . She said if you shout I will also shout.

Please tell that Aakash is a reputed institute or not

All us know in another 6 month my son is going to write jee exam.in this situation his performance will increase or not?

As discuss at time of admission Class will be started for 10 Apr but class did starter from post 21st may. only 4 days classes did run .still there is no book given till now i have already paid 20000 rupees at time of admission confirmation.

now he ask amount i[censored] are not pay full amount we are not provide book

at the time of admission i will provide and rest amount will converted into emi facility there is no extra charges and downpayment will be pay from your and now EMI facility start from Bajaj he ask 8764 amount as down payment including all charges . i have with Mr Deepak his denied all discussion and also student get from the class . why student out from the class if i have paid already initial amount rest amount will be pay after all confirm which discuss at time of admission . but he not ready listen that after the pay downpayment then student in the class. i have paid all amount . but this not a good i think institute will not listen any complaint regarding study and other in future . it's question for Student future it's not just a business. please look into the matter and i hope such type issue not repeated in future .

My son wanted to pursue the JEE advance /Jee Main, so paid advance money to Aakash Educational Institute Managlore.

As my son changed his mind from Science to Commerce we asked for the refund of 20k. which was denied by the Aakash Institute.

Our prayer is :
The money should be refunded to us as the services are not availed nor any study material received on the paid amount.

We have the proof of:
1. the receipt issued by the Institiute dated 4/3/2024 receipt no: 444RCC/A2305073
2. Payment proof (REF 2024030401105000971394978394427032)
3. Long conversation the whatsapp in the matter. (PHONE NUMBERS WITH ME)

We have submitted every documentary from January 1st and fees cheques also but they are disturbing us not doing till now they are avoiding us not answering to our calls on their website it is also written that registration fees is non refundable

My product was picked up by the delivery agent and I shared my OTP send by Newme Asia services yet I am receiving messages of product being not returned

Every day, we receive many phone calls. This is particularly bothersome during peak hours. People who call do not respond properly to us and say stuff like "Shut up and listen to what I say." They don't even have our correct information. I don't have a son, but they talk about him. This appears to be completely useless and irritating. Request that the marketing team contact the appropriate person. Please avoid such behavior in the future.

I had enrolled my daughter for Aakash NEET course in May '23.

I had paid 1 installment of fees of Rs 43, 078.

The course started on 02 June, but my daughter changed her mind & opted out of the course. We contacted the branch & applied for cancellation of fees on 14 June '23.

We were told that as per their policy they will refund 75% of fees & Rs 5000 deposit in 45 working days.

But till today we have not received any refund. It is 6 months now but no refund of fees.

I am visiting the branch & calling them regularly. But no success.

Maid at Aakash has Identified the Pouch, She Got (Grey Colour) & Kept in Lost & Found Items.
Unfortunately Other Student Picked & Kept, Prakriti Could Not Find the Same.
She has been Told that Will be Checked thru CCTV to Find Who Picked the Same Wrongly, Waiting for the Same Action.

Requested Aakash team to look into & Help to get the Pouch Back.
Other things Are Immaterial for us, Pen Drive is Most Important, as it Contains All Her Hard Work of Last Year & Current Year Study Material.

Sent Above Mail to Their Care & Grievance Mail Ids a Weeks Back & After That No Response.
Then I Got Response that Issue has been Resolved Without Any Call/ Response/ whatsapp/ Return of Lost Item.

I'm guardian of Swajal Nigam and my concern is that I had given an application at your hazratganj branch to Mr. Mayank for cancelation my nephew's addmission from your institute on 8 April 2023 and he is said that it will refund at your account with in 60 days after this time period when my deposit money not refunded by your branch he said it will transfer with in next 15-20 days but still my deposit money not refunded and now he said that it will not be refunded and your branch employee Mr. Nikhil Gupta said today it will not refunded to your account and said do what you can.
And your branch manager Mr. Ayush saxena and Miss Supriya not given any explanation about this situation . I want my deposit money in my account as soon as possible.

With due respect, I am Bhanushankari M of class 11 & 12 neet course.Joined in byjus at may 12
and paid Rs.15000 for SD card, books and live classes and in emi of rs.5800
for a month .But I was not able to attend live class due to school
classes.so, I asked my mentor and mailed you to cancel live classes, and it
is also cancelled but we did not recieved any refund from you .
And in my parent account, weekly rs.295 were taking as fine, reason :
delaying for emi.
And now we are receiving call and message to pay eim of rs.2917 for offline
course.
We received wrong parcel from byjus (ukg books) a month age.due to this you had got information that we received all the products but that is wrong
