Aakash Institute — Two year medical program

I got my sister enrolled to aakash institute janakpuri branch in december 2016 for two year medical entrance coaching. The classes started on 26 march 2017. The teacher quality is too poor and the class strength is too much (I. E. 75-80). Physics teacher is worst. They are wasting too much time of the student due to poor quality of teaching. Due to excess number of students in the class they don't properly clear the doubts of the student as it will waste the other students' time. They have a poor student teacher interaction too much due to such a poor student teacher ratio. Their total fees for two years is approximately 2.18 lakh rupees which are to be paid in cheques. They have so far encashed 63238 rupees. Upon asking for withdrawal of admission and refund on 23rd day after beginning of classes, they said they will not refund any money which they have encashed whatsoever may be the reason according to their terms and conditions. It means that they will charge 63238 rupees for just 23 days. Their staff members say that it is the policy of the institute and we have to strictly follow this. We are so disappointed by this insulting behaviour of aakash. The student has got one precious month of his preparation wasted due to deficient teaching. This is a huge loss for a serious candidate of the exam. We want proper justice with proper refund with appropriate interest and 30000 harassment and litigation compensation. Kindly help us in resolving this issue.
